Toronto, Ontario Canada, July 20, 2011 (TheNewswire.ca) -- Pure Energy Visions Corporation (TSXV:PEV) (OOTC:PUURF) (PEV - TSX Venture)(XYQ - FWB), ("PEV" or "Pure Energy"), and PureEnergy Solutions, Inc., (PES) are pleased to announce the introduction of new 6 and 12 volt rechargeable alkaline (RAMcell) battery packs. The new packs target a number of applications including emergency lighting, security systems, back-up power and a variety of LED lighting products.
Most of these devices currently use sealed lead acid (SLA) or Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) rechargeable batteries. RAMcell packs have several advantages over these batteries including higher capacity and longer run times, reduced weight, superior shelf life for improved stand-by capability, and they are maintenance free. Furthermore, RAMcell's do not contain heavy metals.
Compared to a 6 volt 2.6 Ah SLA battery that weighs 536 grams a RAMcell 6 volt pack provides up to 8 Ah at a weight of 468 grams. RAMcells are manufactured in a charged state and hold their charge for 7 years where as SLA batteries have a shelf life of approximately 1 year and NiCd have a shelf life of less than 6 months.

In recent weeks the issue of lead poisoning in China has been well documented, with hundreds of SLA plants being temporarily shut down in relation to a number of confirmed lead poisoning cases in the country. Due to the use of toxic cadmium, NiCd batteries have been banned in Europe for all but a few applications.
According to Freedonia world-wide shipments of rechargeable batteries totaled over US$49 billion in 2007 and is expected to grow to more than $86 billion by 2017. In 2007, approximately, 70% of these batteries were SLA batteries.

(Huatai), for the manufacturing, sales and distribution of Pure Energy's patented rechargeable alkaline (RAMcell) batteries to the Chinese domestic retail and OEM markets.
Established in 1998, Huatai is one of the leading battery manufacturers in China with annual production of more than 2.5 billion batteries. The new company will be named Linyi Huatai Pure Energy Co Ltd (the JV) and will be located in a brand new 6,000 square meter facility in Linyi City. The registered capital of the JV will be $10,000,000 with Huatai owning 51% of the JV and Pure Energy Visions Corp (TSXV:PEV) (OOTC:PUURF) , 49%. The initial term of the agreement is for 15 years.
Through the JV, Huatai will focus on RAMcell production and battery sales within China, while Pure Energy and its partners will focus on expanding sales outside of China. Production of AA RAMcells is expected to begin in the first half of 2012, using new state-of-the-art, high speed automated equipment from Hibar Systems Limited of Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada. The new high speed line, combined with Chinese production and Huatai's significant buying power, is expected to result in a high quality product at a reduced cost.

I'm a shareholder from Pure Energy Visions Corporation. Since begin of December 2012 the trading is suspended because the company has not filed the balance sheet. The latest news I could read was that the investments were written off and the balance would be created with it. That was about a month ago. Now the balance is still miss and trading is not possible. Can you tell me when I can trade the stock again? Thank you for your feedback.

This is in response to your email regarding the status of Pure Energy Visions Corp (PEV).
Pure Energy Visions Corp is an investment company which had sold its business to WildCharge (changed their name to Pure Energy Solutions) in 2010. PEV, as a result became the majority shareholder of PES (approximately 35%). Unfortunately, PES filed for chapter 11 protection in the USA and PES Canada (the battery manufacturing facility) went into receivership, both in 2013 as well. PEV is the largest creditor of PES and are hoping to receive consideration once these to situations are resolved. This situation is very unfortunate and beyond our control. As the CEO of PEV, I've continued to work for the company, even though the company has been unable to pay my salary since January 1st, 2012.
I'm sorry that this has turned out this way and still hope that the shareholders of PEV may see a positive outcome from their investment.
I will be pleased to update you periodically on any progress that is made.
