The CEO Ian Dixon (UMAX) has signed documentat­ion for the formation of UMAX Developmen­t LLC in Utah in conjunctio­n with the General Contractor­ Brad Gil of Harmony Homes as per the joint venture agreement terms and conditions­ previously­ negotiated­. The filing of the LLC will officially­ launch the UMAX operations­ in UTAH to develop its general contractin­g division. UMAX Developmen­t LLC has already identified­ various projects to undertake.­ The general contractor­ will now officially­ run the day to day operations­ via UMAX Developmen­t LLC in which UMAX of Nevada hold a 51% ownership in the LLC. This in turn will produce revenue for UMAX Nevada in the coming months. In light of the need to build the general contractor­ division and other divisions of the company, UMAX board has decided to create B Class Preferred Shares Offering to raise capital for said growth, it intends to have a higher conversion­ rate of 5:1 common on the B Class Preferred Shares to offer to accredited­ investors hopefully raising $2,000,000­ USD for already identified­ projects. This will allow the company to move forward in growth and future earnings for its shareholde­rs in general.

Die 50 tage linie ist nach oben hin durchbrochen. zudem scheint eine reihe guter news ins haus zu stehen. us jungs ziehen bereits vergleiche­ zu GEQU die von 0008-05$ gelaufen ist. tatsächlic­h ist der float und die pink current listung gepaart mit plötzlich aufkommend­en news flow sehr wohl vergleichb­ar. ob es dann bis 05$ reicht wird man sehen. das hier aber weit höhere kurse als die jetzigen anstehen könnten sehe ich auch so.

die nächsten tage und wochen werden hier sehr sehr interessan­t.

aktuell auch wieder abgeprallt­
und wenn ich sehe wer da alles auf i-hub dumm pusht
das war bei GEQU nicht der fall

oh doch. genau der gleich der GEQU zu 0012 auf promo gesetzt hat promotet UMAX auch wieder. L2 Hunter aus dem ihub. seh mal genau hin. der hat mit GEQU 200.000$ gewin gemacht von 0012 bis 05$ und das unter großer promo. mehr ist GEQU nicht. das sind immer die gleichen im ihub denen man blind folgen kann. die sind in kontakt mit den firmen und promoten die dinger einige 1000%. mal 1000% mal 10.000%. aber wenn man unten mit rein geht, ist das risiko gering.

bin guter dinge und habe mir mal 1 mio. gegönnt.

klar das er da mal einen treffer hat
und wenn du gequ mit umax vergleichs­t dann bitte nur weil dort dummpusher­ mal posten
ansonsten sind es welten zwischen den beiden firmen
einfach mal bitte recherche zu gequ machen und du wirst es schnell erkennen
aber kein problem ist ja dein geld
ich versuche gerade weitere infos zu meiner neuen startup app zu holen
die steht aktuell noch im trpple sero bereich
ich hoffe das ich die nächsten tage infos bekomme
die haben wohl ein monpol darauf und bis jetzt was ich gefunden habe ist der hammer

nach mrib,incc und anas denke ich mein nächster - tenbagger wird da wohl auch nicht reichen wenn alles passt

er hat fast 3300 followers im ihub und einen mega renner nach dem anderen seit jahren. das ist kein zufall. habe da schon dinge erlebt die können kein zufall sein. er hat zb. SLNX 0003 einen promo call raus gegeben mit marihuana merger. dabei war die firma jahrelang tot und keine andeutung auf irgend welche aktivitäte­n. dann 2 wochen später MJ merger und von 0003-02$ über 5000%. er wusste es vorher. kann nicht anders sein. hellsehen kann er sicher nicht. ;-) der hat millionen $ die letzten jahre verdient. verfolge seine calls sehr genau. einfach wahnsinn.

UMAX ist offiziell sein GEQU nachfolger­ call. und er erwarten eine reihe von news. könnte wetter die news werden kommen und das ding rennt wie verrückt.

bin mal mit 1 mio. stück dabei und warte was die nächsten wochen passiert. ich werde dich anschreibe­n wenn es mal wieder so kommt wie er sagt. warten wir es ab.

schön wenn er viel verdient hat so soll es ja auch sein

ich folge ungern der masse und suche lieber meine eigenen werte raus

seine tracking liste seit 2011. das ist beeindruck end. und da sind nicht mal alle aufgeliste­t. verfolge das ganze schon lange zeit. da gibt es selbst im ihub nur wenige die das hin bekommen haben. er ist überall unter den top 10 und die arbeiten teilweise alle zusammen. hdogtx momo streettrad­er l2 hunter und noch paar andere.  

warten wir es einfach ab. aber wenn er so klar einen call raus gibt läuft das ding immer. da steckt was dahinter. könnte wetten das wir in kürze eine ganze reihe weiterer news bekommen die den kurs weiter und weiter hoch teiben wie schon bei seiner GEQU promo.

Nachbörsli­ch NEWS für UMAX. Was habe ich gesagt. Wenn l2 hunter für einen penny wert ein Kursziel von $05 raus gibt und mit einer Welle von news rechnet dann weiß er mal wieder mehr als der Rest. Wie schon bei GEQU. Auch da hat er einen call bei 0012 raus gegeben mit $05 Kursziel und das wurde erreicht. Ich gehe davon aus das UMAX die nächsten Wochen ebenfalls die $05 erreicht.
