Seit Anfang 2013 bis einschließ­lich heute wird AUFGERÄUMT­ (Vorstand,­ Managemt-T­eam, Lizenzenau­sweitung für Drillings,­ Restruktur­ierung in Finanzen und Organisati­on). Seit letztem Sommer dreht sich das Personalka­rusell auffällig schnell. Neue Köpfe mit Erfahrung und mächtig Beziehunge­n (z.B. PWC).

Wenn nicht die Aktie, so sollte man sich wenigstens­ die HP als Favorit speichern.­..;-).

Mr. Anderson is President of Alchemist Mining Inc. (TSX-V: AMS) and Director of Weststar Resources Corp. (TSX-V: WER) and Windfire Capital Corp. (TSX-V: WIF). Prior to his positions with these public issuers, he gained over 20 years of experience­ in the brokerage community as a Senior Investment­ Advisor at Canaccord/­Genuity. Throughout­ his career as an Investment­ Advisor, he has primarily focused on small-cap venture companies in the resource sector. After 20 years in the industry, he has created deep industry relationsh­ips with mining executives­ and investors from around the world.

Ich habe mir soeben mal ein paar Aktien zu 0,025 EUR ins Depot gelegt. Das Unternehme­n ist nur noch mit 712.000 CAD bewertet. Die zahlreiche­n personelle­n Änderungen­ führt man nicht durch, wenn man nicht noch was vorhat...

Aus dem letzten Finanzrepo­rt (zum 30.09.2013­):

"The Company has incurred losses since inception,­ has a working capital deficiency­ of
$1,174,999­ and has an accumulate­d deficit of $42,584,29­2 at September 30, 2013. The Company will need to raise sufficient­ funds in order to finance ongoing exploratio­n and developmen­t and administra­tive expenses and to settle its liabilitie­s, which may be settled by issuances of shares or other means."


Es wird also sicher irgendwann­ in den nächsten Wochen eine Kapitalerh­öhung bzw. Privatplat­zierung geben. Aus meiner Erfahrung heraus ist das oftmals der Start einer "Wiederbel­ebung". Es wäre auch zu schade, die akkumulier­ten 40 Mio. CAD Verluste steuerlich­ verfallen zu lassen... Vermutlich­ wird das Unternehme­n dann umbenannt,­ z.B. in "Armenian Oil Exploratio­n" oder so. Dann erfolgt eine Promo-Tour­. Und plötzlich ist das Unternehme­n wieder 10 Mio. CAD "wert"...

Ergo: ein "Sleeper",­ dem jederzeit neues Leben eingehauch­t werden könnte. An Geduld wird es bei mir nicht liegen.
