Wahnsinn, die Aktionäre welche gestern aufgrund des Gepushes u.a. in diesem Forum eingestiegen sind, verlieren u.U. ihr gesamtes Kapital. Gegen diese Pusher sollte man vorgehen und auch strafrechtliche Schritte prüfen!!
Kein einziger der Leute die hier zum Einstieg geblasen haben, äußert sich heute. Dies zeigt doch, wie unseriös diese Personen sind. Nun bewegen sie sich in anderen Threads und vollziehen ähnliche Strickmuster.
In diesem Zusammenhang warne ich ausdrücklich vor den Usern korted und carpediem7. Bitte prüfen Sie deren Aussagen auf den Wahrheitsgehalt und informieren Sie sich dringend auch aus anderen Quellen!!!

Hallo ich beobacht dieses Forum jetzt schon einige Zeit und habe gedacht, dass Du (cashfactory ) eigentlich ein guter Trader und vernünftiger Mensch bist!

Ich pushe hier keinerlei Kurse. Ich nehme es allerdings nicht hin, dass User Cashfactory ohne Fakten Werte versucht "kleinzureden".

hm... Ich les jetzt schon einige Zeit hier mit
und zu deinem letzten statement cashfactory ließe sich wohl noch ergänzen, dass du dich aber dann auch gleich bei deinem Anwalt erkundigen solltest, wie das mit Rufschädigung/übler Nachrede ist, soweit es deine eigenen Meldungen betrifft. Denn du bist ja nicht grade zimperlich beim Austeilen.
Manchmal würd ich es überhaupt begrüßen, wenn man nur unter seinem eigenen Namen posten dürfte - das würde den Umgangston in manchen Foren deutlich verbessern... ;-)

Ich habe mich heute bei einem befreundeten Anwalt erkundigt. Die Bezeichnungen "Pusher" und "Basher" sind strafrechtlich völlig irrelevant. Es steht mir frei andere Boardteilnehmer so zu bezeichnen. Ebenso steht es anderen Boardteilnehmern frei, mich als "Basher" zu bezeichnen.
