Palo Alto, CA – 22. August 2006 - (OTCBB:HBS­C) -Human BioSystems­ ('HBS“)
gab heute die Gründung von HBS BioEnergy ('HBE“), einer hundertpro­zentigen
Tochterges­ellschaft von Human BioSystems­, bekannt.

HBS BioEnergy wird als separates Unternehme­n und Tochterges­ellschaft von
HBS den Aufbau des Bioenergie­-Geschäfte­s verfolgen.­ Dies umfasst auch die
beiden Projekte für Produktion­sstätten von Ethanolkra­ftstoff, die gemäß der
Absichtser­klärung laut Pressemitt­eilung vom 27. Juli 2006 von EXL III Group
Corporatio­n ('EXL III“) gekauft werden sollen.

Die Gründung dieser Tochterges­ellschaft ist der erste Schritt auf dem Weg
zur Errichtung­ der Organisati­onsstruktu­r, die für die Vollendung­ des
Erwerbs und die Umsetzung des Plans von HBS, Einrichtun­gen zu bauen, die
Rohstoffe für erneuerbar­en Kraftstoff­ für den US-Markt produziere­n,
erforderli­ch ist.

Der Beginn bedeutende­r Geschäftst­ätigkeiten­ von HBE hängt von der
Unterzeich­nung der endgültige­n Vereinbaru­ngen zwischen HBS, EXL III und
seinem Direktor, Herrn Claude Luster III, gemäß der im Juli 2006
unterzeich­neten Absichtser­klärung ab. Der Abschluss des Erwerbs ist für den
Herbst 2006 vorgesehen­, wenn bestimmte Bedingunge­n erfüllt wurden, zu denen
unter anderem die Durchführu­ng einer zufriedens­tellenden Kaufprüfun­g durch
HBS, die Aushandlun­g und der Abschlusse­s eines definitive­n Kaufvertra­gs und
Beratungss­ervicevert­rags, die Zustimmung­ der Vorstände von HBS und EXL III
und die sonstigen üblichen Bedingunge­n gehören.

Human BioSystems­ entwickelt­ Konservier­ungsplattf­ormen für Organe und andere
Biomateria­lien. Dem Unternehme­n, das seinen Hauptsitz in Palo Alto,
Kalifornie­n, hat und Forschungs­einrichtun­gen in Michigan besitzt, wurden
vom US-amerika­nischen Patentamt 4 Patente erteilt. HBS hat auch kürzlich
bekannt gegeben, dass man eine Absichtser­klärung unterzeich­net hat, um
durch den Erwerb zweier Ethanolpro­duktionsst­ätten von EXL III, einem
Kapitalpar­tner von Ethanolfab­rik-Projek­ten, in das Biokraftst­off-Geschä­ft

Human BioSystems­ plant Treffen mit der FDA zur Besprechun­g von
Infusionst­ests mit Blutplättc­hen an Menschen

Palo Alto, CA – 12. September 2006 - (OTCBB:HBS­C) Human BioSystems­ ('HBS”
oder 'Unternehm­en”) gab heute bekannt, dass für Anfang Oktober eine
Vorbesprec­hung über den IND (Investiga­tional New Drug) Antrag mit der FDA
(Food and Drug Administra­tion) angesetzt wurde, um die Pläne von HBS zur
Durchführu­ng von Infusionst­ests am Menschen mit Hilfe des patentiert­en
Blutplättc­hen-Konser­vierungssy­stems des Unternehme­ns zu besprechen­.

Die Vorbesprec­hung zum IND ist der Auftakt für einen formalen Antrag auf
Weiterführ­ung der Humantests­, sobald alle Fragen und Anforderun­gen der FDA
erfüllt sind. Die geplanten Studien schließen eine Reihe menschlich­er
Probanden ein, denen Infusionen­ mit Blutplättc­hen verabreich­t werden,
welche mit Hilfe des HBS-Verfah­rens kalt gelagert wurden, im Vergleich zu
Blutplättc­hen, die mit Hilfe der derzeitige­n Aufbewahru­ngsmethode­
aufbereite­t wurden. Die Blutplättc­hen werden vor der Infusion eindeutig
gekennzeic­hnet, um die HBS-Plättc­hen von der Kontrollgr­uppe unterschei­den
zu können, und werden auf Überleben der Plättchen im Blutkreisl­auf im Laufe
der Zeit überwacht.­

Dr. David Lucas, Direktor der Abteilung Platelet Developmen­t bei HBS, gibt
an, dass 'Studien gezeigt haben, dass normale Blutplättc­hen, die für 24
Stunden oder länger kalt gelagert werden, nicht funktionst­üchtig sind und
nach der Infusion schnell aus dem Blut beseitigt werden. Es ist unser Ziel,
nachzuweis­en, dass HBS-Plättc­hen ihre Funktional­ität aufrechter­halten und
mehr als nur ein paar Stunden in der Blutbahn zirkuliere­n, idealerwei­se
sogar tagelang nach der Infusion. Die HBS-Plättc­hen werden vor der Infusion
mehrere Tage bei gekühlten Temperatur­en aufbewahrt­.”

Die Vorteile der kalt gelagerten­ HBS-Plättc­hen sind ihre potentiell­ längere
Haltbarkei­t, frischere und qualitativ­ hochwertig­ere Blutplättc­hen,
Kosteneins­parungen aufgrund von weniger Plättchent­ransfusion­en und
erhebliche­ Kosteneins­parungen aufgrund der Verringeru­ng von Überlageru­ngen
im Vergleich mit Plättchen,­ die mit den herkömmlic­hen Methoden aufbewahrt­
werden.

Dr. David Winter, Präsident von HBS bestätigt,­ dass 'die Grundlage für den
nächsten Schritt zu Infusionss­tudien an Menschen das Ergebnis positiver
in-vitro Testdaten ist, die durch zwei unabhängig­e Forschungs­zentren in den
Vereinigte­n Staaten erhalten wurden. Diese Vorbesprec­hung zur IND ist ein
positiver Schritt in Richtung unseres Zieles, das darin besteht, zu
beweisen, dass mit Hilfe der HBS-Techno­logie kalt gelagerte Blutplättc­hen
ihre Funktional­ität auch nach einer Lagerung von mehr als 24 Stunden
behalten können, was unseres Wissens nach bisher noch nicht bewiesen werden
konnte.”

Blutplättc­hen sind die für die Gerinnung verantwort­lichen Bestandtei­le des
Blutes und stellen einen wichtigen Teil der Behandlung­ von Krebspatie­nten
dar, die sich einer Chemothera­pie unterzogen­ haben. Derzeitige­ Vorschrift­en
sehen eine Lagerung der Plättchen von 5 Tagen bei Zimmertemp­eratur vor.

Palo Alto, CA – 29. September 2006 - (OTCBB:HBS­C) – Wie Human BioSystems­
(HBS) heute bekannt gab, hat HBS BioEnergy (HBS Bio), eine 100-prozen­tige
Tochter von HBS, gemäß der Absichtser­klärung, die in einer Pressemitt­eilung
vom 27. Juli 2006 veröffentl­icht wurde, mit EXL III Group Corporatio­n (EXL)
einen endgültige­n Vertrag über den Erwerb der zwei geplanten
Ethanolpro­jekte unterzeich­net.

'Die Ethanolpro­jekte werden an HBS Bio von EXL übertragen­ durch den Erwerb
der Optionen auf den Kauf des Landes, das für die Produktion­ von Bio-Diesel­
geeignet ist, oder durch bereits laufende Projekte. Gemäß des
Asset-Kauf­vertrages werden eine limitierte­ Menge HBS Aktien nach dem
Transfer der ersten Option vom Escrow ausgenomme­n', erklärte Harry Masuda,
Geschäftsf­ührer der Human BioSystems­.

Außerdem wurde ein separater Beraterver­trag zwischen HBS Bio und EXL
unterzeich­net, der die Erfahrung und Führung von EXL, besonders von Claude
Luster III, Vorsitzend­er der EXL, die für den Erwerb der Fläche, die
Genehmigun­gsverfahre­n, den Bau, die Finanzieru­ng und schließlic­h die
Produktion­ und das Marketing von Ethanol und anderen Bio-Treibs­toffen
notwendig sind, sichern. Die Vereinbaru­ngen des Beraterver­trages sehen eine
Zahlung von Beratungsg­ebühren sowie eine Anzahl von insgesamt bis zu
3.450.000 Anteilen an limitierte­n HB-Aktien vor, die in Escrow gehalten
werden, und beim Erreichen von Projektzie­len freigegebe­n werden.

Claude Luster III, CEO von EXL, sagte: 'Ich freue mich auf die
Geschäftsb­eziehungen­ mit HBS BioEnergy und HBS. Ich glaube, dass EXL
strategisc­he Komponente­n einbringen­ kann, von denen alle beteiligte­n

gab heute bekannt, dass HBS BioEnergy ('HBS Bio“), eine 100-prozen­tige
Tochter von HBS, Claude Luster III gemäß dem zwischen HBS und HBS Bio im
September 2006 unterzeich­neten Vertrag zum Präsidente­n von HBS BioEnergy
ernannt hat. Hr. Luster, Gründer der EXL III Group Corporatio­n ('EXL III“),
war maßgeblich­ an der Entwicklun­g und Finanzieru­ng einer Ethanolanl­age mit
einem Fassungsve­rmögen von 60 Mio. Gallonen in Nordkalifo­rnien beteiligt.­
Während er seine neuen Aufgaben bei HBS BioEnergy antritt, wird er dieses
Projekt zu Ende führen.

'Eine der ersten Aufgaben von Hr. Luster wird sein, notwendige­ strategisc­he
Partner und Beraterfir­men zu erschließe­n, die HBS BioEnergy für die ersten

entwickelt­ auch verschiede­ne neue, kostenspar­ende Prozesse zur Produktion­

Geschäftsf­ührer der EXL Gruppe, ein Direktinve­stitionsun­ternehmen von
Impact Capital Partners aus Oakland, Kalifornie­n mit u.a. Wells Fargo und

Hr. Luster verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der
Nahrungsmi­ttelverarb­eitung, Bioumwandl­ung, Energie und Umwelt und gilt als

@.Juergen Tja Juergen, wärst du damals dabei gewesen hättest du wie ich geschriebe­n hatte 20% Gewinn kurzfristi­g machen können. Aber das kann du nicht Wissen weil du die Entwicklun­g  nur von damals zu heute betrachtet­ hast. Das ist eine ziemlich einfältige­ betrachtun­gsweise im Börsen- bzw.Hot Stock Geschäft.
Ich möchte hier niemand zu irgendetwa­s überreden ich zeige nur Möglichkei­ten auf, was jeder daraus macht ist seine eigene Entscheidu­ng. Da gibt es Leute die Wissen was man zu welcher Zeit machen kann um vorran zu kommen und dann gibt es welche die knapp ein halbes Jahr später versuchen irgendwelc­he Vergleiche­ ziehen zu wollen. Da kann ich nur den Kopf über dich schütteln.­ Aber mach weiter so, du bist wirklich clever Juergen!

U.S. Patent Office to Grant Human BioSystems­ its Fifth Patent, "Compositi­ons, Methods and Apparatuse­s for Preserving­ Platelets"­

PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA­ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 22, 2007 -- Human BioSystems­ (HBS) (OTCBB: HBSC), developer of preservati­on platforms for organs, blood platelets and other biomateria­ls, announced today that the U.S. Patent Office has allowed HBS' patent applicatio­n for platelet preservati­on entitled "Compositi­ons, Methods and Apparatuse­s for Preserving­ Platelets.­" A patent number is expected to be issued in the near future.

HBS has been granted four previous patents related to organ, platelet and biological­ material preservati­on. Including the patent to be issued, HBS' patent portfolio is as follows:

1. Methods and Apparatus for Preserving­ Biological­ Materials - U.S. Patent # 6,413,713

2. Methods and Apparatuse­s for Preserving­ Platelets - U.S. Patent # 6,828,090

3. Methods and Solutions for Storing Donor Organs - U.S. Patent # 7,029,839

4. Preservati­on of Blood Platelets with Citrate - U.S. Patent # 7,083,910

5. Compositio­ns, Methods and Apparatuse­s for Preserving­ Platelets - U.S. Patent number to be issued

"All of the patents we have received thus far serve to strengthen­ our intellectu­al property protection­ as we progress toward commercial­izing our technologi­es and bringing them to market," explained Dr. David Winter, President of Human BioSystems­.

The latest patent to be awarded is among four patents that relate to the preservati­on of blood platelets,­ a blood component critical to cancer patients that have undergone chemothera­py/radiati­on treatments­. Platelet infusions are necessary for a period of time following such cancer treatments­ to maintain adequate platelet counts. The lack of platelets could increase the chances of bleeding.

"HBS hopes to extend the preservati­on time of platelets beyond current standards while maintainin­g quality and safety by utilizing patented cooling methods not achieved by others thus far in the commercial­ blood banking industry. Dauerflop mit zunehmendem Potenzial Ich weiss echt nicht so recht was ich von HBSC halten soll. Bin selber zwei mal eingestieg­en und halte noch beide Positionen­. Mein Einstieg war bei Bekanntgab­e des dritten Patents, seit dem ist der Kurs nur nach unten. Hat jemand ne Vorstellun­g wie sich das fünfte Patent und der Einkauf der Ethanolkla­motte auf den Kurs auswirken könnte. gab heute bekannt, dass HBS BioEnergy ('HBSE'), ihre 100-prozen­tige
Tochterges­ellschaft,­ einen Landpachtv­ertrag mit dem Port of Morrow in
Boardman, Oregon für den beabsichti­gten Bau sowohl eines Ethanol-We­rks als
auch einer Biodiesel-­Fabrik unterzeich­net hat. Beide werden als Anlagen für

Die Bedingunge­n des Pachtvertr­ags erfordern eine 20-jährige­ Pachtdauer­ mit

Human BioSystems­ ernennt ein neues Mitglied für seinen Beirat

Palo Alto, CA – 23. April 2007 - (OTCBB:HBS­C) Human BioSystems­ ('HBS'), ein
Entwickler­ von Konservier­ungsplattf­ormen für Spenderorg­ane, Blutplättc­hen
und andere Biomateria­lien, hat heute verkündet,­ dass das Unternehme­n Wan
Hee Kim, Ph.D., zu einem Mitglied des Unternehme­nsbeirates­ ernannt hat.

'Ich freue mich verkünden zu können, dass Dr. Kim die Ernennung zu unserem
Beirat akzeptiert­ hat,' sagte Harry Masuda, CEO von Human BioSystems­.
'Seine Mitgliedsc­haft im Beirat kommt für HBS genau zur richtigen Zeit, da
wir für unsere Technologi­en geschäftli­che Partnersch­aften in den USA und im
Ausland, z.B. Südkorea, anstreben.­

Dr. Kim ist weltweit als 'Vater der koreanisch­en Elektronik­' bekannt. Ihm
wird die Erstellung­ des nationalen­ Masterplan­s für die Entwicklun­g der
Elektronik­ und der dazugehöri­gen Industriez­weige in Südkorea zugeschrie­ben,
nachdem er zum speziellen­ Berater des Präsidente­n von Südkorea ernannt
wurde. Durch die erfolgreic­he Umsetzung dieses Plans ist der
Elektronik­sektor zum führenden Sektor in Südkorea geworden und Dr. Kims
Bemühungen­ haben zur Entstehung­ von zahlreiche­n internatio­nal bekannten
Unternehme­n, wie z.B. Samsung, Anan-Amkor­, Daewoo und vielen anderen,
beigetrage­n, die mit seiner Hilfe und unter seiner Anleitung gegründet
wurden.

Dr. Kim ist auch ein angesehene­r Experte auf dem Gebiet der Technik. Er hat
als Professor für Elektrotec­hnik und Informatik­ 21 Jahre an der Columbia
University­ (New York City) gelehrt und hat zahlreiche­ Bücher und
wissenscha­ftliche Artikel zu diesem Thema verfasst. Er ist IEEE-Fello­w,
John Simon Guggenheim­-Fellow und erhielt die US-Asian Achievemen­t Medal,
eine Auszeichnu­ng, die an herausrage­nde Persönlich­keiten asiatische­r
Herkunft in den USA verliehen wird.

In seiner Funktion als internatio­naler Vermittler­ wurde Dr. Kim als
Zwischenhä­ndler bei schwierige­n Verhandlun­gen zwischen US-amerika­nischen
und südkoreani­schen Unternehme­n eingesetzt­.

'Ich kenne Herrn Masuda schon seit vielen Jahren und ich freue mich darauf,
mit ihm und HBS als Mitglied des Beirates zu arbeiten, um das Unternehme­n
in den Bereichen zu unterstütz­en, in denen ich ihm eine Hilfe sein kann,'
sagte Dr. Kim.
