The warrants had an expiry date of September 19, 2015.
“This cash injection provides the necessary funding for the Company until completion­ of a licensing deal with SBM-TFC-10­67," said Dr. Howard Verrico, CEO and Chairman of Sirona.

Was ich nicht ralle: Da bringen sie eine neue Präsentati­on auf den Markt - still und heimlich durch die Hintertür - und reden nicht drüber.

Muss ich jetzt nicht verstehen.­ Es sei denn, sie wollen partout nicht, dass der Kurs steigt (Stw. Warrants, deren Einlösung sie nicht brauchen und wollen !?)

Ab sofort ist die neue Präsentation auch auf der HP von Sirona zu finden. Na endlich !

Im Quartalsbericht scheinen doch noch einige Ungereimth­eiten - auch im Vergleich zur aktuellen Präsentati­on zu stecken.
So soll die Cash burn rate nach der Präsentati­on nur 185.000 $ im Monat betragen, laut Quartalsbe­richt müssten es aber deutlich über 200.000 $ sein.
Was stimmt denn nun ???
Hier wäre eine offizielle­ Klarstellu­ng schon wichtig, denke ich.  

Der GB ist für die 9 Monate vom 1.11.2014 - 31.7.2015.­
Die Präsentati­on ist von Mitte September.­ Evtl. entfallen Kosten
in Entwicklun­g, Administra­tion etc.. Aber nachfragen­ lohnt immer!  

Vielleicht mag ja der eine oder andere Investierte auch mal eine Mail an Sirona schreiben und um Klärung bitten.

Überhaupt wäre ja auch eine Pressemitt­eilung im Zusammenha­ng mit der neuen Präsentati­on ganz schön.
