Einige Aktien heute dick zweistellig im plus
Dang Dang gehört auch dazu. Das lustige ist ja bei Dang Dang, dass die Aktie quasi überhaupt nicht vom China-Boom profitiert hat, aber genauso heftig runter geprügelt wurde. Erst mal abwarten, ob das jetzt nur ne kurze Gegenbewegung ist, oder ob sich wirklich ein Boden bildet.

Heisst das 7.8$ als Angebot fuer eine Aktie, oder fuer fuenf ? Verstehe das mit "ADS, each representing five common shares" nicht :-)

Diente vielleicht den fallenden Kurs zu Stützen
35,9 % der Stammaktionäre das sind 83,5 % Stimmrechte.
Ich bin draus seit einigen Tagen- dem Kurs traue Ich noch nicht so Recht.
Auch Heute gin der Kurs Hoch jedoch ist dabei zu fallen Von 7,25$ auf jetzt 6,75$
Diente vielleicht den fallenden Kurs zu Stützen

Im US Board soll es Gerüchte geben,
dass evtl. Alibaba ein deutliches höheres Angebot abgeben wird als es der Chairman getan hat.
Kann das irgendwer bestätigen ???
Dang sollte ja für eine Menge Unternehmen interssant sein (Amazon,Tencent,Sina..)
Neben dem Geschäftsmedell hat man ja auch ca. 3 Dollar Netto Cash ohne Verbindlichkeiten im Köcher !
Ach ja Asien heute wieder tief grün !
