wenn man russ. Veredler und Schmelzstätten rauswirft , wird man nur zusätzl Öl ins Feuer giessen.
Wäre ich " Budin ", würde ich den Gashahn komplett abdrehen. Und zwar für alle, die das mit den Refineries­ gut fanden. Und Getreide  und Holz würde ich denen auch nicht mehr liefern.  

stattdessen, wäre ich "Budin " würde ich dene nur noch Gas und Oil und andere Rohstoffe   gegen physisches­ Silber liefern. Um die kaputt zu machen. Dann wäre er auch ein  beach­teter grosser indirekter­ Reddittler­.
