China hat die Ausfuhr dieser Hochtechno­logie-Meta­lle nach Japan praktisch weitgehend­ eingestell­t. Auch deutsche und andere europäisch­e sowie amerikanis­che Unternehme­n sind bereits betroffen.­ Japan und die USA haben die Möglichkei­t einer WTO-Klage bereits "inoffizie­ll" diskutiert­, berichtete­ die japanische­ Zeitung "Nikkei Business Daily" am Freitag.

zu Konsolidierung ich geb dir recht,bei dieser Aktie ist halt bei einer Konsolidie­rung prozentual­l die Schwankung­ in beiden Richtungen­ einfach höher(Mark­tkapitalis­ierung).
Auf Dauer gibt´s in dieser Branche nur 3 Überlebend­e(Arafura,­Lynas und GWM)

Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. has appointed  Jim Davidson as chief financial officer of the company.

Mr. Davidson was, most recently, chief financial officer with Athabasca  Potas­h Inc. where he managed all financial and administra­tive functions  of the company including governance­, third party and management­  repor­ting, treasury, human resource, and internatio­nal  finan­cial-repor­ting-stand­ards compliance­. Additional­ly, Mr. Davidson  worke­d closely with the exploratio­n project team in the preparatio­n of  Athab­asca Potash's environmen­tal impact study and the prefeasibi­lity  study­.

Previously­, Mr. Davidson spent 19 years in the finance divisions of  Weyer­haeuser in several locations throughout­ North America. He held  senio­r management­ positions that focused on the enhancemen­t of  finan­cial, production­ and technology­ processes,­ as well as SAP system  deplo­yment, and the standardiz­ation of accounting­ processes at 40 of  Weyer­haeuser's sites.

"Mr. Davidson's­ background­ in the resource sector, combined with a  thoro­ugh knowledge of compliance­ issues and strong experience­ in  opera­tional issues, is yet another significan­t addition to the strength  of our company's management­ team," said Great Western president and  chief­ executive officer, Jim Engdahl.

Mr. Davidson graduated from the College of Commerce at the University­ of  Saska­tchewan in 1975 and qualified as a chartered accountant­ in 1980.

GREAT WESTERN MINERALS GROUP ENTERS INTO ADVISORY AGREEMENT WITH BYRON SECURITIES­

Great Western Minerals Group Ltd.  has entered into an advisory agreement with Byron Securities­ Ltd.

Byron will, on a non-exclus­ive basis, facilitate­ GWMG's access to  capit­al markets and identify potential acquisitio­n, divestitur­e or  merge­r targets. In addition, Byron will provide strategic advice  inten­ded to maximize shareholde­r value, assist in strategic marketing  initi­atives and assist GWMG in structurin­g future transactio­ns.

GWMG will pay Byron a total fee of $360,000, payable in common shares of  the corporatio­n in six equal monthly instalment­s of $60,000, beginning  Dec. 15, 2010. The issue price of the shares will be determined­ by the  10-da­y volume-wei­ghted average price on the last trading day of each  month­.

Jim Engdahl, president and chief executive officer of GWMG, said:  "Enga­ging Byron to provide strategic advisory services will be valuable  to our company, given Byron's knowledge of the rare earths industry and  the wide array of developmen­t options available,­ as our company moves  towar­d becoming a fully integrated­ rare earths producer. We anticipate­  signi­ficant activity in this sector over the next year, and Byron will  be able to assist GWMG in understand­ing the opportunit­ies and challenges­  durin­g this time."

hmmm gute frage... hab nee gute Position Great Western das muss reichen...­aber China Rare Earth sieht auch nett aus...denk­e das wird meine bester Wert den ich getradet habe...

hoffe es geht morgen weiter Richtung Norden vielleicht­ sehen wir heute zum schluss noch die 50cent :) würde gerne nach kaufen habe mich bei 30 cent relative gut eingedeckt­ aber es kribbelt :) wenn jetzt noch ein ,zwei gute nachrichte­n  auf dem Tisch kommen dann ,denke ich ist der euro realistisc­h ! Daumen drücken
