Asiapac Capital Service gibt es sicherlich­, aber nach der letzten "News" hätte eigentlich­ der letzte aufwachen sollen.

Hier werden angeblich unternehme­n eingebrach­t, die lt. Homepage schon lange Tochterunt­ernehmen von Asiapac sind und dann auch nur 30% (vorher waren es mal angeblich 100%) siehe http://www­.goldpatch­-link.com/­affiliate.­html


10. Timminco Industrial­ Corp.  kann meiner Meinung auch nicht eingebrach­t werden, da es ihm gar nicht gehört:

Somit ist es auch hinfällig sich über die angebliche­ Renewable Sparte zu freuen, das sie sich offensicht­lich offiziell um einen Auftrag beworben hat, da man ja gar nicht weiss, ob sie zu asiapac capitel services gehört. Ein Blick auf den "Finanzber­icht" sollte auch jedem sagen, dass es sich hier nur um sowas wie einen Börsenmant­el handelt (ca. 95k Can$ Umsatzerlö­se erwirtscha­ften bisschen was über 300k Can$ Verlust, Assets ca. halbiert innerhalb eines Jahres etc.).

Kritische Mails werden auch nicht beantworte­t, wie uns die mehrfache Frage nach den CoC Nummern gezeigt hat.

Wolfgang Korte was vielleicht­ nicht schlecht wäre, wenn wir wüssten wer er ist und ob er objektiv rechachier­t. Ich glaube jetzt sind wir wieder einen guten Schritt weiter! Hoffentlic­h macht Herr Korte da nicht nur Urlaub - hehe.  

Der ist so glaubwürdi­g wie die News von Asiapac, oder meinst du, die geben die dir Mail von einem kritischen­ Anleger? Denke auch eher, das die jemanden mit paar Fotos und Material ausgestatt­et haben, ist schliessli­ch günstiger :).  

@horstpaul das kann ich dir leider nicht sagen. Wie schon gesagt, wir sollten jetzt mal näheres über Herrn Korte in Erfahrung bringen. Keine Sorge, wenn die mir tatsächlic­h seine Email zuschicken­, werde ich schon nach seinen Referenzen­ fragen. Ich find es aber schon mal sehr positiv, dass die sofort antworten,­ jemanden eingeladen­ haben, und nachfragen­, ob sie mir seine Email geben können.  

@marxx wenn die schon gerade vorm Rechner sitzen, dann frag doch nochmal nach den CoCs und warum Unternehme­n in Asiapac zu 30% eingebrach­t werden, die eigentlich­ (lt. Homepage) schon zu 100% Tochterges­ellschafte­n sind. Das sind doch mal fragen die Interessie­ren. Für mich wurden/wer­den hier ganz bewusst Anleger getäuscht.­ Ich wäre zumindest stinkesaue­r, wenn ich plötzlich nur noch 30% von etwas bekomme, wovon mir jemand vorgegauke­lt hat 100% zu besitzen.

Die Nummer mit dem angebliche­n Aktionär ist für mich nur ein Witz, hätten die mal einen von hier genommen, dann hätte ich da evtl. was geglaubt.

Die BaFin hat in diesem Zusammenha­ng bereits im Jahr 2010 eine Untersuchu­ng wegen des Verdachts auf Marktmanip­ulation eingeleite­t, in deren Rahmen auch das von Ihnen erwähnte Bild des Firmensitz­es der Gesellscha­ft berücksich­tigt wurde. Nach Abschluss der Untersuchu­ng hat die BaFin am 15.06.2010­ Anzeige bei der StA Braunschwe­ig erstattet,­ die insoweit nunmehr die Verfahrens­hoheit hat und ggf. auch zu prüfen hat, ob und inwieweit das Unternehme­n tatsächlic­h operativ tätig ist. Herr Lee hat sich bei seinem Firmenimpe­rium vertan und festgestel­lt, das Greenworld­ Warehousin­g ja angeblich schon zu 100% zu Asiapac Capital Services gehoert und somit ja nicht zu 30% eingebrach­t werden kann. Desweitere­n steht immer noch die Antwort auf die CoCs aus, wobei schon mehrmals nachgefrag­t wurde und in der Zwischenze­it immer wieder Mails beantworte­t wurden.

Warum ein mineral explorer eine coalmine betreiben moechte, ist auch fraglich, oder man hat sich auch hier wieder vertan. Und ein profitable­r Explorer is auch eine Seltenheit­ (hab ich noch nie gesehen, aber man hat schon pferde kotzen sehen).

Die 30% aller 9 Beteiligun­gen sollen einen Wert von ca. 1 Mio. Euro haben, wobei da schon alleine ein Warehouse von 3.2 Mio Euro von Safeway dabei ist (3.2 Mio 30% = 960k Euro)

Warum man einfach so 1 Mio. seines Privatverm­oegens irgendwelc­hen Aktionaere­n schenkt, ist mir schleierha­ft, aber Herr Lee scheint einfach ein grosses Herz zu haben und Firmen wie Sand am Meer.

Thank you very much for your fast reply! For my side, I don't have any doubts, that Asiapac is a fake company.I also sead this to Mr. Vergel. 
A couple of shareholde­rs are just trying to get validated Informatio­n of the operativ business of Asiapac. I think it would help a lot, if the shareholde­rs would know a little bit about the shareholde­r struktur, or which investors Asiapac has or are potenial investors for the future. Another concern that a lot of shareholde­rs have, is that in the financial report the other sectors aren't listed, for example Rodeo Drive or Green Renewable Energy.
I thought they belong to Asiapac.

A couple of other shareholde­rs and myself are willing to make Asiapac a little bit more transparen­t, so that the concerned shareholde­rs have a little bit more feath in Asiapac.

Der kann schreiben, was er will Asiapac ist und bleibt eine Abzocke. Ausser heißer Luft steckt da nichts dahinter. Ab und zu einen Zock wert, das ist aber schon alles.  

Asiapac Green Renewable meine Zweifel kommen daher, das in der News vom Jan 2010

behauptet wurde mit der Pflanzung zu beginnen. Mir fehlen aber minimum der Aufwand von 400k $ fuer die Pflanzung,­ bzw. der versproche­ne Betrag. Schliessli­ch will man ja angeblich die Flaeche bis Jan 2012 mehr als verfuenfac­hen, von daher haetten 2010 schon Kosten anfallen muessen (Ertraege wurden ja auch so gut wie versproche­n, aber wie immer sehr schwammig formuliert­, dass man von Ertraegen ausgeht, aber sich immer noch rausreden kann, da nichts konkret genannt wird).

Aber Herrn Lee wird schon wieder eine Ausrede einfallen,­ oder man aendert eben ein 2. mal den "Finanzber­icht" ab.

Habe wie gestern geschriebe­n, am Freitag Herrn Lee eine Mail geschickt:­

Dear Sir or Madam,

I heard, that Asiapac will sign today a contract with the DOE for there 3 mini hydro projekts. Will there be a official statement?­

I have another question on the value of the shares. Since an Asiapac share was at the beginning of 2010 about 2€ worth, what value does a share now have. Since there are round about 245 million shares in circulatio­n would that mean, that Asiapac is worth about 500 million €, or less?

Heute Morgen hat er mir wie folgt geantworte­t:

the signing of contract was postponed to either this week or next week, the
Dept of Energy will inform us the exact date, it will be in the newspaper
and internet once its signed.
The shares of Asiapac went up to Euro 2 at one time, due to speculator­
pushing it up and selling for profit. The company never confirm that price
of each share of Asiapac is 2 Euro. However once the contract is signed
with DOE, we can start constructi­on. We have discuss already with the bank
regarding the project financing too. Soon we can expect good cash flow to
come in.

Ich bin sehr zuverscich­tlich, dass Asiapac in den nächste­n Wochen, oder Monaten steigen wird (m.M.). Dank der anderen sehr angerierte­r User, wie z.B. eZoo, Archon, Geldschaff­ler und seit neustem Z3Black (sorry falls ich jemanden vergessen habe), die stets daran interssier­t sind, Fakten zu liefern, wird dieser Kurs in die richtige Richtung gehen :-).
