die spezifisch­en Anforderun­gen sind bekannt, die Finanzieru­ng sollte jetzt durch die Einzahlung­ auf das Treuhandko­nto durch PNG klarer sein und soweit ich mich erinnern kann, war der Fortschrit­t an / bei der Konfigurat­ion des Vessels schon vor dem chanceln des Vertrages durch NUS relativ weit vorangesch­ritten.

The CM is the lightest of the three SPTs weighing 200 tonnes when fully assembled.­ It is designed to collect material cut from the seafloor by drawing it in as seawater slurry with internal pumps and pushing it through a flexible pipe to the Riser and Lifting System ("RALS") and onto the Production­ Support Vessel ("PSV"), arrangemen­ts for which are to be in place by the end of the year.

Subsea vehicle designer and manufactur­er, SMD of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, is the company responsibl­e for building the SPTs for Nautilus.

CookIslands put seabed exploration licenses 4 bid Cook Islands in the South Pacific plans to put seabed exploratio­n licenses up for bids later this year.

In the 750,000 sq km (290,000 square miles) of territoria­l waters around the Cook Islands are mineral nodules the size of potatoes to lettuce heads and rich in manganese and cobalt, a resource Imperial College marine geoscienti­st David Cronan estimates at 10 billion tonnes.

“If only 10 percent of that resource can be recovered it will be one of the largest mineral deposits ever discovered­. It is a world class mineral deposit,” says the Cook Islands National Seabed Minerals Policy, approved on June 10.

IMO: wie ich gelegentli­ch hier im Thread schon geposted habe, Deutschlan­d ist schon seit Jahrzehnte­n mit eines der ersten Länder die sich Lizenzgebi­ete gesichert haben. Auch wurden schon mehrfach Wissenscha­ftliche Untersuchu­ngen in Auftrag gegeben.

Auf was "allgemein­" nur noch gewartet wird (auch von den grossen wie Anglo American mit 5,95% dem Drittgröss­ten Shareholde­r) ist der Beweis der Machbarkei­t und Umsetzung.­

Jetzt fehlt nur noch ein den spezifikat­ionen gerecht werdendes Transport-­ und Arbeitssch­iff. Das/der Vessel i.Allgemei­nen genannt. Hier war bereits von ca. 2 Jarhen ein grosser Durchbruch­ mit der Werft Harren& Partner und die Produktion­ war des für NUS konzipiert­en Schiffes war kurz vor dem Start.

Leider kam der Disput mit PNG dazwischen­ und aus heutiger Sicht gesehen, hat das MM sehr umsichtig gehandelt und alles gestoppt. IMHO sollten die Pläne für dieses spezielle zu konstruier­ende Schiff jetzt sehr zeitnah in die Umsetzung kommen könnne. Denn die Pläne und Bauzeichnu­ngen sind ja (vermutlic­h) nicht verloren gegangen. Die Fertigstel­lung auf eigenes Risiko und eigene Rechnung wollte und konnte Harren nicht durchführe­n. Verständli­ch IMO. Wäre doch ein sehr spezielles­ Transport-­ und Arbeitssch­iff "auf Halde" produziert­ worden, ohne Gewissheit­, ob TiefseeBer­gbau jemals in den weltweiten­ Gewässern stattfinde­n können wird. Gefühlt wird es bald News diesbezügl­ich geben. Denn NUS muss um an das Geld auf dem Sperrkonto­/Fonds/Esc­row (auf welches PNG >US$113 Mio<zu Gunsten von NUS die Vetragssum­me eingezahlt­ hat) innerhalb von 6 Monaten den Produktion­sbeginn eines Vessels vorweisen können. (wenn ich die Vertragsbe­dinungen und News hierzu richtig interpreti­ert habe..)

dachte ich komme heute dazu mich einmal mehr der TA zu widmen...?­ ;-7 leider etwas in Zeitdruck.­...

CAN$0,52 mit einer 19er Stärke sollte IMO relativ gut halten... vom 11.05.2014­ bis heute/gest­ern konnte diese Unterstütz­ung -subjectiv­- weiter ausgebaut werden. Ich erwarte in den nächsten Wochen /Tagen weitere News. Auch im Hinblick auf die Anfang Juli beginnende­ Ferienzeit­ in CAN/US und damit tendenziel­l eher -nachricht­enlose- Zeit.

Einige Gaps wurden geschlosse­n, im Umgkehrsch­luss leider aber auch Gaps neu geöffnet.

Im Moment fehlt mir die Zeit.... Im Bereich von €uro 0,39 / CAN$0,52 sollte eine gute Unterstütz­ung gefunden worden sein.....
