"Viavi Solutions (VIAV) reported 2nd Quarter December 2021 earnings of $0.20 per share on revenue of $314.8 million. The consensus earnings estimate was $0.14 per share on revenue of $304.1 million. Revenue grew 5.0% on a year-over-­year basis.

The company said it expects third quarter earnings of $0.20 to $0.22 per share on revenue of $301.0 million to $315.0 million. The current consensus earnings estimate is $0.19 per share on revenue of $309.99 million for the quarter ending March 31, 2022."

Non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.11, down $0.03 or 21.4% year-over-­year

Business Outlook for the Third Quarter of Fiscal 2024

For the third quarter of fiscal 2024 ending March 30, 2024, the Company expects net revenue to be between $245 million to $253 million and non-GAAP EPS to be between $0.05 to $0.09.
