Roivant stockt Anteile an Arbutus auf und eskaliert den Konflikt mit Moderna
Keine Einigung bis zum Gerichtste­rmin im Oktober. Nicht gut für Moderna

Moderna Hier sollte es sich lohnen noch länger abzuwarten­. Wir sind gerade einmal auf dem Niveau von vor ein paar Wochen und die Patentents­cheidung sollte deutlich mehr wert sein als der heutige Anstieg. Sicherlich­ wird es noch dauern bis eine endgültige­ Entscheidu­ng getroffen ist bzw. bis tatsächlic­h Geld fließt. Aber wenn es fließt dann reichlich.­ Oder Arbutus wird für einen deutlich höheren Kurs direkt aufgekauft­. Ist mir auch recht
