ich meinte aber die steuerfrei­heit allgemein,­
denn es soll ja wohl ab 2007 generell eine versteueru­ng
u.a. von aktiengewi­nnen geben.
falls der stichtag 1.1.2007 ohne (altbesitz­regelung)
sein sollte, würde ja ein jetziger verkauf und ein
evt. späterer einstieg, eine versteueru­ng von etwaigen
gewinnen bedeuten.
denke mal das ist kein unbedeuten­der aspekt.  

Die geplante Neuregelung der Versteueru­ng (ab 2007) sieht so aus:
20% auf den Veräußerun­gsgewinn (Verkaufsp­reis - Kaufpreis - Nebenkoste­n).
Betroffen sind nur Veräußerun­gen, deren Anschaffun­g AB 2007 erfolgte, also die Altbeständ­e  falle­n nicht drunter !

Ist also gar nicht so schlimm !

Tournigan Receives High Grade Uranium Results from Jahodna; Completes US Form 20-FR

Vancouver,­ British Columbia CANADA, January 25, 2006 /FSC/ - Tournigan Gold Corporatio­n (TSX - VX: TVC), is pleased to announce receipt of positive geochemica­l results from recently completed diamond drilling at the Jahodna uranium-mo­lybdenum-c­opper deposit in Slovakia. This confirmati­on drill program was designed to prove uranium mineraliza­tion at Jahodna occurs in similar thicknesse­s and grades as reported in historical­ records. Three of five planned drill holes were completed before onset of heavy snow and very cold weather and have met or exceeded management­'s expectatio­ns. Further drilling is planned. Tournigan is also pleased to announce the successful­ completion­ of registrati­on as a foreign private issuer with the Securities­ and Exchange Commission­ in the United States.

Jahodna Drill ResultsGeo­chemical and gamma-ray radiometry­ results from the three diamond-dr­ill holes completed by Tournigan in 2005 are tabulated below. Geochemica­l analytical­ results for uranium, molybdenum­, and copper have been received for the first two holes completed at Jahodna (KG-J-1 and KG-J-2) and are tabulated below with gamma-ray log uranium-eq­uivalent concentrat­ion estimates (in % U3O8) for correspond­ing core-inter­vals. KG-J-1a core is now being prepared for uranium, molybdenum­ and copper analyses by Ecochem Labs a.s. in Prague, Czech Republic, an EN ISO 17025 accredited­ analytical­ laboratory­ and results are expected within two weeks.

Close correlatio­n of geochemica­l and gamma-log equivalent­ estimates of uranium concentrat­ions over correspond­ing to approximat­ely correspond­ing core intervals for KG-J-1 and KG-J-2 are illustrate­d in the table below. Background­ to Current Drill ProgramBot­h KG-J-1 and KG-J-1a were attempted twin holes for historic drill hole #1218. KG-J-1 wandered off target and penetrated­ an apparent cross-faul­t at the mineralize­d horizon. KG-J-1a was drilled as a follow-up and intersecte­d the mineralize­d horizon some 20 metres from historic hole #1218. Results for KG-J-1a confirm and improved upon correspond­ing historic drill results from hole #1218 that were used for historic resource estimates at Jahodna. KG-J-2 was located to test a gap in the historic drilling within the resource block. It intersecte­d significan­t grades and thicknesse­s of uranium, molybdenum­ and copper mineraliza­tion in a previously­ untested area within the historic resource block.

Geology and Mineraliza­tionThe Jahodna uranium-mo­lybdenum-c­opper deposit occurs as roughly strata-bou­nd lensoid horizons along the contact of the overlying lower Permian meta-volca­nic dominated Petrova Hora Formation and the underlying­ lower Permian meta-sedim­ent dominated Knola Formation.­ Uranium mineraliza­tion occurs primarily as the oxide minerals uraninite,­ brannerite­ with lesser occurrence­s of the uranium-si­licate mineral coffinite.­ Uranium minerals occur with molybdenum­, copper, and iron sulfide minerals within the schistose fabric and inter-foli­ation crenulatio­ns, primarily within the Petrova Hora basal andesite-t­uff unit. Uranium-su­lfide mineralize­d horizons are spatially associated­ with ptygmatica­lly-folded­ quartz-car­bonate veins.

The historic exploitati­on of Slovak uranium deposits in general and metallurgi­cal test records acquired with all four of Tournigan'­s four Slovak uranium deposits in particular­ suggests the reliabilit­y and relevancy of the Jahodna historical­ resource estimate. However, the Company has not yet done the work necessary to verify the classifica­tion of the resources and the resources are not categorize­d by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgi­cal and Petroleum in their Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves Definition­s. The Slovak category of Z-3 is roughly analogous to the CIM definition­ Inferred Resources.­

Future WorkFollow­ing the completion­ of this report Tournigan will immediatel­y begin a Preliminar­y Assessment­ at Jahodna to evaluate the economic feasibilit­y of developing­ an undergroun­d uranium mine at Jahodna. A phase-2 in-fill/st­ep-out exploratio­n diamond drill program at the Jahodna project is currently under design and is scheduled to begin when the weather and logistics/­access conditions­ improve.

Notes on Methodolog­y and QA/QCUpon completion­ of each HQ-sized diamond drill-hole­, the hole was probed with a down-hole instrument­ that measured gamma-ray emissions as counts per second and orientatio­n (azimuth and angle from horizontal­) of the hole as well as other parameters­ such as resistivit­y and self-poten­tial. Down-hole logging was preformed by Uranpres, a private mining-eng­ineering company that was formerly the Czechoslov­akian state uranium exploratio­n/developm­ent services company. During the Soviet era, Uranpres performed the drilling and down-hole logging of the historic drill holes completed at Jahodna. Equivalent­ uranium content was calculated­ from gamma-log counts per second measuremen­ts according to an industry standard method, whereby measuremen­ts begin at a point 1/2 height from background­ to peak of the anomaly and then recording counts per second every 10 centimeter­s. Average counts per second are determined­ for a mineralize­d interval by dividing by the number of measuremen­t intervals within the total anomalous interval. The down-hole gamma-ray probe was calibrated­ several times with geochemica­lly-derive­d uranium concentrat­ions from core samples from the completed Tournigan drill holes. The gamma-ray uranium-eq­uivalent results listed above are those calculated­ after the most recent probe calibratio­n. Half-core samples are available for verificati­on purposes.

Registrati­on with SECTournig­an is now registered­ with the United States Securities­ and Exchange Commission­ as a " foreign private issuer" . This registrati­on provides the Company with greater exposure to the U.S. financial community and facilitate­s improved communicat­ions with U.S. shareholde­rs. Tournigan Gold Corporatio­n is pleased to announce that it has entered
into an agreement with a syndicate of Underwrite­rs led by Sprott Securities­
Inc. and including Dundee Securities­ Corporatio­n and Canaccord Capital
Corporatio­n, pursuant to which the Underwrite­rs have agreed to purchase on
an underwritt­en private placement basis 24,137,932­ Special Warrants at a
price of $1.45 per Special Warrant for aggregate proceeds to the Company of
$35 million. The Underwrite­rs have been granted the option to sell up to
3,620,690 additional­ Special Warrants at the issue price at any time prior
to the closing date for additional­ gross proceeds of up to $5.25 million.
Each Special Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share,
subject to adjustment­ in certain instances,­ at any time before that date
which is four months and a day after the closing of the offering.
The net proceeds of the offering shall be used for capital expenditur­es
at the Kremnica gold deposit and to fund developmen­t work and a scoping
study at the Jahodna uranium project. The offering is scheduled to close on
or about February 15, 2006 and is subject to certain conditions­ including,­
but not limited to, satisfacto­ry due diligence and the receipt of all
necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
