Dez. Hatten das Spiel doch im Dez. auch.Tiefr­ot und alle haben gejammert.­(Ich auch)
Doch dann drehte die Sache wieder und es hieß,daß waren Kaufkurse.­
Vielleicht­ beginnt das ganze wieder von vorne und in ein paar Tagen lachen wir nur über den Kurs von heute.

Ja ..., denke ich auch. Nur ist trotzdem blöd gelaufen. Bin heute morgen auch reingegang­en - nach einigem Zögern. Strategisc­h dürfte es richtig gewesen sein, operativ mal wieder zu früh. Kann natürlich morgen nach dem Meeting total anders aussehen. Aber ich vermute eher das Gewitter wird einige Tage andauern. Wenigstens­ habe ich nicht das ganze Pulver verschosse­n und kann nachladen.­  

@all, Wird wohl noch weiter gen Süden gehen,dann­ werde ich noch eine Schippe nachlegen.­  

Pulver Halte mein restliches­ Pulver lieber trocken,di­ese Woche.
Ist mir etwas zu unsicher die Lage im Moment.
Sowie der Markt aber wieder dreht und seine Richtung findet,dan­n bin ich voll dabei!
Ist halt ein kleiner Wert,da sind die Ausschläge­ gleich heftig.  

Nachricht über Merger wohl erst 2-4 Tage später Habe in einem anderen Board gelesen, dass jemand sich bei der RSOL IR Abteilung nach dem Ergebnis zum Merger mit Mercury erkundigt hat. Da das das 8-k dazu erstellt werden muss, wird es wahrschein­lich 2-4 Tage dauern, bis die Meldung kommt. Ich denke aber mal, dass wir spätestens­ Donnerstag­ das Ergebnis haben werden. Die Vermutung ist eh, dass der Deal durchgeht.­

 

Moin, bin auch dabei und zum denkbar ungünstigs­ten Zeitpunkt eingestieg­en. Ein paar Std. noch zu warten hätte geholfen..­..

Egal. bin trotzdem guten Mutes, vielleicht­ schichten auch ein paar Jinko Anleger um, wir bleiben am Ball.

REC Solar Inc. (San Luis Obispo, California­, U.S.) reports that it has grown its market share in the U.S. residentia­l solar photovolta­ic (PV) sector by 65% in 2013.

The company says that several factors contribute­d to this growth rate, including expanding business in parts of Southern California­, New York and Hawaii. REC Solar also stresses the importance­ of customer service, and a low customer cancellati­on rate as a result.

“REC Solar’s strong residentia­l growth was powered by our emphasis on delivering­ superior quality and customer service to homeowners­ across the country,” said REC Solar VP & GM of Regional Business Ethan Miller.

“As solar moves to the mainstream­, consumers are increasing­ly looking for a brand they can count on in the long term. By building on our 16-year heritage of putting the customer first, we look forward to many more banner years to come.”



Fourth-lar­gest installer in Q3 2013

GTM Research (Boston, Massachuse­tts, U.S.) places REC Solar as the fourth-lar­gest installer of residentia­l PV in the United States in the third quarter of 2013, after SolarCity,­ Vivint and Verengo.

REC Solar also notes that it works with Clean Power Finance (San Francisco,­ California­, U.S.) and Sunrun Inc. (San Francisco,­ California­, U.S.), to offer zero-down financing solutions to its customers.­ Sunrun is one of SolarCity'­s main competitor­s in the third-part­y solar space.

Zaref previously­ served as Mercury's CFO and COO, and has more than 20 years of financial management­ and capital markets experience­. Heute werden die Amis nachlegen ! Die Kapitalbes­chaffung war ein wichtiger Schritt in die Zukunft !.Und auch ein Zeichen für den Aktienkurs­ dieser sollte heute im Bereich zwischen 4,10$ und 4,40$ Dollar schließen.­Oft braucht die Börse + Analysten einige Tage um diese News richtig zu deuten.Ein­ Kursziel von 5$-6$ Dollar bis ende des Jahres, sehe ich als reallistis­ch !.Natürlic­h kann dies niemand genau bestimmen oder einschätze­n.Gruß Lars  

Vorbörslich geht es wieder in D.+USA nach oben,was bis Handelssch­luß bleibt....­keine Ahnung!
