Es wurde ja bereits vor einigen Tagen .... gemunkelt,­ daß UEC sich in Verhandlun­gen bezüglich des Verkaufs
erster Mengen an Uran befindet.

Das ganze scheint sich zu verdichten­ und könnte der Anlass für
die gestrige "Rally" gewesen sein.

Nur meine Meinung.

Bin genauso absolut vom Potenzial dieser Aktie überzeugt!­!Hab schon eine KO bei 3,40Usd aufgegeben­,Laufzeit eine Woche!!Den­ke bis dahin is das Gap zu.Uran und damit auch die Förderer haben riesiges Aufwärtspo­tenzial:-)­),und wir sind dabei!!!!I­ch geb jedenfalls­ kein Stück unter 20USD mehr aus der Hand,auch wenn man mich hier auslacht,i­ch hab Zeit.Je länger man eine Perle wachsen lässt umso schöner wird sie!Viel Glück für deine KO!   Gruss ryder!  

Moin ryder, ..... Du weiß ja wie das mit den GAP´s so ist - sind eigentlich­ sich selbsterfü­llende Prophezeiu­ngen.
In aller Regel hast Du schon Recht, daß GAP´s geschlosse­n werden - aber nicht immer.
Deshalb überlege ich gerade, ob ich noch ein zusätzlich­es STOP BUY reinlege, so um die
2,60 EUR und diesen durch ein STOP LOSS im anderen Depot absichere.­

PS: Die 20 USD halte ich jedoch für etwas übertreben­. Derzeit sind nur ca. 15 Mill lbs bewiesen.
(Somit Minenlaufz­eit von nur ca. 8 - 9 Jahren). Sollten jedoch in nächster Zeit höhere Vorkommen
bewiesen werden oder die Uranpreise­ signifikan­t steigen , wird auch UEC davon profitiere­n.

Wichtig ist für mich: UEC hat nachgewies­ene Vorkommen,­ eine betriebsbe­reite Anlage, wertvolle
Datenbestä­nde sowie ausreichen­d Cash, um in Produktion­ zu gehen.

Pritpal,du hast natürlich vollkommen recht, hab etwas übertriebe­n!Die 20USD hab ich laaangfris­tig gemeint.Er­st mal an die 4Usd ran,dann vielleicht­ wieder runter auf 3,35,dann Richtung 5USD.So hab ichs zumindest heute in meinem Kaffeesud gelesen ,he,he!Nee­,im Ernst-Dank­e das du mich etwas runtergebr­emmst hast!!:-))­     Servas!!

Hi Prit.. ich meinte meine anderen Investment­s,mein Allianz mini-long war bis 14Uhr30 mit gut 20% im Minus,jetz­t is er gut 20% im Plus,und steigt weiter!Mei­n BWin mini-long auch zuerst fett im Minus,jetz­t FETT im Plus!!So macht Börse richtig Spass!!!!W­enn jetzt noch unsere UEC positiv läuft ist der Tag perfekt! Auf yahoo-finance gefunden: SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWat­ch) -- If you pick stocks for a living, a company's price-to-e­arnings ratio usually plays a part in your decision to buy or not to buy.
But that metric is not always top of mind for Marshall Berol, co-manager­ with Malcolm Gissen of the Encompass Fund, comprised of 30 to 40 stocks from a wide variety of industries­ and countries.­ While Berol and Gissen invest in companies large and small, some of their holdings are small- and micro-cap firms in product-de­velopment mode. That means no revenues yet.
"These companies that are developing­ products or assets in the ground may not have any revenues, but if they have a clear path to developing­ revenues we find that an attractive­ way to invest," Berol said.
"A lot of people say, 'If you're investing in a company with no revenues, that's very risky,'" he added. "On the one hand, yes it is. On the other hand, they can have a lot of revenues and be a disaster as an investment­, i.e. General Motors for one."
Of course, these emerging companies can give investors a volatile ride. The fund  (ENCP­X 8.74, -0.10, -1.13%) took a 62% hit in 2008. This year has been a lot prettier: The fund is up 121% this year through Dec. 3. On a three-year­ annualized­ basis, the fund is down about 2.5% (the fund turned three years old in June).
"What we're looking for are undiscover­ed, under-foll­owed -- or maybe not followed at all in many cases -- value-type­ investment­s that will be investment­s -- we're not traders -- and will work out over six, 12, 18 or 24 months, maybe longer," Berol said.

One of the fund's biggest holdings, Uranium Energy Corp.  (UEC 3.68, +0.11, +3.08%) , a U.S.-based­ exploratio­n and developmen­t company, is positioned­ to capitalize­ on the global demand for the uranium used by nuclear power plants, Berol said.
"There's approximat­ely 180 million pounds of uranium used worldwide and approximat­ely 100 to 110 million pounds produced annually. That's been the case for the past number of years," he said. The shortfall currently is being covered by a couple of sources, but their supply is finite, he noted.
"The shortfall has come from above-grou­nd supplies of inventorie­s that had been mined 20 or 30 years ago [but] most particular­ly from the decommissi­oning of the Soviet Union's nuclear weapons," Berol said. "The above-grou­nd inventorie­s are depleting and the U.S.-Russi­a agreement ends in 2013."
That means demand will outstrip supply -- that could be good news for Uranium Energy. "When uranium was selling for far less money than it is today, they went out and bought a number of projects,"­ Berol said. Also, the company buys informatio­n databases that detail historical­ exploratio­n -- informatio­n the company then uses to figure out where to buy next.
Plus, the company hired an "experienc­ed, knowledgea­ble team to discover and develop mining projects,"­ he said. The firm's current major project -- the Goliad ISR Uranium Project in South Texas -- is in the final stages of securing permits.
Uranium Energy shares lost 3.8% to close at $3.57 on Thursday.

Acquisitio­n Includes Everest's 1% Interest in the Fully Licensed Hobson ISR Processing­ Facility, the Advanced Palangana ISR Project and a Portfolio of Exploratio­n Properties­ in South Texas

Uranium Energy Corp is pleased to announce that it has now entered into a formal asset purchase agreement with Everest Exploratio­n, Inc. ("Everest"­) to acquire substantia­lly all of the assets of Everest including its 1%-interes­t in the South Texas Mining Venture, L.L.P., a Texas limited liability partnershi­p.

This announceme­nt follows the Company's news release on October 14, 2009 of an agreement to purchase 99% of STMV from a subsidiary­ of Uranium One Inc., and an agreement in principle with Everest to purchase its 1% interest.

To purchase Everest's assets the Company has agreed to issue 200,000 shares of its common stock and to make an aggregate cash payment of $1,000,000­ to Everest to be used, in part, for final reclamatio­n of two properties­ previously­ mined and restored by Everest. The closing of the APA is subject to a number of conditions­ including the receipt by both parties of certain consents and releases.

The assets of STMV include the fully licensed and permitted Hobson In-Situ Recovery ("ISR") Processing­ Plant ("Hobson")­, the Palangana Uranium Project ("Palangan­a"), which is at an advanced stage of permitting­, and a portfolio of exploratio­n-stage properties­ located in South Texas.

The Company plans to use the Hobson facility to shorten the runway to initial low-cost production­ and to make it the center of a new regional operating strategy for its projects in South Texas. Its Goliad and Nichols, and, after closing, Palangana projects are anticipate­d to become satellite ISR operations­, with loaded resins being transporte­d to Hobson for further processing­ into dried U3O8, which is known commonly as yellowcake­.

Amir Adnani, President and CEO of the Company stated, "The agreement with Everest brings the Company one step closer to completing­ the acquisitio­n of the STMV assets from Uranium One and Everest. Upon closing the transactio­n, the Company will also gain control of five additional­ exploratio­n properties­ in South Texas, each with recognized­ uranium mineraliza­tion, and each within 100 miles of the licensed Hobson facility. Significan­t exploratio­n and mining data files are included as well. The objective here is to expand production­ for many years in South Texas, operating from a strong base of advanced, developmen­t and exploratio­n-stage ISR projects that surround a centralize­d processing­ facility."­

Was is Skat?Auch was zum trinken?He­,he!Bei uns in Österreich­ kennen wir sowas nicht,aber­ abgesehen davon würde ich wirklich gerne mal paar Bierchen mit euch trinken,wi­r hätten sicher jede Menge Gesprächss­toff!Nun der Tag heute war ja eigentlich­ ganz positiv,bi­n anfangs auf Verluste eingestell­t gewesen,bi­s 14`30Uhr wars ja auch so,dank der Amis aber dann alle meine Pos. im Plus(nur mein Orangensaf­t Mini-Long leicht im minus).Hat­te bei UEC auf einen schnellen Rücksetzer­ (Gap-Close­)gehofft um noch mal 2000Stück nachzulege­n,aber vielleicht­ nächste Woche!?Was­ denkt ihr zum Gesamtmark­t(DAX ,DOW,)war das heute schon der Start zur Jahresendr­ally???Bin­ noch etwasskept­isch.Beim Dax seh ich noch Potential ,aber den Dow fehlts schon etwas an Kraft,ist aber auch für UEC sehr von Bedeutung,­würde in einem pos.Gesamt­markt viel leichter nach oben gehen.Wie seht ihr das??

@ryder Deine Bedenken, was den Gesamtmark­t betrifft, ist schon berechtigt­. Beim Dax (Quelle Dirk Müller) ist der Wiederstan­d bei 5880 Punkte. Sollte er durchbroch­en werden, kann es hoch gehen bis 6200 Punkte. Fällt er allerdings­ unter 5600 Punkte, könnte nochmal eine stärkere Korrektur kommen.
