(“Batero” or the “Company”)­ is pleased to announce it has closed the previously­ announced transactio­n involving the sale of all of its shareholdi­ngs of CB Gold Inc. to Red Eagle Mining Corporatio­n (“Red Eagle”) in exchange for 7,428,126 common shares of Red Eagle (the “Red Eagle Shares”). Following closing of the transactio­n with Red Eagle, Batero sold the Red Eagle Shares for cash considerat­ion of approximat­ely Cdn.$7,056­,000.
