so,
wer hier nicht warten kann wird täglich aus neue bestraft,so sieht das mal aus ! Aber die Medbox aktie kann sich von heute an maximal nur noch zweihundertsteln,spätestens dann ist beim kurs von 0,0001 dollar erst mal schluss mit dem Kursverfall,immerhin !! Ich konnte bei futureworld auch so lange warten,bevor ich eingestiegen bin,und bei 0,0001 Dollar können dann ermlitz und Konsorten für schlappe 10.000 Dollar sämtliche 99 mio. Medbox shares einsacken und damit 100% beneficial owner werden ! Die ganze Sache wird dann sicherlich auch in hollywood,der Heimatstadt von Medbox, verfilmt werden und trägt den titel:

So, order bedient
150.000 stk. als spielinvest. 0,0215 schnitt kann ich bei Totalverlust verschmerzen. Nächstes Jahr schau ich mal wieder nach den Fingern. :)

Der "Fall Medbox" ist endgültig vor der SEC angekommen... ;-)
The principal terms of the settlement are:
- A cash payment to a settlement escrow account in the amount of $1,850,000 of which $150,000 will be paid by the Company and $1,700,000 will be paid by the Company’s insurers;
- A transfer of 2,300,000 shares of Medbox common stock to the settlement escrow account, of which 2,000,000 shares would be contributed by Medbox and 300,000 shares by Bruce Bedrick;
- The net proceeds of the settlement escrow, after deduction of Court-approved administrative costs and any Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs would be distributed to the Class;

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Amis die letzten Filings gut aufnehmen...Einige sind nicht gut zu sprechen auf das Management. Und jetzt das Disposal im Zuge des Settlements...Salz in die Wunden...? ;-)
