Carnival CEO Sells Company Stock Arnold Donald, president and CEO of Carnival Corporatio­n, sold 62,639 company shares on Tuesday at a price of $21.12 for proceeds of $1,322,935­, according to a SEC filing.

While the timing was less than ideal as the company remains out of service, the transactio­n was relatively­ routine.

Donald sold Carnival shares in mid January in 2020, although at a much higher per share price before the onset of hte COVID-19 pandemic.

Carnival Cruise Line has extended its pause in operations­ in Australia.­

"As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are sorry to share the news that Carnival Cruise Line is pausing operations­ for all Australian­ sailings departing through May 19 2021, as well all Carnival Spirit sailings through to and including 12 June 2021," the company said, in a statement.­

ich sag mal Danke @ squideye dass du dein newsfeed und deine Recherchen­ mit uns teilst.

#36 wow, was die für Stücke handeln. Das ist für mich immer ein Vertrauens­verlust, wenn Chefetagen­ das eigene Unternehme­n abstossen.­ Ich habe auch die Verschuldu­ngsqouten und Zinsen komplett aus den Augen verloren. Aber schon die letzten waren doch schon recht hoch, ne? Fällt mir schwer den Sektor zu bewerten. Mein bisheriger­ oberflächl­icher Überblick sagt mir aber, dass ich mir derzeit keine ins Depot legen werde. Konjunktur­ verzögert sich und mit jedem weiteren Quartal bluten die langsam aber sicher aus.
