Tanti hält 10000 MW für ein ehrgeiziges Ziel,aber es sei erreichbar.Wenn China jährlich 15000 MW erreicht ,warum sollte Indien nicht 10000MW erreichen bis 2019.Die Industrie nimmt die Herausforderung freudig auf.Wichtig sei es ,die Übertragung im Netz zu schaffen und das Land zu erwerben.Allein hierfür wird viel Zeit benötigt.
Der dritte Punkt sei die Finanzierung.Die Regierung solle einen Weg finden für geringere Zinsen.Man könnte auch an eine Carbon-Steuer denken für die durch Kohle gewonnene Energie.Bei 5% Zinsverringerung könnte der Windtarif um ₹1 reduziert werden.Und für die Hersteller sollte es ‘project specific working Kapital geben und die Zurückzahlung würde über das Projekt erfolgen .

The Indian Suzlon Group is increasing its influence over its German subsidiary Senvion SE (link is external). On December 1, Kirti Vagadia from India became the new CFO at Senvion. Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Alex De Ryck, on the other hand, is leaving the company on 15 December.
Before Vagadia was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Senvion, he served as CFO at the Suzlon Group and was a member of the Supervisory Board at Senvion. .... The Suzlon Group is conducting a techno-commercial feasibility study for an offshore wind power project in India. The project, if it materialises, would be the country’s first such project. Suzlon, which is conducting the study in Gujarat, has been keen on bringing offshore wind projects to India.
Senvion SE, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzlon, enjoys leadership in the offshore wind energy segment. Senvion introduced its multi-megawatt offshore turbines 10 years ago and has installed more than 130 such turbines offshore. Offshore installation is far more complex and Senvion is among the few players with competence in the field. It completed one of the largest offshore wind farms in Europe for a total cost of 1.3 billion euros.
Senvion has just erected the prototype of the 6.2M152, which has the largest rotor diameter in the product range. The 6.2M152 is the largest commercially proven offshore turbine with a power rating of 6.2 MW. The Hamburg-based company has already sold the 6.2M152 prototype. In conjunction with the customer, Ewe Erneuerbare GmbH, commissioning is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2014.
The Senvion 6.2M152 could enter serial production in 2015, the company said. With the 6.2M126, the company already manufactures the largest commercial turbine for offshore projects. The project is a first for the company in two respects.— the blades of this size have never been developed, built, transported and assembled, and such a large rotor star has never been pulled and assembled. With a diameter of 152 metres, the swept area is larger than three football pitches.

Gamesa and Vestas of Denmark are in the race to acquire London-listed Hansen Transmissions from Pune-based Suzlon Energy. A person close to the deal said Tulsi Tanti-controlled Suzlon, the worlds fifth-largest and Indias biggest turbine maker, is expected to seal the deal by this weekend.....
According to one source with knowledge of the developments, it is not entirely clear whether the stake sale would remain restricted only to Suzlon or involve European subsidiary REpower (now Senvion), which is one of the largest wind-turbine makers in Europe.
Meanwhile, Suzlon Energy clarified to stock exchanges that reports of Gamesa picking up a majority stake in the company are both 'speculative in nature and inaccurate'.
"The company has no clarifications to issue in this regard," stated Suzlon.
"Gamesa does not comment on rumours," the company's corporate office responded to an e-mail

The wind farm will be the largest in Africa, consisting of 66 Suzlon 2.1 MW turbines, with an installed capacity of 138.6 MW.
The facility is expected to deliver about 370 000 MWh/y into the grid, equating to enough electricity to power 138 000 low-income homes or 57 000 medium-income houses.
The value of the project is estimated at R2.4-billion, which is financed by Standard Bank of South Africa, Nedbank and Futuregrowth Asset Management.
Construction started in early February 2013.
Power was expected to be supplied to the Eskom grid by the second quarter of 2014.
Latest Developments
The 138.6 MW Cookhouse wind farm has completed all required performance tests and grid compliance to reach commercial operations and reach the commercial operations date (COD).
While the project is not the first to achieve COD, it is the first to connect to Eskom’s transmission network.

morgen vielleicht nochmals so einen Sprung ?
Jedenfalls scheint es so zu sein, dass die Aktie wieder angesprungen ist. Der Börsengang von Sevion wird ja in den nächsten 3 Monaten kommen und schon alleine das sollte wieder Schwung in die Aktie bringen, nachdem die 13%ige Kapitalerhöhung via Debt Equity Swap zu spottbilligen 16,50 Rupien der Aktie doch deutlich geschadet hat. Hoffen wir mal, dass das die Aktie jetzt abgearbeitet hat und jetzt wieder Fantasie rein kommt.
Operativ ist Suzlon wieder gut unterwegs. So wird man im Geschäftsjahr 2014/2015 den Umsatz deutlich steigern können um ca. 725 Mio. $ bzw. um 23% auf um die 3,9 Mrd. $. Dort liegen jedenfalls die Analystenschätzungen. Jedoch wird Suzlon im laufenden Geschäftsjahr weiter tief rote Zahlen bringen mit etwa 290 bis 300 Mio. $. Mit einem Auftragsbestand Ende September von 4,6 GW hat Suzlon ein recht dickes Auftragspolster und es ist ja kein Geheimnis, dass der indische Heimatmarkt in den nächsten Jahren gute Wachstumsraten verzeichnen wird, denn der neue indische Permierminister Modi ist ein bekennender Freund der Erneuerbaren.
Suzlon gehört mit einer Bruttomarge von 32% zum Besten was Windmühlenbauer zu bieten haben (Nordex z.B. 21%), aber die sehr hohen operativen Kosten mit 31% zum Umsatz (Nordex z.B. 15%) mit 485 Mio. $ im 1. Halbjahr machen diese sehr gute Bruttomarge völlig zunichte.
Suzlon hat zwei ganz große Baustellen:
1. Die sehr hohen operativen Kosten. Da Suzlon im letzten Quartal 2014/2015 einen Nettogewinn ausweisen möchte wird man sehen wie Suzlon diese sehr hohen operativen Kosten in den Griff bekommt.
2. Die sehr hohe Nettofinanzverschuldung von 2,34 Mrd. $ (Gesamtfinanzverbindlichkeiten von 2,71 Mrd. $) werden auch durch den Senvion-Börsengang nicht allzu deutlich gesenkt werden können und selbst wenn die hochverzinslichen inländischen Finanzverbindlichkeiten von umgerechnet 1,4 Mrd. $ komplett neu umstrukturiert werden können im Zuge des Senvion-Börsenganges werden die Zinsaufwendungen wohl immer noch so bei 200 Mio. $ im Jahr liegen. Im 1. Halbjahr lagen die Zinsaufwendungen bei riesigen 167 Mio. $.
Durch die doch recht großen Probleme ist Suzlon wirklich eine sehr spekulative Turn Around-Wette, aber wenn man deutlich erkennen kann, dass Suzlon ihre zwei Baustellen (sehr hohe operative Kosten, sehr hohe Zinsaufwendungen) einigermaßen in den Griff bekommen kann, dann sind die aktuellen Kurse ein Witz.
