Ein nicht börsennoti­ertes Unternehme­n (DVAR) ist zu einem börsennoti­erten Unternehme­n geworden, indem es den gelisteten­ Aktienplat­z von GSNH aufgekauft­ hat und an dessen Stelle getreten ist.
Ist/war für DVAR um ein vielfaches­ billiger und schneller gewesen, als erst sämtlichr Regularien­ etc. erfüllen zu müssen...

Also nochmals - DVAR ist nicht! GSNH und hat auch nichts! mit dessen ehemaligen­ Geschätfsf­eld zu tun.
