Premier Gold stabilisiert sich auf hohem Niveau Hi,
ist es nicht schön, dass das Allzeithoch auch heute noch Bestand hat?
Mir gefällt es, dass die Aktie gerade jeden Tag ein wenig zulegt. Mal sehen, wann offizielle News kommen.
Jedenfalls bleibt es spannend...

Premiere .. news
Drilling has been activated on the Mine West target, located immediately west of, and along strike from, the RLGM complex. A fourth drill has been mobilized to begin deep drilling at the Bonanza deposit. The Mine West drilling is designed to test the western extension of the ultramafic rock unit that is host at Red Lake Gold Mines and the on-strike extension of the S and F zones at the mine. Drilling planned at Bonanza will target 1,000 metres below the deepest intercepts to date with the intent of demonstrating continuity of mineralization to 1,600 m below surface. Additional drilling at Bonanza will consist of infill and expansion drilling to further define the Bonanza deposit, discovered in 2004, where previous drilling has returned numerous significant intersections to depths of less than 400 metres including 13.27 g/t Au across 19.00 metres, 8.66 g/t Au across 22.0 metres and 5.05 g/t Au across 34.95 metres. An NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate is planned for Bonanza in early 2008.

Drilling also continues at the Wilmar mine area and from the RLGM complex. Drilling at Wilmar has intersected multiple gold horizons including a new zone discovered in the hangingwall of the Wilmar horizon. Drilling toward the joint venture project from the mine complex continues with a hole collared on the 41 level (approximately 1,875 metres or 6,150 feet below surface) of the Campbell complex (formerly Campbell mine) of Red Lake Gold Mines. The table provides a summary from the first two holes that have intersected the Wilmar target horizon from the current program, additional assays are expected in the near future.

13.27 g/t Au across 19.00 metres, 8.66 g/t Au .... across 22.0 metres and 5.05 g/t Au across 34.95 metres!!!

PREMIER AND SUTTER EXPAND HOLDINGS AT HIGH GRADE EL ALAMO DISTRICT

--------------------------------------------------

 Shares Issued: 68,189,742

PREMIER GOLD MINES LTD (TSX:PG) and SUTTER GOLD MINING INC. (SGMI; SGM.V) are pleased to announce that they have expanded their holdings in the historic and high grade El Alamo District of Baja California Norte, Mexico to include an additional 2,800 hectares (6,919 acres) of mineral concessions. The concessions are accessible by road, located 10 kilometres (kms) west of Highway 3, some 100 kms southeast of Ensenada and about 250 kms from San Diego, California, USA.

These new concessions, together known as Santa Teresa 2 (STC2), are located north, east and southwest of the original Santa Teresa Concession (STC) and will be explored for jointly under terms defined in the recently signed joint venture agreement (JVA) between the companies. The ground is considered to be strategic by the partners as it includes the poorly explored surface prospect at San Gabriel to the east of the STC and also is located proximal to the past-producing Avelina Mine located southwest of the STC.

Premier is preparing an initial 14-hole diamond drill program of 3,650 metres (11,975 feet) on the STC in order to test the extent, continuity and grade of known gold-bearing vein structures previously evaluated only within 20 metres of the surface.

The STC is located adjacent to and on strike from the past-producing Princessa Mine (the district's largest gold producer), whose orebody was known to extend close to the STC boundary. Data suggests that potential extensions of the Princessa Mine along strike and at depth have not been tested. The El Alamo District's gold production halted at its peak owing to technological and political circumstances early in the 20th century, thus presenting a unique opportunity to the JV today.

Premier and Sutter management were attracted to the El Alamo District initially because of a unique history of high mined grades, but little modern exploration. Both the STC and STC2 are:

• Located within a proven (some 220,000 ounces of past production) gold district.

• Historical data indicates that mined grades within the district are between 1.00 and 2.00 ounces per ton (opt).

• The majority of district production occurred within 120 metres of surface, but remains open at depth.

• Has characteristics similar to the historic Mother Lode District of California.

The upcoming initial phase of exploration on the STC will conclude late in Q1 2008 and be followed up by a second phase that expands into the STC2 concessions.

Stephen McGibbon, P.Geo., Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Premier, is the qualified person for the information contained in this press release and is a Qualified Person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101.

About Premier Gold Mines Limited

Premier Gold Mines Limited is a Canadian-based mineral exploration and development company with diverse property holdings that include several projects and deposits in Northwestern Ontario, a newly formed joint venture in Geraldton Ontario, and a joint venture in Mexico. In the Red Lake gold mining camp, two of these are operated in joint venture with Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G). A strategic project is also located on the main Musselwhite Gold Mine trend (Goldcorp-Kinross). Additional information can be found on the Premier website at www.premiergoldmines.com.

About Sutter Gold Mining Inc.

The Sutter Gold project contains a 3.2 mile segment of the Mother Lode belt from which 10 historic mines produced 2.3 million ounces of gold. The historic mines bracket a one-mile-long portion of the Mother Lode belt with no historic gold production and which contains the Lincoln and Comet zones. The Lincoln and Comet zones were blind discoveries that did not outcrop at surface and which represent the first significant new gold discoveries made along the Mother Lode belt in the last 50 years. The Sutter Gold project has been the subject of considerable modern exploration activity, most of it centering on the Lincoln and Comet zones, which are adjacent to each other and together referred to as the Lincoln project. A total of 85,085 feet of drilling have been accomplished in 190 diamond drill holes, and modern underground development consists of a 2,850-foot declined ramp with 2,400 feet of crosscuts plus five raises. The historic gold production was documented in a detailed report completed by Mark Payne, the consulting geologist to Sutter Gold and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Further information on US and Mexico operations is available at the Company's website at www.suttergoldmining.com.www.suttergoldmining.com.

News... noch ein weiteres heißes Eisen im Feuer !! Premier to sell Pickle Crow Project
   Shares Issued: 68,189,742

THUNDER BAY, ON, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED (TSX:PG) is
pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent ("LOI") to sell its
interest in the Pickle Crow Gold Project (the "Project") in northwestern
Ontario to an unrelated privately held Ontario company, PC Gold Inc., which
has been created specifically to consolidate ownership interests in the
Project. PC Gold intends to raise financing and implement a major program of
exploration and development on the Project, with the intent of returning the
past-producing Pickle Crow Gold Mine to production, and to eventually complete
a transaction to become a public issuer. Upon receipt of all payments, Premier
will receive the equivalent of $5.3 million in cash and shares of PC Gold, and
will retain a 0.5% Net Smelter Return Royalty ("NSR") with respect to any
future gold produced from the Project.

   <<
Under the terms of the LOI, Premier will receive $1.5 million in cash and
$3.8 million in shares of PC Gold under the following terms:

   1)  $25,000 cash within two weeks of signing;
   2)  $475,000 cash and $3.8 million in shares of PC Gold on closing of the
       transaction;
   3)  $250,000 cash on the 6 month anniversary date;
   4)  $250,000 cash on the 12 month anniversary date;
   5)  $500,000 cash on the 18 month anniversary date;
   6)  PC Gold will retain the right to purchase Premier's NSR at any time
for the sum of $2.5 million.
   >>

The Project is host to the past-producing Pickle Crow Gold Mine that
produced 1.47 million ounces of gold between 1935 and 1966, and closed in a
low gold price ($35/oz) environment. The Pickle Crow Gold Mine is found within
the Uchi geological subprovince, the same belt of rocks in which the mines at
Red Lake, Ontario, are found. A considerable body of historical data exists
which suggests the mine shut down with resources in place, and untapped open
pit and underground exploration potential. The Project also hosts a new mill
built by a private partner in the Project who will also be consolidating its
interest into PC Gold.
"The sale of Pickle Crow, a non-core asset of the company, will augment
our already strong financial position" stated Ewan Downie, President of
Premier. "The proceeds of the sale will be used for the further development of
our core projects, and may be used to help fund further strategic acquisitions
by the corporation".
In other news, drilling continues with three drill rigs at the
Rahill-Bonanza Project in Red Lake, a joint venture with Red Lake Gold Mines,
an affiliate of Goldcorp Inc (TSX:G NYSE:GG). The Rahill-Bonanza project is
located immediately west of, and along strike from, the Red Lake Gold Mines
complex. Additionally, drilling with two drills is underway at the Geraldton
Project in northwestern Ontario, a joint venture with Roxmark Mines Limited
(TSXV:RMK)

Premier Gold Mines Limited is a Canadian-based mineral exploration and
development company with diverse property holdings that include several
projects and deposits in Northwestern Ontario and a joint venture in Mexico.
In the Red Lake gold mining camp, two of these are operated in joint venture
with Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G).

" speculative buy " von Research Capital Premier Gold Mines initiated with "speculative buy"

Monday, November 05, 2007 9:40:38 AM ET
Research Capital

NEW YORK, November 5 (newratings.com) - Analyst Barry Allan of Research Capital initiates coverage of Premier Gold Mines Inc (ticker: PG-TSX) with a "speculative buy" rating.

In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the Rahill-Bonanza Project is strategically well positioned, while being the company’s most promising exploration project. Premier Gold Mines has six additional gold exploration projects in Ontario, located in mineral camps that are established, the analyst says. The exploration activity at the new Beardmore-Geardton project is poised to accelerate, which is likely to warrant an additional drilling programme, Research Capital adds.

NEWS von Heute.....high-grade gold mineralization Premier-Goldcorp drilling intersects high-grade gold mineralization in Red Lake
   Shares Issued: 68,189,742

THUNDER BAY, ON, Nov. 7 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED (TSX:PG) is
pleased to announce that ongoing drilling at the Rahill-Bonanza Project
continues to intersect high-grade gold mineralization below the historic
workings of the past producing Wilmar Gold Mine. The "Rahill-Bonanza Project"
is being operated under a 50/50 exploration joint venture between Premier and
Red Lake Gold Mines, an affiliate of GOLDCORP INC. (TSX:G, NYSE:GG).
The Wilmar Gold Mine was mined as a satellite deposit to the adjacent
Cochenour Gold Mine (owned by Goldcorp) and was in operation during the final
several years of mining at Cochenour. This resulted in the mining of 203,256
Tons at an average grade of approximately 0.3 oz/ton Au (10.3g/t Au) with the
deposit remaining open at depth when the mine shutdown. During the current
drill program, the Wilmar horizon has been intersected in all holes drilled
over an area of more than 600 meters below the historic workings and over a
strike length of approximately 300 meters with assays that include 49.0g/t Au
over 1.0m, 14.2g/t Au over 5.0 m and 18.1 g/t Au over 2.0 m. Mineralization
remains open at depth and along strike. Drilling has also identified
high-grade gold in the West Granodiorite Zone ('WGZ") that is located west of,
and along strike from the Wilmar Zone. The following tables provide a summary
of results received to-date in the Wilmar deposit area (Note: several wedges
were performed from original Hole PG07018W1, thus 18W2-W6 represents one drill
hole):

Additionally, drilling is underway at; 1) the "Mine West" target that is
located immediately west of, and along strike from, the Red Lake Gold Mines
complex; 2) from the underground mine workings of the prolific Red Lake Gold
Mines complex; and, 3) the Bonanza deposit. The Mine West drilling is designed
to test the western extension of the ultramafic rock unit that is host to the
Red Lake Mine and the on-strike extension of the "S and F Zones" at the mine.
The underground drilling is testing for possible extensions and/or repetitions
of fault structures, key rock types and vein material on the project area
along strike to the west of the current mine workings. Drilling at Bonanza
will consist of in-fill and expansion drilling to further define the Bonanza
deposit, discovered in 2004, where previous drilling has returned numerous
significant intersections to depths of less than 400 meters including 13.27
g/t Au across 19.00 meters, 8.66 g/t Au across 22.0 meters and 5.05 g/t Au
across 34.95 meters.
The Rahill-Bonanza Project is strategically located along the main Red
Lake "Mine Trend" between the Red Lake Gold Mines to the east and the
Cochenour Gold Mine and Bruce Channel discovery to the west (See Figure  1 &
2). The geological setting at Wilmar shares many similarities to the Red Lake
Gold Mines, located in the same suite of rocks to the east, and the Cochenour
Mine-Bruce Channel discovery to the northwest. The current drilling is part of
a major, two year, exploration program ($5 Million budgeted for 2007) that
will test several prospective targets on the Property. A presentation with
