@Vassago: bin gestern mal rein entgegen der 3-Tage-Regel. Ist aber gestern mit über 2 Mio. Stück schon wieder über 4 Prozent hoch! Hoffe das Timing war gut :)

FIXX 6.91$ Was ich an dem Offering nicht optimal finde ist, dass es scheinbar kein Pricing gibt, es also zu Marktpreisen stattfindet (ATM). Außerdem hätte ich nicht die dringende Notwendigkeit gesehen sich frisches Kapital zu beschaffen. Die Cashreichweite war zuletzt bis Q3/22 angegeben worden.

Hbe zwar nicht alles durchgelesen, verstehe es aber so:

BTIG, LLC hat die Aktien für 7,58$ gekauft und wird sie (auch zu unterschiedlichen Preisen) verkaufen. Die dafür notwendigen Auslagen werden von HOMOLOGY MEDICINES, INC. später beglichen zB Flugkosten, Roadshow und eventuell ein vergoldetes Steak.

FIXX 3.29$ (+19%) HCW senken ihr Kursziel von 30 auf 20$. Das reicht manchmal schon aus um eine Aktie zu bewegen, allerdings halte ich nicht soviel von den Kurszielen von HCW.

Ich denke, dass das Chancen-Risiko-Verhältnis hier mindestens ausgelichen ist. Derzeit liegt der Cashbestand (~285 Mio. $) deutlich über der MK, zudem ist FIXX bis ins Jahr 2024 durchfinanziert.

FIXX 2.43$ (neues 52 WT) MK 139 Mio. $ für ein Biotech mit einem Cashbestand von ~285 Mio. $ und eine Reichweite bis 2024. Dieses Oster"geschenk" lege ich mit FIXX ins Nest ;)
