@fossile
Du benötigst Risikoklasse E. Welche hast du momentan?
Allen anderen weiterhin viel Erfolg!

As like many of you, I also purchased shares in Bederra based on news releases, filing reports, and the price to outstanding share ratio, which by the way used to be quite a bit more attractive.
If you read back through the news releases, you'll quickly see that Bederra has announced numerous acquisition targets, but they have yet to close on any of them.
In their 12/14/09 announcement, they claimed to have gross revenues of $860,158.00 for the third quarter - this is a bit problematic, as they closed all of their clinics more than a month prior to this announcement. Here's the question: by what means did they generate this revenue?
Regarding Texas Mobile Health, Bederra announced on 12/14/09 that they expected to close this acquisition by the end of the month - this acquisition was originally announced last October, and still remains to be closed. Here's another issue that requires addressing - some have discovered that they're unable to find any info. about these acquisition targets. Do your own search, and then please share the info. you find about Texas Mobile Health, Neogenex Medical Technologies, Inc., Basic Solutions, Inc. - a bit odd that none of these companies possess a website. (one thing to note: Texas Mobile health and Basic Solutions both appear to be located in Seabrook, TX - interesting)
Here's 2 more glaring acquisition announcements that should also be addressed: on 9/30/09, Bederra announced their plan to acquire 6 walk in Medical Clinics - to date, no more mention about these clinics, nor do we know the name of these clinics. On 1/19/10, Bederra announced discussions to acquire a Home Healthcare Company - please make note that there's no mention of the name of this acquisition target.
By now, I'm sure that you're getting a sense of the pattern here - here's another piece of info. to make note of: starting back approx. 2 months ago - each and every announcement was accompanied by heavy selling - then we learn that the float went from 117 million to 404 million. (coincidence, you tell me)
Here's the Texas Comptroller for Public Accounts: http://ecpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/Index.html - good place for some DD.
I myself would like nothing more than for Bederra to turn out to be a legit company, as I hold a seizable position, but, I must say that I have been and continue to be quite concerned by the pattern I've seen here - I would like to pose these observations to the board, as many here continue to post nothing but hype for personal gain. I'm hoping that people will open their eyes and do their homework before jumping in with both feet.
I welcome yours and others opinion about my concerns.

Alles reine Spekulation!!
Also, nichts für ungut!
