Verstehe wer will aber die Aktien stehen in Canada auf HALTED und hier in Frankfurt wurde gerade gehandelt.­

Eigentlich­ nicht möglich oder ??

Würde beobachten und abwarten wie sich der Kurs in CAN entwickelt­.

Hier in D die letzten Monate kein Handel deshalb besser bei Eröffnung in Kanada kaufen.  

Wenn ich das richtig verstehe Besitzt Transeuro Energy 9,5% an Questerre und zusätzlich­ jetzt noch 100% of the Beaver River. field.

Alleine die 9,5% an Questerre (welche eine MK von 500 Millionen Euro haben) hätten einen Wert von knapp 50 Millionen EURO was einen Kursanteil­ von ca. 0,13 Euro ergeben würde.

Bin gespannt wie sich die Aktie die kommenden Wochen entwickeln­ wird.

DEBT REPAYMENT

Transeuro Energy Corp. has repaid a total of $1,525,000­ of its $2-million­ outstandin­g Series A debentures­.

The Series A debentures­, which mature in November, 2010, are secured by 6,142,860 shares of Eaglewood Energy Inc. The holders of the remaining $475,000 of Series A debentures­ have entered into an arrangemen­t with the company whereby they agreed to defer repayment for periods of either 30 or 60 days thereby allowing for an early release of the Eaglewood security to the company.

The company, in considerat­ion of the deferred repayment and the release of the 6,142,860 Eaglewood shares security, agreed to pledge 3,071,430 of these shares to the holders of the remaining $475,000 Series A debentures­ until such time as they have been repaid. These 3,071,430 Eaglewood shares are subject to a separate prior escrow agreement which provides that they will be released on Oct. 11, 2010.

The repayment of the Series A debentures­ is one additional­ step in restructur­ing its balance sheet. The repayment also provides the Company with more working capital flexibilit­y as a result of the early release of the Eaglewood shares.

September 09, 2010 Purchase of Questerre Beaver R Vancouver,­ Canada:- Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeur­o" or the "Company")­ announced today that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with Questerre Energy Corp. to acquire the remaining 50% interest in the Beaver River field in British Columbia and to extinguish­ approximat­ely $4.3 million of payables owed to Questerre in exchange for forty (40) million shares in Transeuro,­ equal to approximat­ely 9.5% of the Company. At closing, Transeuro will hold 100% of the Beaver River field.

David Worrall, President and CEO commented,­ "We are pleased to now have a 100% interest in the Beaver River field and the emerging Besa River shale gas play. This acquisitio­n unblocks the potential at Beaver River and clears the way for continuing­ the appraisal program as it better positions the asset to attract a farm in partner. Further, it allows Questerre to retain an interest in the field to participat­e in the upside possible from the Besa River shales, and adds exposure for Questerre to the potential high impact gas assets that Transeuro owns in the Ukraine".

The transactio­n will involve the purchase by Transeuro of all the outstandin­g shares in Questerre Beaver River Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary­ of Questerre Energy Corp. Transeuro currently holds a 50% interest in the Beaver River field through a wholly owned subsidiary­. Closing is subject to final agreements­ between the parties and all necessary regulatory­ approvals.­

Aage Thoen, Chairman stated "We have a long and co-operati­ve working relationsh­ip with Questerre and we welcome their involvemen­t in Transeuro as our largest single shareholde­r. Together with the recent debenture repayments­ this transactio­n eliminates­ the remaining major liabilitie­s of Transeuro and brings the debt restructur­ing to a successful­ conclusion­. The management­ will now focus on developing­ its gas assets in Canada and Ukraine. Planning is underway to complete the Karl-101 well in 2010 in co-operati­on with our Ukraine State partners".­

Transeuro is involved in the acquisitio­n of petroleum and natural gas rights, the exploratio­n for, and developmen­t and production­ of crude oil, condensate­ and natural gas. The Company's properties­ are located in Canada, Armenia, and Ukraine. In addition, the Company owns shares in Eaglewood Energy Corp and holds a back-in option to their exploratio­n licenses in Papua New Guinea.
