De Beers De Beers, the world's largest diamond producer, has agreed to plead guilty to criminal price fixing, the New York Times reported on Friday. The paper quoted a court official and a lawyer involved in the case in a move that will end a decade long-case and smooth the way for De Beers to return to U.S. markets after an absence of nearly half a century.
