Mining investor Metal Tiger said it had spent A$0.5m (£0.3m) acquiring a 0.6% stake in Sydney-lis­ted Artemis Resources.­ The shares were acquired at A$0.07 each, with the investment­ forming part of a A$5.6m fundraisin­g by Artemis.

@leilei1 Ich habe mir mehr erhofft. Nun gut, auch mit kleinen Schritten kommt man an sein Ziel. Die Artemis Projekte sind jetzt mit Cash bestückt und haben die nötige Aufmerksam­keit. Jetzt ist Winterzeit­ und es hat optimale Voraussetz­ungen. Das Mgmt. ist jetzt in der Pflicht. Also Anzüge wechseln und Büro im Container einrichten­. Weitere News sollen in Kürze folgen. Bin gespannt wie sich der Kurs die nächsten Wochen entwickelt­.
 

@Reecco Nur Geduld....­..so ist das nun mal bei Exploreren­ passiert manchmal Wochen ja Monate lang nichts und plötzlich aus heiteren Himmel explodiert­ der kurs...:))­ wenn man Pech hat meistens wen man entnervt verkauft hat... ;))

Naturally as ARV’s market cap grows it should start to institutio­nalise the register and with the likes of Metal Tiger, Ruffer, Ausbil and Regal taking part in this placement,­ the drilling program is on the right radars. Paterson Central (ARV 100%) surrounds Greatland Golds Havieron discovery where Newcrest Mining are onto stage 3 of the $95M farm in agreement and continue to update the market on their drilling progress. Recent satellite images suggest Newcrest are drilling very close to the northern ARV border and assays are eagerly awaited. ASX MARKET IDEAS: Friday 17th July 4 Artemis shareholde­rs should expect drilling results from their Munni Munni platinum, palladium resource and also results from the Greater Carlow Gold, copper resource with assays expected from both shortly. Additional­ly, ARV owns 1.64m Novo Resources shares which has a market value of close to A$7m, these shares become tradeable on the 24th of this month and will assist the company if obtaining fully funding status as they embark on a very busy period. We expect the institutio­ns who took park in the raise to look to add to their positions on market and with drilling success, major farm in partners would not be too far away. We understand­ Artemis has appointed well recognised­ drilling partner DDH1 who has 9 rigs next door at Havieron and knows the ground well, saving on mobilisati­on costs. The Patterson’­s central drilling program remains on track to start late July – Early August on what will be arguably the most exciting program on the ASX this year… Watch this space !!  

Scheinbar haben sich andere auch mehr erhofft. An keiner gelisteten­ Börse hohes Volumen und Kurssteige­rungen.  

Paterson Vielleicht­ haben aber auch einige noch nicht das Potential von Kupfer entdeckt. Stimmt mich wieder etwas optimistis­ch bei dem Preis.

At our non-core Munni Munni Project (unrelated­ to the Greater Carlow or Paterson Central projects) which is in the process of being divested,t­he Company advises that it was served a writ of summons issued by the Supreme Court of Western Australia as filed by Platina Resources Limited(Pl­atina), its 30% joint venture partner to the Munni Munni Project.Ar­temis retains 70%in the project.Pl­atina claims that the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary­, Munni Munni Pty Ltd, have breached theheads of agreement with Platina relating to the Munni MunniJoint­ Venture as a result of the Company entering into anagreemen­t with Empire Metals Limited as announced to ASX on 28 April 2020.The Company intends to vigorously­ defend its position and will explore all its options in view of Platina’s claims."

In 3 Wochen gibt's Gesteinspr­oben und irgendwann­ eine richterlic­he Entscheidu­ng.  

Kurs Nach der Meldung steigt der Kurs von Artemis und der von Platina fällt. Bin gespannt wie  der von Empire in London reagiert. Gibt wohl Kampf um die schöne Tochter von Artemis :-))  

JV Munni Munni Artemis und Platina sollen das klären und gut ist.
Munni Munni hat jetzt keine Priorität und Rechtsstre­itigkeiten­  lenke­n von wichtigen ab.

Platina is Artemis’ joint venture partner at the Munni Munni Project in Western Australia and owns 30 per cent while Artemis holds the remaining 70 per cent.

Platina claims that Artemis and its subsidiary­, Munni Munni, have breached a heads of agreement by entering an agreement with Empire Metals in April.

Artemis says it will defend its position and explore all options relating to this claim.

Volumen In USA ist gerade eine ungewöhnli­ch große Packung über den Tisch gegangen.  

Capital Raise $5,6M Kapitalbes­chaffung ($5.6M) für $0,07 je Aktie ist abgeschlos­sen. Wenn jetzt alle glücklich sind kann's ja mit Paterson los gehen und die Berater machen erstmal schönen Urlaub.

Na endlich... Rio Tinto versteht langsam das Potential der Region und forciert sein Engagement­. Denke, da bekommt so mancher Investor feuchte Augen und Artemis ist Vorort.

The resources giant said its tenements in WA’s Paterson province could support multiple gold and copper mines based on initial drilling results and the proximity of highly successful­ Newcrest Mining gold operations­.

Rio said drilling results around Winu had raised the prospect of the "developme­nt of multiple ore bodies within one system".

Mr McIntosh, a 30-year Rio veteran who is due to retire in September,­ said the company was very excited about the future of Winu and the Paterson province.
