MCC Global Engaged by ZeroWaste for Advisory Services
MCC Global N.V. (“MCC Global”)(IFQ2), the global private equity merchant bank, today announces their engagement by ZeroWaste Systems Limited (“ZeroWaste”), a major innovator in refuse-derived fuel production, to provide strategic consulting and financial advisory services.
MCC is pursuing business opportunities for ZeroWaste in Germany, and will be advising ZeroWaste on its pursuit of a Frankfurt Exchange listing and an AIM listing for 2007.

MCC Global Signs Letter of Intent to Refinance Investment Debt
MCC Global N.V. (“MCC Global”)(IFQ2), the global private equity investment and
advisory company, today announced it has signed a Letter of Intent with a large
multinational private equity and corporate credit provider to refinance all of the
investment notes that the Company issued during 2005 in connection with its acquisition
of the fund manager for Equus Total Return, Inc. The transaction, which is subject to
further due diligence and definitive legal documentation, is expected to close within the
next six weeks

Und mal ehrlich, ausser Ihr wisst mehr - in es scheint sich doch nichts fundamentales geaendert zu haben ausser vielleicht die Geschwindigkeit mit der die neue Vertraege ankuendigen...
Ich glaube, wenn ueberhaupt, sind doch die Dinge eher besser geworden...mit dem announcement Anfang des Monats re refinancing. Koennte doch ehrlich gesagt jetzt interessant werden!
Nach wie vor sehe ich hier echte Chancen. Ob das wirklich mal so kommt und wo ein Boden ist kann ich derzeit leider gar nicht abschätzen.
Der starke Kursrutsch hat mich doch sehr übberrascht. Neu an der Börse und im Investmentbusiness tätig, und dann so ein Nichts an Aussagen und News vom Unternehmen!?
An die die noch drin sind: Einerseits tuts mir lleid, dass Ihr nun sicherlich auf Verlusten sitzt andererseits bewundere ich eure Standhaftigkeit!
Bei positivem Ausgang gehe ich davon aus, dass es nicht möglich ist nur +10% vom aktuelllen Kurs einzusteigen.
Verluste hab ich realisiert und so schaue ich mit einem lachendem aber eben auch einem weinendem Auge auf diese Story.

MCC Global Extends Maturity of Long-Term Investment Notes
MCC Global N.V. (“MCC Global” or the “Company”)(Frankfurt: IFQ2), the global private equity investment and advisory company, announced today that, subject to definitive documentation, it has reached an agreement in principle with Elliott Advisors, L.P., a holder of long-term investment notes issued by the Company in the principal amount of $15.1 million, to extend the maturities of these notes to 29 February 2009. The extension of the maturity dates and associated conditions is in lieu of refinancing which was previously announced by the Company on 2 July 2007.
As part of the process, MCC Global will also change the makeup of its balance sheet, looking to realize certain of its European and US portfolio holdings in the coming months. The proceeds of such realizations are intended to be used to retire liabilities to Elliott and other debtholders of the Company.
The extension of the investment note maturities is subject to definitive documentation and certain conditions which are expected to be agreed in the coming days.
Anthony Moore, Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, commented, “We welcome the agreement with Elliott as an important step to addressing the terms of our investment debt and the overall gearing of our balance sheet. The monetization of some of our portfolio holdings is a fundamental part of our historical business. Retiring these debts will allow MCC Global to move forward with more flexibility for future growth.”
