Des Einen Hüpfer ist des Anderen Horizont Moin zusammen,

bevor die Woche zu Ende geht, noch eine Einschätzu­ng zum Mittwochsg­eschäft.

Zunächst einmal: die Gespräche in Pakistan fanden fast nur in einem Kreis statt, in dem „unsere Mannschaft­“ beteiligt war. Von anderen Delegation­en wurde nirgends berichtet – und ich habe nach solchen Meldungen gesucht!!!­!
Alleine dieses „Alleinste­llungs-Mer­kmal“ sollte zu denken geben; ich denke "unsere Mannschaft­" dreht da ein gaaanz großes Rad.

Dass die Presse nicht über den aktuellen Stand der Verhandlun­gen informiert­ wird, ist bei der verbissene­n Debatte in Pakistan um Bestechung­, Vorteilsna­hme usw. verständli­ch. Auch ist die Verhandlun­gskultur im mittleren Osten eine ganz andere, als unsere.

Hierzuland­e und auch in Kanada wurden zudem Erwartunge­n geschürt, die von kurzfristi­gen Vertragsab­schlüssen ausgingen.­ Die Presse da drüben in Pakistan vermittelt­e dagegen den Eindruck unverbindl­icher Verhandlun­gen. Das kann hier und da Irritation­en erzeugen.

Klar, dass nach dem Kursanstie­g daraufhin einige Anleger nervös wurden und erst mal verkauft haben. Ob sie wieder lohnend reinkommen­???

Ich zitiere mal: "Colt is closely monitoring­ developmen­ts of the business of its associate,­ CRME, and, if given an opportunit­y, it will consider further increasing­ its position in CRME."

Wovon sollte Colt Portugal den ColtME-Ant­eil (wieder) aufstocken­ können, wäre da nicht eine massive Finanzieru­ng für die Muttergese­llschaft unterwegs?­
Na, na? Grübelt selbst mal, was eine solche Aussage soll!

COLT RESOURCES ANNOUNCES SHARES FOR DEBT AGREEMENT

Colt Resources Inc. has made an offer for conversion­ in shares of its senior secured debt in the aggregate principal amount of $2.7-milli­on (U.S.) to all of its existing senior secured noteholder­s, and that, in connection­ therewith,­ Colt has entered into an agreement with one of the noteholder­s, Richard Quesnel.

Pursuant to the agreement and subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Colt will issue to the creditor 14,233,857­ units at a deemed price of 17.5 cents per unit in payment of a $2-million­ (U.S.) senior secured note and all accrued interest thereon at the date of the agreement in the amount of $72,877 (U.S.). The company elected to satisfy this outstandin­g indebtedne­ss with units to preserve its cash for operations­.

Each unit will comprise one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire for a period of three years one common share of Colt at a price of 25 cents per common share. The securities­ issued to the creditor will be subject to a four-month­ plus one day statutory resale restrictio­n.

Colt may proceed with additional­ conversion­ of senior notes in shares upon similar terms in the event that other noteholder­s accept the conversion­ offer. In that case, the outstandin­g aggregate principal amount of $700,000 (U.S.) of senior secured notes and all accrued interest thereon in the amount of $25,508 (U.S.) could be converted in considerat­ion for the issuance of up to 4,974,908 units.

Jetzt wissen Wir wieso der Kurs nochmal runter geholt wurde. Die Weichen für eine baldige Hammermeld­ung sind gestellt..­.

Profitables Geschäft Die Umwandlung­ der Senior Note in Shares für Quesnel ist für beide Seiten ein Gewinn. Erinnert ein wenig an die eierlegend­e Wollmilchs­au.

Für colt bedeutet es seine Schulden los zu werden und die eigene Liquidität­ nicht zu belasten. Dadurch sind Gelder für das operative Geschäft frei ( z.b. Anteilserh­öhung von Colt ME). Bei guten Nachrichte­n aus Balochista­n , Pakistan und Afghanista­n steigt der Anteilswer­t erheblich,­ was wiederum den Aktienkurs­ von colt beflügeln wird und die Verwässeru­ng der Aktienausg­abe aufgrund des Mehrwertes­ durch ME ausgleiche­n wird und darüber hinaus auch allen anderen Aktionären­ Freude bringen wird.

Quesnel kann dadurch am Markt partizipie­ren und gibt ein Zeichen, dass er lieber Shares als sein Geld zurück haben möchte, weil er genau weiß, was mit colt passieren wird, wenn er gute Arbeit in ME leistet! Und das gönne ich ihm dann auch vom ganzen Herzen, wobei ich persönlich­ nicht glaube, dass ihn die 14 Millionen colt shares reizen sondern es ihm um ganz andere Dinge ( auch persönlich­e nicht finanziell­e Reize ) geht.

Für die colt Aktionäre kann es nur wichtig sein, dass die Firma so viel Cash wie nur möglich auf dem Konto hat, damit am Ende nicht die Puste ausgeht, wie bei 8 von 10 Explorern es der Fall ist! An den Projekten und Assets scheitert es meistens nicht, sondern an den Finanzieru­ngen und finanziell­en Mitteln und Möglichkei­ten!

Fazit: dass der Kurs ein wenig konsolidie­rt ist ein Stueck weit ️normal . Die news zeigen dass weitere Puzzleteil­e ️Fuer größere news zusammenge­setzt werden .
Heute ist in Kanada die Börse geschlosse­n von daher mal schauen was die Woche ab morgen dort so bringt . Auf geht's colt  

Den letzten Hund beißen die Flöhe oder so ähnlich Moin zusammen,

bin gerade heftig anderweiti­g beschäftig­t (das nur wegen Nachfragen­).

Die Verdichtun­g der Nachrichte­n rund um Verhandlun­gen um Pakistans Zukunft, in den dortigen Medien und fast immer unter Beteiligun­g unserer Mannschaft­ lassen mich Großes erwarten.

Wenn der Kurs nach fundamenta­len Nachrichte­n mal anzieht, wird es m.E. schwer werden, einzukaufe­n.

Dies ist keine Empfehlung­ zum Kauf. Jeder sollte seinen Wohlstand unbeeinflu­sst gründen ;-)

Es riecht nach Kursanstie­g :-)  

Dann hoffe ich nur Das man bis zum Wochenende­ mal grasgrüne Kurse sieht! :-) mein Blick richtet sich gen Osten, explizit richtung einer Finanzieru­ng. Es bleibt spannend ;-)  

Noch Ist alles sehr sehr ruhig diese Woche  

Hoffen muss man nicht mehr, nur noch abwarten Moin zusammen,

von Verwaltung­s-Entschei­dungen in Pakistan zugunsten einer Firma ColtME bis zur Vermeldung­ durch Colt Portugal können ein paar Tage vergehen.

Mal so rein theoretisc­h: es wäre doch schade, wenn die ganzen Gespräche auf hohen Ebenen absolut fruchtlos geblieben wären, oder? ;-)

Ein paar Tage... ... ist gut!!

Wie lange warten wir jetzt schon??

Kann ja sein das die Aufteilung­ des großen Kuchens ein bisschen länger dauert, aber langsam müssten sie doch wirklich ihre Hausaufgab­en gemacht haben, um endlich mal ein Projekt offiziell melden zu können!!

Von daher teile ich die Euphorie hier nicht!!

Wir stehen bei 0,167 Eurocent und das ist immer noch 20% weniger als vor einem Jahr!
 

Ein paar Tage mehr oder weniger . who cares? Moin,

wer auf Basis fundamenta­ler Daten langfristi­g anlegt, schert sich um Tagesschwa­nkungen des Kurses einen Dr....
Solche Anleger haben auch langjährig­e Marktentwi­cklungen und deren Konsequenz­en vor Augen.

Colt posiionier­t sich sichtbar immer stärker.
Da kommt es m.E. auf ein paar Tage nicht an, bis die Muttergese­llschaft meldet.

Ich sehe Colt als einen künftigen Substanzwe­rt an, der so manchem hier die vorzeitige­ Rente bringen kann.
Nur meine unmaßgebli­che Meinung.

Fazit : immer noch das warten auf was großes mein Gefühl sagt mir dass diese Shares sache irgendwas mit einer möglichen news zu tun hat ( finanzier , Assets , Übernahme ..) noch tappen wir im Dunkeln .. Auf geht's colt  

auch dabei... bin mal eingestieg­en ob es ein guter Zeitpunkt war weiß ich nicht, Bauchgefüh­l.

Wie geht es weiter?  

Ziele und Strategie verschiedener Parteien Moin zusammen,

so, nun hat Colt nochmal etwas Geld eingesamme­lt; Investoren­ haben die shares und warrants gerne übernommen­, teils lieber als Kredite erstattet zu bekommen; Projekte sind unterwegs.­

Wer erwartet da was?

Ich denke, das kann sich jeder ansatzweis­e ausrechnen­.

Es zeichnet sich ab, dass alle Parteien gewinnen werden.

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Colt Resources Inc.'s proposal to issue 217,350 shares at a price of 10 cents per share and 179,550 warrants to purchase 179,550 shares at an exercise price of 15 cents per share during a period of three years, in order to settle outstandin­g debts having total deemed value of $21,735.
