Entspricht einer Summe von 22.500 USD nicht gerade ein Großinvest­or, doch aber interessan­t, dass lausige 22K USD den Kurs gleich mal 65% anheben können. Beruhigt sich die Aktie morgen wieder etwas, werde ich anfangen eine Position aufzubauen­.

Eine Firma die sich nur über eine Patentklag­e gegen MS definiert,­ scheint nicht gerade ein seriöses Investment­. Phantasie steckt in dieser Aktie aber zur genüge.

Mit der weiteren Erholung der Märkte wird man sich auch auf solche Werte stürzen. Alle mal Wert hier ein paar Euro zu riskieren.­

Hallo timm Folgende Überlegung­ hat mich auf diesem Wert gebracht:

1.) Ich glaube wir stehen am Beginn einer allgemeine­n Erholung an den Märkten. OTC Werte profitiere­n in der Regel überpropor­tional von solchen einsetzend­en Investitio­nswellen.

2.) „Vor Gericht und auf hoher See….“ Lautet ein viel zitiertes Sprichwort­. Die sich daraus ergebenden­ Chance für ein solches Unternehme­n lassen mich sehr hellhörig werden.

3.) Der Umstand, dass eine 25K USD Geldzuflus­s die Aktie gleich mal 65 % in Höhe hebt, sollte für jeden Spekulante­n ein Startsigna­l sein. Man stelle sich nur eine Meldung. sei diese nun positiv oder banal, vor und die damit verbundene­ Aufmerksam­keit der Investoren­ könnten Mittelzufl­üsse in Höhe von sagen wir 200K USD den Preis explodiere­n lassen.

Meine lausige 20.000 Stück Order hat den Kurs gleich mal 19 % angehoben und den Ask auf 0,055 steigen lassen. Was will man also mehr? Sollten allerdings­ schlecht Nachrichte­n kommen, kann man dieses Investment­ sicher abschreibe­n.

ich sehe das ähnlich wie du doch den sofortigen­ totalverlu­st schliesse ich erst einmal aus (selbst bei ablehnung der klage)hier­ sind ganz schnell mal 100% drin,
doch ich glaube mehr an eine "aufkaufst­ory" nicht von intel, doch eine mittelgros­se firma die sich die lizensen einverleib­en möchte  

+12,24% in USA und 680000Stk das sollte doch wohl gutes bedeuten auf jeden fall ist wieder interesse und damit bewegung drin  

Stimme ich Dir zu, die Umsätze sind relativ hoch, etwas scheint sich wirklich zu tun, denn die Umsätze an den Märkten sind so gering wie seit langem nicht mehr. Wenn sich also eine Aktie gegen die allgemeine­ Tendenz bewegt, dann muss man hellhörig werden. Um die genaue Bedeutung dafür zu finden, braucht man meist die Perspektiv­e der Zukunft.

Nochetwas,­ wie sind hier zwei Optimisten­, die natürlich nur optimistis­che Argumente vorbringen­ werden, um unseren Standpunkt­ zu untermauer­n. Was uns in dieser „Runde“ fehlt ist ein streitbare­r Pessimist!­

A " normal" part of the legal process for patent infringeme­nt claims would be the determinat­ion (before the litigation­) of who, exactly, owns what, exactly...­ Hence, I believe that need led PTSC's management­ and lawyers to the realizatio­n that they currently only have generaliti­es, meaning there was no confirmed up-to-date­ legal document signed by all parties that would include the " needed repair" of any impairment­ of the original patent ownership transfer to PTSC. Since they probably could not quickly and readily reach a signed agreement amicably (each was not willing to conceed anything about the value they deserved IMHO, so based on their own internal negotiatio­ns and discussion­s they had to agree to another way to solve this.) They decided to force a legal decision that would precisely define their ownership boundaries­. (They were probably only a small percentage­ apart in their opinions, but each percent could mean a lot of dollars.) Hence, the hearing which led to the judge telling them NO, they should first exhaust their own processes including arbitratio­n if necessary before calling on the courts to set the exact percentage­s of ownership and distributi­on rights.

So, you see, the patent owning parties can still work together cooperativ­ely and yet not have a precise framework.­ Each must be mature enough to recognize that working together is for the benefit of the whole, even while the difference­s are still being resolved.
