Advaxis hat sehr anlegerfre­wundlich gehandelt!­ Damit meine ich nicht die KE, sondern den RS vor der KE durchzufüh­ren.

As a result of the reverse split, the terms of the warrants issued under the Warrant Agency Agreement dated September 11, 2018 (“Warrants­”) changed so that each Warrant now entitles the holder to purchase one-fiftee­nth of a share of Common Stock for $0.30. So sind die rund 14 Mio September 2018 Warrants auf bis fast 1 Mio Aktien zusammenge­schrumpft.­ Nach der KE dann zu einem Ausübungsp­reis von 4$.

Hätten sie erst die KE durchgezog­en geb es jetzt bis fast 1 Mio Aktien zu 0,26$.

Nun eine KE ohne Warrants, find ich gut.

Jetzt nachdem der Kurs abgeschmie­rt ist ..........­..... ;-)

für die Warranthol­der wieder günstiger.­
