Wir haben also tatsächlich knapp 15 Mio Dollar Umsatz und ein Ergebnis von 4 Mio USD!!!
Durch den Umzug, die Expansion und die Übernahmen sind die Investitionen natürlich stark angestiegen. Aus dem operativen Geschäft heraus konnte Solar3D aber 4 Mio USD Gewinn erwirtschaften! Unfassbar! Diese Zahlen übertreffen alles, was ich erwartet habe!

Solar3D, Inc. According a recent New York Times article, this has stimulated optimism and growth throughout the state for new energy independence, as an increased "percentage of energy is coming from renewable sources -- geothermal, solar and wind."
Solar3D's SUNworks division seeks to capitalize on this exploding regional market by offering its low priced solar systems through a range of various financing options.

Mal ehrlich: wir haben über 300% gemacht. Gewinnmitnahmen sind vollkommen okay. Rechne mit Kursen um 0.20 die nächsten tage. Bis der nächste Deal kommt und wir Richtung 0.40 steuern. Ich habe Zeit und kann gerne noch ein paar Monate warten

Angeblich steht Solar3D nach dem letzten Megadeal schon wieder vor dem nächsten Megadeal. Nach der Übernahme von MD Energy scheint sich etwas richtig großes anzubahnen. Gerüchten zufolge steht Solar3D kurz davor, nun auch den Chinesischen Markt zu erobern. Eine neue Tochterfirma soll in Beijing gegründet werden! Oder aber Solar3D übernimmt gleich einen chinesischen Konkurrenten! Das wäre der Hammer!

Solar3D Inc. (SLTD), a U.S. solar provider that just announced a second acquisition in a year, plans to buy two more companies in 2015, its chief executive officer said.
“We’ve got an intense focus right now on buying integrators so that we can expand our company,” James Nelson said today in an interview at Bloomberg News headquarters in New York. “We want to buy two other companies -- that’ll put us up close to $100 million in revenue. That’s ambitious, but it’s our objective.”
Solar3D, which also is developing a proprietary solar-cell technology it intends to license, last week said it’s buying MD Energy LLC in a deal expected to close by February. In January, Solar3D acquired Solar United Networks Inc., another California-based developer better known as SUNworks.
Most of Solar3D’s customers are in California and prefer buying systems to leasing, Nelson said. The Santa Barbara, California-based company said today that it’s expanding into Nevada.
Solar demand in the U.S. next year may be more than 7.5 gigawatts, according to data compiled by Bloomberg New Energy Finance.
As system costs fall, customer interest in solar will grow similar to how the market for personal computers exploded, Nelson said.
“Utilities will continue to fight it, but they’ll be overwhelmed by a tidal wave of consumer demand,” he said.

das ist schwer zu sagen, bin auch schon seit paar monaten dabei mit knapp 20k stk.
aber ich denke es wird die nächsten tage ,wie die letzen wochen auch schon, starke schwankungen (+/-10% am tag) geben mit tendenz nach unten.
hoffe die 0,18$ halten..wenn nicht dann gehts schnell bis 16..
genausogut kann die news kommen das man n produktionspartner gefunden hat.
dann besitzt man lieber anteile dieser firma!
