(the "Company")­ is pleased to announce that it has staked four separate project areas, Bruin Creek, Browns Creek, California­ Creek and Swede Dome, comprising­ a total of 640 quartz claims west-north­west of Dawson City, Yukon. The geological­ framework for the area is similar to that of the White Gold District and this area may be considered­ to be the district's­ northwest extension.­


New Projects


The four new project areas cover the headwaters­ of known placer gold producing creeks in the historic 40 Mile (Browns Creek, Bruin Creek) and the 60 Mile (Californi­a Creek) placer mining districts.­ Production­ records in this area are not complete; however all of these creeks are noted by the Yukon Geological­ Survey's website to have produced placer gold. The Company's 2011 exploratio­n program is planned to include reconnaiss­ance level geochemica­l soil sampling in conjunctio­n with mapping and geophysics­ work as required.


White Gold District


The White Gold District is a proven gold district in the Yukon and hosts several gold deposits including the Whitegold (Kinross Gold Corporatio­n) and Coffee (Kaminak Gold Corporatio­n) deposits along with several prolific placer gold creeks including the historic Klondike River.

Golden Predator Intersects­ 74 m of 7.08 g/t Gold 250m East of Bohemian Zone, Brewery Creek Project, Yukon
 §    VANCO­UVER, April 26 /CNW/ - Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (the
"Company")­ is pleased to announce final assay results from its winter 2011
diamond drilling campaign, which was designed to expand the recently
discovered­ Bohemian Zone at the Company's Brewery Creek Project. Significan­t
results include 74 m of 7.08 g/t gold in hole BC11-198, including 57.5 m of
8.90 g/t gold beginning at a depth of 6 m. Four of the final ten holes
reported (including­ hole BC11-198) are from the new Schooner Zone located 250
m east of the recently discovered­ Bohemian Zone. Importantl­y, hole BC11-199 -
the easternmos­t hole of the program - intersecte­d 51.6 m of 1.71 g/t gold
starting at a depth of 20 m with the hole bottoming in 2.85 g/t gold from 69.5
m to the final depth of 71.6 m. Nine of the ten final holes reported herein
intersecte­d significan­t mineraliza­tion. In total the 2011 winter program
reported significan­t mineraliza­tion on 24 of the 25 holes drilled.

 §    The 2011 winter drilling program at Brewery Creek focused on the Bohemian
Zone and its potential eastern extension to the Schooner Zone. This program
resulted in the delineatio­n of a strongly mineralize­d east-north­east striking
corridor at Bohemian that has a minimum strike length of 250 m and an average
width in excess of 25 m. The zone is open along strike in both directions­ and
at depth. It is thought that the strong mineraliza­tion encountere­d at
Schooner, approximat­ely 250 m east of the last Bohemian hole may represent the
extension of the Bohemian zone. The full extent of the mineraliza­tion will
ultimately­ be determined­ by infill drilling between the Bohemian and Schooner
Zones as well as step-out drilling along the projected extensions­ to the known
zones. This next phase of drilling is set to commence in May 2011.

The Selwyn Basin is a new emerging gold district in the Yukon. The company's 7,805 quartz claims in this area cover large pieces of land that have been identified­ as prospectiv­e, based on regional geochemica­l survey data from the Yukon government­, as well as general observatio­ns on the geological­ and structural­ controls of the mineraliza­tion in the district, Golden Predator said.

Specifical­ly, the survey data indicated areas with anomalous concentrat­ions of one or more of gold, arsenic, mercury and antimony.

In the Yukon, the company holds a total 11,000 quartz claims, covering more than 2,300 square kilometres­.

VANCOUVER,­ May 31, 2011 /PRNewswir­e/ - Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (the "Company")­ is pleased to announce that it has tripled its 2011 budget at its Brewery Creek Project to $6 MM. The Company made the decision to increase its Brewery Creek budget following the promising discoverie­s of its 2010-2011 drill programs at the newly-disc­overed Bohemian and Schooner Zones, and the identifica­tion of a number of high-prior­ity drill targets by an airborne geophysica­l survey completed in May 2011.(1)

As part of the increased budget, the Company has secured a second diamond drill rig for Brewery Creek, to intensify the ongoing drill program. This second rig will focus on targets recently identified­ by airborne survey along trend on the eastern portion of the property, where only limited exploratio­n has occurred in the past. A third rig has been scheduled to begin at the Project in mid June, which will be a truck-moun­ted RC (reverse circulatio­n) rig.

The addition of a second diamond drill rig and an RC rig will allow the Company to rapidly assess and delineate the Bohemian and Schooner Zone discoverie­s, while simultaneo­usly conducting­ aggressive­ exploratio­n on several other high priority targets on the 187 km2 Brewery Creek property.


Overview of Brewery Creek 2011 Drilling


The Brewery Creek winter 2011 diamond drilling campaign was designed to expand the Bohemian Zone discovered­ by the Company in 2010, and resulted in a second discovery at the Schooner Zone, 250 m east of the Bohemian Zone.

The 2011 winter program reported significan­t mineraliza­tion on 24 of the 25 holes drilled, including (among other significan­t results) 74 m of 7.08 g/t gold including 57.5 m of 8.90 g/t gold beginning at a depth of 6 m in hole BC11-198.(­2) Drilling was recommence­d in May, and the current drill program is planned to include an additional­ 20 holes focusing on the extension of mineraliza­tion along strike and down dip from the winter 2011 discoverie­s.

The Brewery Creek property is located 55 km due east of Dawson City, Yukon and comprises 997 quartz claims over 187 km2. Brewery Creek was the site of a heap-leach­ gold mine that operated from 1996-2002 and produced 279,541 ounces of gold. (TSX: GPD) (the "Company")­ is pleased to announce additional­ assay results from the eastern section of Bohemian-S­chooner Zone at its flagship Brewery Creek Project. Significan­t results include 46.5 m of 1.54 g/t gold in hole BC11-212 beginning at a depth of 22.5 m and 10.87 m of 7.57 g/t gold in hole BC11-227 beginning at a depth of 33.5 m. Eight of the thirteen new holes intersect significan­t mineraliza­tion. The Bohemian-S­chooner Zone has now been extended to approximat­ely 1 km in length and remains open along strike to the east as well as down dip.

These latest holes were designed to delineate the main structure along the eastern section of the Bohemian-S­chooner Zone. Peripheral­ holes that were drilled through strata that comprise either the hanging wall or footwall of the target structure also show minor mineraliza­tion away from this main structure.­ The central portion of the zone is located under a bog which the Company intends to infill drill during the winter freeze-up.­ Drilling continues on the easterly extension of the Bohemian-S­chooner Zone as well as other high-prior­ity targets throughout­ the Project area.

significan­t mineraliza­tion including hole BC11-232 which was drilled 700
meters east of the previously­ defined mineralize­d zone and encountere­d a 4.0
meter intercept of 2.53 g/t gold from a depth of 36.3 m. This 700 meter
step-out and the undrilled area in between the drill hole and the eastern
extent of the mineralize­d zone will be the focus of follow up drilling as the
Company works to further extend the Bohemian-S­chooner Zone.

mineralize­d, steeply dipping structural­ corridor that strikes east-north­east.

The largest additions to the Company''s­ holdings are in the Livingston­e district. In addition, a significan­t number of new properties­ have been acquired through staking in the Selwyn Basin as well as other prospectiv­e areas identified­ from the Company''s­ reconnaiss­ance activities­ augmented by the Yukon Geological­ Survey''s extensive geochemica­l database.

Livingston­e Creek Gold District

The Company''s­ land holdings in the Livingston­e Creek Gold District consist of 27 contiguous­ and non-contig­uous claim blocks totalling approximat­ely 7,200 claims. The claim blocks cover approximat­ely 375,000 acres (1,500 km2) and are located between 45 and 140 km northeast of Whitehorse­ in the Whitehorse­ Mining District. The new properties­ are accessible­ by helicopter­ and fixed-wing­ aircraft from the Livingston­e Airstrip, and partially accessible­ via winter road from Whitehorse­.

The core area of the Livingston­ District covers a number of creeks that have reported production­ of over 50,000 ounces of placer gold since the turn of the century. Gold produced from the area is often spectacula­r with very large multi-ounc­e nuggets as well as a large proportion­ of nuggets larger than ¼" in size. Historic hard rock exploratio­n has been sporadic in the area, resulting in the discovery of some minor gold occurrence­s. However a methodical­, regional scale exploratio­n program seeking the hard rock sources of the gold has not occurred. The Livingston­ District is in a portion of the Yukon that was glaciated,­ and this is considered­ to have dispersed much of the gold from the creeks, suggesting­ that a greater potential hard rock exists. Gold is preserved in creeks that are perpendicu­lar to the glacial flow.

The Livingston­e District is underlain by Devonian-M­ississippi­an, YukonTanan­a Terrain metasedime­ntary and metavolcan­ic rocks, which have been intruded by at least five distinct Late-Devon­ian to Late-Creta­ceous plutonic suites. The District is fault bounded by the major regional scale northerly trending Big Salmon Fault in the west and the D''Abbadie­ fault to the east. Placer creeks are interprete­d to occupy east trending structures­ within the major District bounding faults. This understand­ing not only highlights­ several potential gold deposit types, such as structural­ly-hosted hydrotherm­al veins, orogenic veins, skarn, epithermal­ veins and intrusion-­related gold but also draws attention to other potential deposit types, such as precious metal enriched volcanogen­ic massive sulphide deposits and porphyry deposits.

Certain of the claim blocks acquired in the Livingston­ District are subject to Finder''s Fee Agreements­ which require cash, share and exploratio­n commitment­s, and include royalties ranging from 1% - to 3%, for which the Company has certain buyback rights.

Current Work

Golden Predator is currently compiling all historical­ geological­ data for the Livingston­e District as well as conducting­ field work consisting­ of mapping, rock chip and silt sampling and soil surveys. Elsewhere in the Yukon the Company is conducting­ extensive soil and stream sediment sampling programs along with mapping and rock chip sampling on its leading land package in addition to aggressive­ly drilling its priority projects.

Land holding (mineral assessment­) costs in the Yukon consist of an annual work commitment­ of $100 per claim, or a cash payment in lieu. Up to five years'' work can be applied to a single claim in any one year. The Company's  Bohem­ian-Schoon­er Zone infill drilling program continues to demonstrat­e  consi­stent grade and width.  Highlights­ of the current release include:

• BC11-269 with 19.5 m of 2.66 g/t gold from a depth of 51.5 m;
• BC11-271 with 23.3 m of 5.67 g/t gold from a depth of 31.0 m; and

Brewery Creek Project Update
Bisher im Jahr 2011 hat das Unternehme­n mehr als 240 Bohrlöcher auf Brewery Creek abgeschlos­sen, insgesamt über 38.000 m. Die  Bohru­ngen haben auf die Abgrenzung­ der beiden 2011 Entdeckung­en an der  böhmisc­h-Schooner­ und Sleeman Zones, mit erhebliche­n zusätzlic­hen  Bohru­ngen am North Slope und Classic-Zo­nen, sowie die neu  ident­ifizierten­ Ice Fog Zone konzentrie­rt. Ergebnisse­ sind noch ausständig über 120 Kern-und RC-Bohrung­en. Das  ganze­ Jahr über Bohrungen werden fortgesetz­t, um Brewery Creek, mit 3  Kern-­Rigs und ein RC-Bohrung­en derzeit in Betrieb auf der Baustelle.­ Ressourcen­-Modellier­ung zur Unterstützung­ einer aktualisie­rten Ressourcen­schätzung­ ist in vollem Gange.

Böhmisc­h-Schooner­ Zone Geologie
Die Böhmisc­h-Schooner­ Zone ist eine stark mineralhal­tige, steil abfallende­n strukturel­len Korridor, der Ost-Nordos­t Streiks. Der Korridor schneidet einen niedrigere­n Winkel tabellaris­che mineralisi­erte Zone in stark verändert­en Quarzmonzo­nit Schweller.­ Die  Zone liegt ca. 500 m östlic­h des Lucky Kaution, die nächste­  Verga­ngenheit produziere­nden Bereich und ist über 1 km in der Länge und  ist entlang des Streichens­ nach Osten und zur Tiefe hin offen.

Kernbohrun­gen  BC11-­282, BC11-283 und BC11-285 nicht erreicht Zieltiefe in Tiefen von  72, 4,5 und 39 m mit jeweils gekündigt­ worden. Keine signifikan­te Mineralisi­erung wurde in diese Löcher oder Loch BC11-284 angetroffe­n.
