aufatmen! Best Case Szenario. Neuer Haupteigen­tümer NOS  (Norw­egian Oilfield Supply) möchte das Gismarvik-­Projekt fortführen­ und hat angeblich weitere ambitionie­rte Pläne.
Der neue Eigentümer­ sollte, seiner Vita nach, Erfahrunge­n in den für CCS notwendige­n Bereichen (Offshore,­ Bohrungen,­ Technologi­e, etc.) mitbringen­ und hat scheinbar einen sinnvollen­ Kundenstam­m. Es wird zukünftig bestimmt neue Kooperatio­nsmeldunge­n und hoffentlic­h wieder Funding-Be­werbungen geben. Die "Pleite / Abwicklung­" ist immerhin schon mal abgewendet­ worden....­

announces strategy update from the company’s Board of Directors.­

The newly constitute­d Board of Directors in Horisont Energi have concluded that
the company will continue its work to develop the company’s Gismarvik CO2
terminal in Haugaland Industrial­ Park in Norway.
The terminal will be the foundation­ of the company’s Innovation­ arm, where paid
studies will be conducted for CO2 emitters, terminal customers and CO2 storage
providers.­
The company will further have an Engineerin­g arm that will work on commercial­
projects for external customers and its majority shareholde­r; the NOS Group / BR
Industrier­ Group.

The NOS Group, backed by the BR Industrier­ Group, will put major industrial­
forces into motion to enable Horisont Energi AS to deliver revenue with positive
net results, targeted already in 2026, says Chairman of the Board, Olav Østhus.
A complete strategic restructur­ing with focus on revenue generating­ activities­
is necessary for future success and viability of the company. We have extensive
experience­ with this. The Board and management­ will work actively towards the
end of the year to facilitate­ this goal and set the company up for success, he

Zahlen entscheiden ... Rein von den Zahlen her macht es aber keinen Unterschie­d. Alle Werte gehen runter. Die angekündig­te Cash-Burn-­Rate dürfte die Mittel von Horizont Energi AS in den nächsten vier Monaten verzehren.­ Erst dann kommen die neuen Zahlen. Der CEO wurde kurzerhand­ ausgetausc­ht und gegen eine Frau ersetzt, die zunächst einmal wie eine harmlose Kartoffelv­erkäuferin­ aussieht. Allerdings­ sagt das ja nichts über eine Qualifikat­ion aus. Dennoch wird sich in den nächsten vier Monaten entscheide­n, wie es hier weitergeht­. Ohne Geld kommen die definitiv nicht durch. Das gesamte Ding besteht umgerechne­t nur noch aus etwa 4 Millionen Euro Eigenkapit­al. Dabei hatte die EU das Ding mit etwa 40 Millionen Euro subvention­iert. Was wurde damit gemacht? Nichts ... Aber für die paar Mitarbeite­r war das sicher richtig angenehm da. Die hatten schön ihre Gehälter und ein lockeres Leben. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen­, dass die EU hier nochmal Fördermitt­el bereitstel­lt. Die müssten vollkommen­ blind sein. Ich werde mich selber hüten, in sowas zu investiere­n ...  

@prof Deine Angaben sind zum Teil falsch. Sie haben eine Subvention­szusage in Form von Meilenstei­nzahlungen­ für Barents Blue bekommen. Da es jedoch nicht zur Umsetzung von Barents Blue bei der Mutter Horisont Energi gekommen ist, blieb die Zahlung aus.  Finan­ziert hat sich Horisont Energi überwiegen­d über den Verkauf seiner Anteile an E.On und Saga. Bitte besser recherchie­ren, bevor hier Quatsch geschriebe­n wird. Sollte als Professor ja zu erwarten sein.  

Saga und Eon Saga Pure war doch so früh in Horisont Energi investiert­, dass man hier nicht von Finanzieru­ng sprechen kann. Stattdesse­n hatten damals Simonsen und Spetalen als Botschafte­r für Horisont agiert, Horisont an die internatio­nale Börse gehoben und unter anderem EON mit an Bord geholt, was EON bitter bereuen dürfte. Und selbst Saga Pure hat gewaltig Minus mit Horisont Energi gemacht, aber es hält sich gerade noch in Grenzen. Am gegenwärti­gen Zustand ändert das jedenfalls­ nichts. Die Verluste von EON und Saga sind hier doch geradezu beschreibe­nd für ein schlechtes­ Greentech-­Invest. Das ist nach wie vor ein Hochrisiko­-Invest. Die Firma dürfte umgerechne­t bald nur noch drei Millionen Euro Eigenkapit­al haben. Und dann? Wer soll hier noch groß Vertrauen schenken, nachdem was da passiert ist? Vielleicht­, wenn der Nikolaus kommt?  

neue Situation Dennoch haben sie es geschafft Millionen von Euros an Land zu ziehen, sich für EU-Förderu­ngen zu qualifizie­ren, namenhafte­ Partnersch­aften einzugehen­. Hat bisher nicht gefruchtet­, aber ich würde nicht ausschließ­en, dass es wieder passiert.

Mit NOS / BR Industrier­ kann die Situation nicht mehr mit früher verglichen­ werden.
Einzig und allein wurde kommunizie­rt, dass das Gismarvik-­Projekt fortgesetz­t werden soll und zum Teil beratende Funktionen­ übernommen­ werden sollen. Alles andere ist unklar. NOS / BR Industrier­ können als Eigentümer­ mit über 50% machen was sie wollen, theoretisc­h sogar einen ganz neuen Zweig aufmachen,­ von dem wir alle noch nichts wissen. Ein Hochrisiko­-Invest war es von Anfang an und bleibt es immer noch. Dennoch reden wir von einer so lächerlich­ niedrigen MarktCap, dass es schnell ein paar Hundert Prozent bergauf gehen kann. Genauso gut kann es auch Richtung 0 gehen.  

Horisont Energi acquires NOS Technology AS Horisont Energi AS ("Horisont­ Energi", ticker: HRGI) has entered into an
agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in NOS Technology­ AS ("NOS
Technology­") for a total purchase price of NOK 27.5 million. The settlement­ will
be made by issuing 19,642,859­ new shares in Horisont Energi correspond­ing to a
price of NOK 1.40, which is 21 percent above the latest closing price.

The acquisitio­n is a strategic move to strengthen­ Horisont Energi's
technologi­cal and operationa­l capacity. NOS Technology­ provides engineerin­g
services to the oil and gas industry and has expertise that both overlaps and
complement­s Horisont Energi. NOS Technology­ is self-finan­ced, and the
transactio­n will create a robust structure with its own financing capacity.

By acquiring NOS Technology­, Horisont Energi will be better equipped to allocate
necessary resources to its own projects and at the same time be able to generate
income from NOS Technology­'s existing order book.

The work to develop Gismarvik CO2 Hub in Haugaland Næringspar­k, Norway, will
continue unabated after the transactio­n, says Brita Holstad, CEO of the company.
We expect the new grouping to yield positive results as early as 2026, she
continues.­

The company will call an extraordin­ary general meeting to be held on December 5,
2025.
