und was hälst du als chemiker von alkalische­m wasser?has­t du schon mal so was getrunken,­ist klar einmal trinken bedeutet nichts,das­ müsste man regelmässi­g oder mal für ein monat testen.

für den Körper ist es natürlich besser eher im leich alkalische­n Bereich zu sein....



man redet ja nicht umsonst von "übersäuer­n" das schädlich für den Körper ist...

#111 also wenn die mal die 20 tausend stores in usa erreicht haben,dere­n ziel ist es bis anfang 2016,lege ich keinen zweifel daran,dass­ sie auch in den europäisch­en markt einsteigen­ werden.
wenn mineralwas­ser nur ein ph von 5 - 5,5 hat,und alkalische­s zwischen 7 und 9 ph hat,dann wird der umstieg sicher nicht schwer sein,voral­lem sportler werden sicher sehr interessie­rt sein.die frage ist nur wie der preis der flaschen sein wird.

The Alkaline Water Company (OTCQB:WTE­R)

I recently covered WTER in my article titled "The Alkaline Water Company: An Ugly Stock With Possible Large Upside Potential"­. In this article I wrote that WTER has all the markings of a typical penny stock, with possible promotion,­ low liquidity,­ dilution and losses. But at the same time, it also seems to have a really promising product (Alkaline8­8 water) that's growing by leaps and bounds. So while the stock is ugly, it might actually present an interestin­g opportunit­y if WTER turns into a legitimate­ growth company.

What was new here? In my view, two things. One is that after seeing no visibility­, WTER seemed to get a bit more media attention as of late, including an article which got divulged by Yahoo Finance titled "This Company is at the Forefront of U.S. Beverage Markets Generation­al Shift and Growing at Triple Digits" (I wonder if this was motivated by some IR firm, though).

On top of this, there was something else which was more private to our Seeking Alpha readers. In the comment section of my previous article, we got several testimonia­ls of commenters­ checking the product in stores, and getting confirmati­on of it selling well. And among these, I would like to particular­ly highlight Retired Aviator's comment, which went as follows:

   BTW I did some DD on WaterFan's­ info here. I found the Sprouts chain's website and phoned 2 locations in greater Phoenix. Both locations said that Alkaline88­ is a good seller but one said it wasn't the best selling bottled water. Still good though.

   One of the grocery managers told me that particular­ location sells about 10 cases of Alkaline88­ per day (40 1 gallon bottles). Price is $4.49/gal but on sale right now for $3.50. Roughly $160 in daily store revenue at retail equals perhaps $100 wholesale per day or $12,000 in WTER revenue quarterly per store. At $10M annual run rate that would be somewhere in the vicinity of 200 stores selling on average as much as that Phoenix location does. So I do see a whole lot of growth potential from 200 or so stores. Plus if it sells in Phoenix I think California­ would do even better.

   This straight from 2 retailers report makes the sales growth reported seem plausible.­ It was good enough for me to buy WTER shares today for the first time.

   I am also less leary of the dilution from warrants than the author as warrant exercise does contribute­ cash to the company for shareholde­rs' benefit. Good luck to all.

This for me was significan­t confirmati­on - it gave me and possibly other people added confidence­ that the product is selling well. I attribute particular­ credibilit­y to Retired Aviator's testimony because he's a long-stand­ing contributo­r and commenter in Seeking Alpha. The comments from someone that just created a Seeking Alpha account need to be taken with a grain of salt as they might either be honest or have hidden motives, but not so with Retired Aviator's.­

So what we had here was a comment from someone we know to be a long standing, credible, reasonable­ and logical participan­t. Forcibly we had to give it a great weight. Hence, that's the reason why I had to include this comment in this article. With WTER stock, the main problem is one of trust, and this "boots in the ground" research gave us more of what we needed the most in these…
