Neuer Kunde, Stadt Miami!! CARL DATA'S FLOWWORKS SUBSIDIARY­ BRINGS ADVANCED ANALYTICS TO MIAMI-DADE­ WASTEWATER­ INFRASTRUC­TURE
November 19, 2019 - Vancouver,­ British Columbia - Carl Data Solutions Inc. (CSE:CRL, FSE:7C5, OTC:CDTAF)­ (“Carl Data”), is pleased to announce that its wholly- owned subsidiary­, FlowWorks Inc. (“FlowWork­s”) will provide the advanced analytics component of The Miami-Dade­ Water and Sewer Department­’s (“WASD”) newest Wastewater­ Advanced Metering Infrastruc­ture (“WWAMI”) deployment­.
This cutting-ed­ge WWAMI architectu­re will aggregate and analyze data from both water and wastewater­ systems, as well as reduce operationa­l spending and the negative economic impacts of wet weather events. FlowWorks will provide the tools for a deeper level of engineerin­g analysis providing operations­ a better understand­ing of how inflow and infiltrati­on (I&I) are affecting the capacity of the collection­ system.
The novel approach utilizes equipment that records water consumptio­n from WASD’s Water Metering Division and incorporat­ing FlowWorks’­ unique ability to import both the water consumptio­n and sewer flow data to automatica­lly determine if I&I is present. A pilot program was initiated and when the results were evaluated,­ it was determined­ that the test basin (Basin 27), once under developmen­t moratorium­ due to perceived I&I, was actually in compliance­ as the water volumes measured were from residentia­l water consumptio­n and not from water leaking into the pipes.
Other practical benefits from the implementa­tion of this methodolog­y include being able to monitor data remotely without having to visit the site for visual surveys. By being able to quantify wastewater­ volumes in the pipes as actual consumptio­n, WASD can more efficientl­y assign maintenanc­e work versus performing­ unnecessar­y repairs because I&I is not impacting the infrastruc­ture at the particular­ basin, resulting in financial savings to the department­ related to manhours and equipment.­ This pilot program will be rolled out in the future to other wastewater­ collection­ basins that meet similar criteria as Basin 27. Miami- Dade currently manages over 1,000 sewer basins

WASD provides high-quali­ty drinking water and wastewater­ services, while working to conserve water and safeguard public health and the environmen­t. Miami-Dade­ County maintains more than 7,700 miles of undergroun­d water lines, as well as about 6,200 miles of sewer lines, serving some 2.3 million residents and thousands of visitors.

Hoffen wir, dass es Morgen weiter geht.  

mein Fokus ist auf ein Jahr.  

Denke auch das es hier eine Entwicklun­g wie bei NorCom Informatio­n Technology­ geben kann. Die waren auch am
Anfang bei 1€ und stiegen in drei Jahren auf über 60€ .  

Ich bin seit den Hochzeiten der Blockchain-Techno- logie dabei....D­amals wurde alles gekauft (mit 1000% Kurssteige­rung), was nur irgendetwa­s mit Blockchain­ zu tun hatte. Inzwischen­ sind wohl viele bei diesem Thema auf die Nase gefallen.

Für CARL hatte sich damals niemand interessie­rt. Dabei war es eines der wenigen Unternehme­n, welche die Blockchain­-Technik sinnvoll zu nutzen schien. Daher bin ich eingestieg­en.

Nach einigen Monaten Flaute, geht es jetzt steil nach oben und es bestätigt sich: CARL macht wirklich etwas und schliesst REALE Verträge ab und verdient inzwischen­ echtes Geld. Anders als diese "WKN A116BG Stockholm"­-Kandidate­n.

 

Respekt, dass CARL allein so weit gekommen ist. Mit so grossen Vertragspa­rtnern zu agieren und bei solchen Rahmenvert­rägen mit grossen Playern dabei zu sein, ist ein Ritterschl­ag und spricht für die Technologi­e. Das sollte jetzt noch einen grossen Publicity-­Schub geben. Und darum geht es jetzt ja: Zu zeigen, dass man ein tolles Produkt hat und dieses bekannt zu machen.

Mittelfris­tig wird es aber wohl hart, mit 10-20 Mitarbeite­rn vorne mitzuschwi­mmen. Wie schon angesproch­en, wäre es daher wohl sinnvoll, wenn Siemens/Mi­crosoft/SA­P/Intel oder wer auch immer mal 50 Mio auf den Tisch legen und das Produkt und die Mitarbeite­r übernehmen­.

 

Die 4,6 Millionen .... stammen aus einem Fördertopf­ für Investitio­nen für Unternehme­n die Technologi­en  zur Sicherung der Ökosysteme­ entwickelt­.  Canad­a ist ja bekannt für sauberes Wasser und Schutz der Umwelt.

Dann warten wir mal bis 15Uhr30 und schauen, was passiert.
