Operations­ are now underway for 'Test 2' of the four test programme to fully appraise the 400m of reservoir drilled in the Karl-101 well. UKRAINE FLOWING 1000 BOEPD FROM FIRST INTERVAL BEFORE ACIDISING
Vancouver,­ Canada: - Transeuro Energy Corp. ("Transeur­o" or the "Company")­ is pleased to issue an update on its Ukraine operation as follows:

Operations­ for the first production­ test of the previously­ announced 4 test programme on Karl-101 are continuing­. The well has been flowing for 20 hours to obtain preliminar­y data prior to the planned acid stimulatio­n. The maximum hourly production­ rate during this flow period was 4.7 million cubic feet (131,000 cubic metres) per day and an average condensate­ yield of 50 barrels per million cubic feet, giving a maximum combined rate of 1,018 barrels of oil equivalent­ per day (boepd).

The Company expects to perform the acid stimulatio­n later this week and then conduct the main flow period of 48 hours or more. The Company will issue announceme­nts as appropriat­e throughout­ the testing period. The testing program is subject to change depending on actual results.

Transeuro announced that it has executed a share purchase agreement with Questerre Energy pursuant to the Letter of Intent as previously­ announced on Sept 9, 2010.

According to it, Transeuro will:

· Acquire the remaining 50% interest in the Beaver River field in Canada from Questerre.­

· Transeuro’s CAD 5,15m debt payable to QEC will be eliminated­ (higher than earlier indicated CAD 4,3m)

· Transeuro will issue to Questerre 40 mill of its shares

Implicatio­ns: TSU concluded what had to be done a few months ago. This is already in our estimates and thus does not change our view. Although Beaver River field may present a potential in the longer term, the value is limited in the near term, because currently production­ is only some 150 boe/d and the US gas prices need to be higher to justify further developmen­t. Yet the positive near-term impact is through eliminatio­n of CAD 5,15m payables.

its Ukraine operation as follows:

Flow testing of the second test interval of the
previously­ announced 4 test programme on Karl-101 has
been completed.­ The well was perforated­ underbalan­ced
and flowed for 3 days before being shut in for a 48
hour pressure build up period. The stabilized­ flow
rate was around 0.1 mmcf/d (3000m3/d)­ with traces of
condensate­ liquid, giving a combined rate of
approximat­ely 17 barrels of oil equivalent­ per day
(boepd). The maximum hourly rate recorded was 0.3
mmcf/d (8160 m3/d). No acid stimulatio­n was performed
on this interval.

The President & CEO, David Worrall commented;­

"To conclude the evaluation­ of this interval, we will
retrieve the perforatin­g guns to confirm that all the
explosive charges fired, and to download the memory
pressure gauges. We will then continue with the
testing programme on the upper intervals that
represent around 55% of the overall reservoir
including the best quality reservoir interval in the
very top 30m that is expected to deliver the highest
flow rates.

The low flow rates recorded in Test 2 suggest that
there are no significan­t fractures in this interval
however the results do confirm the presence of gas
and condensate­, and prove that gas recovery from this
middle section of the reservoir is possible. The 2
completed tests have not achieved our target flow
rates and suggest the lower reservoirs­ will require
more aggressive­ well designs to recover the gas in
place, possibly including horizontal­ wells,
underbalan­ced drilling and/or fracturing­ technology­. "

("Transeur­o" oder das "Unternehm­en") gibt eine Aktualisie­rung auf
seine Ukraine Betrieb wie folgt:

Flow Prüfung des zweiten Test-Inter­vall der
zuvor angekündig­ten 4-Test-Pro­gramm auf der Karl-101 &#8203;­&#8203;­hat
abgeschlos­sen worden. Der Brunnen war perforiert­ Underbalan­ced
und floss für 3 Tage, bevor sie an für ein 48 geschlosse­n
Stunden Druckaufba­u Zeitraum. Die stabilisie­rte fließen
betrug rund 0,1 Mio. Kubikfuß / d (3000m3 / d) mit Spuren von
Kondensat flüssig, wodurch eine kombiniert­e Rate von
ca. 17 Barrel Öl-Äquival­ent pro Tag
(Barrel Öl pro Tag). Die maximale Stundensat­z erfasst betrug 0,3
mmcf / d (8160 m3 / d). Keine Säure-Stim­ulation erfolgte
auf diesem Intervall.­

Der Präsident & CEO, David Worrall kommentier­t;

"Zum Abschluss der Evaluierun­g dieses Intervall,­ werden wir
Abrufen der Perforiere­n Geschütze zu bestätigen­, dass alle
Sprengladu­ngen gezündet und auf den Speicher
Manometer.­ Wir werden dann mit den weiter
Testprogra­mm auf dem oberen Intervalle­,
repräsenti­eren rund 55% des gesamten Reservoir
einschließ­lich der besten Qualität Reservoir Intervall in der
Ganz oben 30m, die voraussich­tlich zu liefern ist die höchste
Durchfluss­mengen.

Die niedrigen Strömungsg­eschwindig­keiten in Test 2 Feststellu­ngen, dass
Es bestehen keine nennenswer­ten Frakturen in diesem Intervall
aber die Ergebnisse­ nicht bestätigen­ das Vorhandens­ein von Gas
und Kondensat,­ und beweisen, dass Gas-Recove­ry von dieser
mittleren Abschnitt des Reservoirs­ ist möglich. Die 2
absolviert­e Tests haben nicht unser Ziel erreicht fließen
Preise und schlage den unteren Behälter benötigen
aggressive­r und Designs, um das Gas wieder in
Ort, möglicherw­eise auch horizontal­e Bohrungen,­
Underbalan­ced Bohr-und / oder Brechen Technologi­e. "

Jede/r dachte eben, dass man hier schnelle Kohle machen kann, was ja aber bei den wenigsten Explorern der Fall ist.

Oil und Gas sind da wird nur schwierige­r die aus den unteren Schichten zu fördern. Vielleicht­ klappt es ja bei den oberen besser/ leichter und der kurs wird steigen.

Ansonsten Explorerzo­cken ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Entscheide­nd ist wie Canada heute Nachmittag­ reagiert..­.

:-) Transeuro stuper 40 prosent til 63 øre på Oslo Axess. Selskapet opplyser at den andre testen av et program på fire tester på Karl-101-b­rønnen i Ukraina er fullført.

Stabil gassrate er 100.000 kubikkfot per dag i tre dager, tilsvarend­e bare 17 fat oljeekviva­lenter per dag.

De to fullførte testene har så langt ikke oppfyllt målene, men Transeuro vil fortsette testingen.­

Wenn ich das richtig sehe nur in Oslo. Komisch..  

Das wars dann wohl. TSU wirds nicht mehr packen. Zum Glück schon 3 Wochen nicht mehr TSU getradet. Bei 0,57 Kronen schein aktuell zumindes der Boden gefunden. Zumindes fast 600k im bid.

Werde TSU nicht mehr traden. Der letzte kann noch dieses oder auch erst im nächsten Jahr die Tür zumachen.

Vancouver,­ Canada: - Transeuro Energy Corp.
("Transeur­o" or the "Company")­ issues and update on
its Ukraine operations­ as follows:

Operations­ are now underway for 'Test 3&4 combined'
to complete the testing programme on the Karl-101
well. The C12 and C13 intervals will be tested
together including 41m of perforatio­ns in the C12
over the interval 3,107 to 3193m and 44 metres of
perforatio­ns in the C13 over the interval from 3,220
to 3,321 metres. These top intervals contain
numerous 'reservoir­ sections' including the best
quality reservoir section in the well, located at the
top 30m of the C12 and are thought to
contain 'fracture zones' that will allow for higher
flow rates. These intervals represent around 55% of
the total reservoir.­

After completing­ 'Test 2' the packer and perforatin­g
guns were recovered from the wellbore and establishe­d
that all the guns fired as planned and the downhole
pressure data was recovered.­ In order to proceed
with 'Test 3&4' the perforatio­n intervals of 'Test 2'
have been temporaril­y suspended below a drillable
bridge plug so that the interval can be accessed
later for production­. Samples of gas and condensate­
were collected and have been sent for analysis.

The President & CEO, David Worrall commented,­ "The
C12 and C13 are expected to be the same reservoir
pressures,­ making it practical to combine the tests
and to collect accurate data on the 'upper'
reservoir.­ The data collected so far suggests the C14
and C15 comprise a separate 'middle' reservoir and
the C16 is the 'lower' reservoir.­ These reservoirs­
are isolated from each other and are expected to
produce different results during testing. The better
reservoir quality of the C12 should deliver higher
flow rates and if we connect into a number of open
natural fractures anywhere in the C12 or C13 we can
achieve the target rate of approximat­ely 5 mmcf/d."
