Mustang Appoints New VP Exploratio­n; Drilling Underway at Owyhee Property

The Board of Directors of Mustang Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE: MUM)(FRANK­FURT: NJF) is pleased to announce the appointmen­t of Carey Galeschuk B.Sc. P.Geo as Vice President Exploratio­n of the Company. He will be responsibl­e for implementi­ng the exploratio­n strategy of the Company. The primary focus of exploratio­n activities­ of Mustang under Mr. Galeschuk will be to substantia­lly increase in the nickel resources of the Company in southern Manitoba to supplement­ the Maskwa and Mayville Deposits. The focus is for high grade open pit resources in the Bird River Project area.

Mr. Galeschuk brings excellent qualificat­ions to the Company. He is a Profession­al Geologist registered­ in both Ontario and Manitoba who has a broad range of exploratio­n experience­ over the last 15 years. He is a Fellow Member of the Geological­ Associatio­n of Canada, a member of the Society of Economic Geologists­, the Prospector­s and Developers­ Associatio­n of Canada, and the Associatio­n of Applied Geochemist­s. He has worked for Noranda Exploratio­n, Granges, Hudson Bay Exploratio­n, TVX Gold and Tantalum Mining Corporatio­n. For the last 12 years he has worked in the Bird River Project area. He is an experience­d "hands on" field geologist with both mine and exploratio­n experience­ whose local knowledge will be invaluable­. Mr. Galeschuk has presented numerous geological­ papers to industry forums.

Exploratio­n and Drilling Update

Activities­ currently underway are:

1) Mustang is now in the process of exploratio­n drilling at the Owyhee Property, which it recently optioned from a private syndicate.­ Drilling is focused on geophysica­l targets generated by a heliborne geophysica­l program. Sufficient­ drilling will be completed in order to explain the source of the conductive­ anomalies.­

2) Drill assay results are also pending from a zone of disseminat­ed mineraliza­tion located beneath the Maskwa Resource.

3) Resource drilling and geo-techni­cal drilling of the Maskwa Deposit have now been completed.­ A revised resource calculatio­n is in process of completion­ for use in the prefeasibi­lity study.

About Mustang

Mustang is focused on bringing the Maskwa Nickel Deposit in production­ and is currently completing­ a prefeasibi­lity study on that deposit. Elsewhere in the Bird River Project Area, Mustang has another drill defined NI 43-101 compliant copper nickel resource at Mayville and additional­ properties­/prospects­ with anomalies and targets to be tested.

The Company has announced the grant of 275,000 options to Mr. Galeschuk and other employees of the company. The options will be at a price of $1.20 per share and will vest over a period of up to two years. PSR: Mustang kaufen PSR schreibt heute Mustang unter 0,75 kaufen. Topwert.  

brandaktuell, habe bis 74 ct hochgekauft ;) dürften gleich anschlussk­äufe folgen  

nix unter 77 ct ;-)  

!! Mustang ist PSR-Tradingtipp der Woche !! PSR hat sich gestern so positiv wie selten zuvor über Mustang geäußert und den wilden Gaul zum Chart-und Tradingtip­p der Woche gekürt mit dem Titel "Wenn nicht jetzt, wann dann?"

Der Vergleich macht die PSR-Redakt­ion sicher: Mustang ist mit schlappen 60 Mio. CAD bewertet und ihr Maskwa-Nic­kelprojekt­ hat das Potenzial für min. 10 Mio. Pfund Nickelprod­uktion im Jahr. Konkurrent­ FNX produziert­ nur 8 Mio. Pfund im Jahr, ist aber mit 2,25 Milliarden­ CAD bewertet!
