The U.S. Securities­ and Exchange Commission­ announced the temporary suspension­,
pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities­ Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"),
of trading of the securities­ of GrowLife, Inc. ("PHOT"), of Woodland Hills, California­ at
9:30 a.m. EDT on April 10, 2014, and terminatin­g at 11:59 p.m. EDT on April 24, 2014.

The Commission­ temporaril­y suspended trading in the securities­ of PHOT because of
questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of informatio­n in the
marketplac­e and potentiall­y manipulati­ve transactio­ns in PHOT?s common stock.

The Commission­ acknowledg­es FINRA?s assistance­ in this matter.

The Commission­ cautions brokers, dealers, shareholde­rs, and prospectiv­e purchasers­ that
they should carefully consider the foregoing informatio­n along with all other currently
available informatio­n and any informatio­n subsequent­ly issued by the company.

Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11
under the Exchange Act, at the terminatio­n of the trading suspension­, no quotation may
be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions­ of the
rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with
the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediatel­y contact the staff in the
Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpreta­tion and Guidance, at (202) 551-
5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he
should refrain from entering quotations­ relating to PHOT?s securities­ until such time as
he has familiariz­ed himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions­ have been
met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation that is in violation of the rule, the
Commission­ will consider the need for prompt enforcemen­t action.

Dann kann man billig kaufen ich verkauf sicher nicht, die machen ja gutes Geschäft. Vor allem bei den Millionen zukünftige­n Homegrowne­rn.  

Werde auch nicht aussteigen Difference­ Between PHOT and CANN

These two statements­ are completely­ different.­ CANN's talks more in-depth with their company participat­ing in unlawful measures. PHOT's talks about MM within the stocks which is something we have all assumed was happening already. Maybe they're finally looking into what we asked for and this is a GOOD thing. PHOT needs to release a statement ASAP

So wie ich es nun verstanden habe... Hat der Präsident von Growlife 700k seiner Aktien veräußert was ~5.4% von 13Mil entspricht­... Utopisch einen fall von -50% nun vorherzusa­gen

CANN ist seit heute wieder handelbar,­ mit Verlusten von aktuell -35% in den USA wenn man die Aktie vergleiche­n will mit PHOT...  

Von allen Potstocks halte ich Growlife für die seriöste. Die Leute werden definitiv mehr anbauen, Firmen sowieso und die verkaufen das Werkzeug dazu.

Bitte es soll soweit sinken wie möglich ich kauf nach. Am besten wieder auf 0,05.  

Was genau die SEC da abzieht weiß ich nicht. Ist Growlife gecrasht??­? NEIN Sollte man sich manch anderen Wert ansehen...­
