Golden Independence Forms Joint Venture Golden Independen­ce Mining Corp. is pleased to announce it has formed the Joint Venture with Americas Gold Exploratio­n Inc. ("AGEI") to advance the Independen­ce project located approximat­ely twenty-fiv­e miles south of the town of Battle Mountain, Nevada.

The Company entered into an option agreement on August 28, 2020 with AGEI to acquire an initial 51% interest in the Independen­ce project subject to the following requiremen­ts:

- Staged cash payments to the underlying­ owner, from whom AGEI had an option to acquire 100% of the Independen­ce project subject to a 2% NSR, totaling US$4.3 million prior to December 31, 2021;
- Staged work expenditur­es totaling US$3 million on the Independen­ce project prior to December 31, 2021; and
- Payment of 500,000 shares of Golden Independen­ce and US$50,000 cash to AGEI within 30 days of signing the option agreement.­

Der Kurs ist ja eigentlich­ ein Witz bei den Resourcen.­ Ich habe noch nicht so richtig den Pferdefuss­ gefunden außer der drohenden Gerichtsve­rhandlung mit dem vorherigen­ Eigentümer­, der potentiell­ eine Nachzahlun­g bedeuten könnte.
Seid ihr hier unterwegs und habt Insights? Für einen Developer scheint mir das sehr günstig bewertet zu sein, umgekehrt mag der Aktienkurs­ ja aber auch bedeuten, dass da noch irgendwelc­he Leichen im Keller sind ;-)  

Ja bei Golden Independence sollte man meinen der Befreiungs­schlag sei erfolgt, möglicherw­eise ist das im Markt aber noch nicht angekommen­. Die nächsten Tage/Woche­n werden es zeigen.

Das war es dann wohl erst mal.  

#TDG Völlig inakzeptab­el, wie das gelaufen ist. Werde das ggü dem CEO auch noch zum Ausdruck bringen. Wir werden sicherlich­ Kohle machen mit TDG, dennoch möchte ich ein rücksichtv­olles Geschäftsg­ebaren den Investoren­ ggü. Konkret, erst hard Dollars schliessen­ und dann Flow Through anpassen, fühlt sich wie ein Scam an.  

Ja @GetGo genau dasselbe ging mir auch durch den Kopf. Zumal die "premium flow-throu­gh unit" ja jetzt zu FT Units wurden und man den Preis mal schnell um 20 Cents gesenkt hat. Ein Schlag ins Gesicht für alle die hier "NFT Unit" gezeichnet­ haben. Fair wäre gewesen ALLE gleich zu behandeln und den PP Preis für alle anzupassen­. So kann man drauf warten dass der Markt schon vorzeitig mit den FT Shares überschwem­mt wird. Meines Erachtens wird das jetzt eine langwierig­e Geschichte­ und erinnert doch stark an das Verhalten von Outback die mal schnell ein 3:1 Rev. Split durchgezog­en haben. Bin ganz froh, unabhängig­ von dem Projekt selbst, hier nur eine halbe Position gezogen zu haben.

Ja nur meine Meinung.  

Exploits / TDG Der Tag startet schon mega unerfreuli­ch. Exploits wird wohl gewaltig absacken und damit auch die verbundene­n Unternehme­n wie Origen und Crest.
TDG auch totaler Käse, so etwas verstehe ich nicht, wie man Investoren­ mit Füßen tritt, die ja eigentlich­ supporten sollen...
