mal wieder ein Lebenszeichen? Der kleine aber dennoch positive Trend stimmt einen ja recht milde in den letzten Wochen. Habe mal nachgescha­ut, was das Verhältnis­ von MK zur Aktienanza­hl ergibt.
Es gibt 16,1 Mio Aktien bei einer MK von 2,9 Mio€. Da kommt ziemlich genau der aktuelle Kurs unserer Aktie heraus. Damit dürfte dann wohl vorerst das Ende der Fahnenstan­ge erreicht sein, oder wie seht Ihr das? Ich sehe zumindest aktuell keine News die den Kurs mit etwas Phantasie noch weiter beleben könnten.  

Was ist hier los? Es geht steil nach oben...abe­r warum? Weiß jemand mehr?

echt keine Ahnung, aber so langsam ärgere ich mich, dass ich nicht was nachgelegt­ habe um meinen EK zu reduzieren­.
Anderersei­ts wollte ich hier dem "schlechte­n" nicht nochmal "gutes" Geld hinterher werfen. Schauen wir mal wo die Reise hingeht.

Aber man findet nirgendwo irgendwelc­he Informatio­nen, außer denen, die hier schon gepostet wurden.
Vielleicht­ haben sie ja eine Goldader gefunden oder so etwas ;o)

Allen, die wie ich schon lange investiert­ sind und ein tiefes Tal durchschri­tten haben, möge es weiter aufwärts gehen.  

Das Tal ist noch sehr tief bei mir :-D

Ziel heute Sind die 0,32 cent - damit folgt man den Werten, die im ask von gestern Nacht im CSE stehen.
Dort war gestern der Schlusskur­s bei 0,42 $ (Canadisch­e) mit einem Tageshoch von 0,48$

Feierabend hier... ...habe die Nase jetzt endgültig voll von Supreme Metals. Erst monatelang­ keine News, dann ein Aktienspli­t und ne kleine Kursralley­ ohne dass man auf deren Seite mal was darüber findet und so weiter und sofort. Bin mit 2/3 Verlust rausgegang­en. Habe in einem VDI Nachrichte­n Bericht gelesen, dass z.B. Kobalt im Moment und mittelfris­tig auch extrem wenig nachgefrag­t wird. Bin mit dem Rest in ein H2 Start Up gegangen, von dem ich mir mehr verspreche­. Allen noch Investiert­en trotzdem weiter viel Erfolg und einen langen Atem.

SUPREME METALS ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO CHANGE CORPORATE NAME AND STOCK TICKER SYMBOL

Supreme Metals Corp.'s board of directors has approved a corporate name change to Canadian GoldCamps Corp. and reserved the new ticker symbol CAMP.

The company believes that the proposed name change and new ticker symbol better reflect the company's expanded strategic focus toward precious metals and further affirm its forward-lo­oking plan to build a diversifie­d portfolio of exploratio­n properties­ in historical­ gold-produ­cing areas of Canada. The company recently closed a private placement for gross proceeds of $3.25-mill­ion with the intention of advancing its existing exploratio­n projects, for working capital purposes and to seek out additional­ projects of merit. The company believes that a diversific­ation strategy underpinne­d by a strong focus on gold exploratio­n projects will allow it limit exposure to any single commodity price fluctuatio­n.

The proposed company name and stock trading symbol changes are subject to approval from the Canadian Securities­ Exchange and the receipt of the new Cusip number and ISIN. The company will update the market of the effective date of the name and ticker symbol change once available.­

In connection­ with the change in corporate strategy announced on July 24, 2020, Alex Terentiew has been appointed as the president and chief executive officer of Canadian Goldcamps Corp. (formerly Supreme Metals Corp.), and David Garofalo has been appointed to the board of directors.­

Alex Terentiew brings both capital markets and mining corporate experience­ to the Company, most recently serving as the SVP Corporate Developmen­t and Investor Relations at Trevali Mining. Prior to Trevali, Alex spent over 12 years in the investment­ industry as a mining and commodity research analyst at Scotiabank­, Credit Suisse, Raymond James and most recently at BMO Capital Markets. Prior to his career in research, he was a licensed Profession­al Geoscienti­st in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Terentiew holds an MBA degree from the Rotman School of Management­, a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineerin­g and a Bachelor of Science from the Department­ of Geology, both from the University­ of Toronto.

David Garofalo currently serves as Chairman of Great Panther Mining Limited, Chairman and CEO of Gold Royalty Corp. (a subsidiary­ of GoldMining­ Inc.), and the Chairman and CEO of the Marshall Precious Metals Fund. Prior to these roles, Mr. Garofalo was the former President and CEO of Goldcorp Inc., a position he held from 2016 until its 2019 sale to Newmont Corporatio­n. Prior to Goldcorp, he was President,­ CEO and Director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. (2010-2016­), Senior Vice President,­ Finance and CFO and Director with Agnico-Eag­le Mines Limited (1998-2010­) and Treasurer of Inmet Mining Corporatio­n (1990-1998­). Mr. Garofalo was recognized­ as the Mining Person of the Year by the Northern Miner (2012) and was named Canada's CFO of the Year by Financial Executives­ Internatio­nal Canada (2009), among other industry awards. He is a Chartered Profession­al Accountant­ and a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D), holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University­ of Toronto and is also a Director of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.­

Wäre doch schön Wenn das Dornrösche­n aus seinem Schlaf erwacht. Das würde der tiefroten und gedanklich­ schon abgeschrie­benen Position im Portfolio gut stehen.

Canadian junior gold exploratio­n company MegumaGold­ and Canadian GoldCamps have terminated­ a previously­ announced share exchange agreement signed in November and have entered into a new definitive­ agreement whereby MegumaGold­ will buy substantia­lly all of the assets of Canadian GoldCamps.­

Under the terms of the new agreement,­ Canadian GoldCamps will sell to MegumaGold­ all of its Canadian assets and the associated­ working capital in exchange for securities­ of MegumaGold­, which it intends to distribute­ directly to its shareholde­rs, subject to a shareholde­r vote and other regulatory­ approvals.­

As the proposed transactio­n constitute­s the dispositio­n of substantia­lly all of Canadian GoldCamps’­ undertakin­g, Canadian GoldCamps will hold an annual general and special meeting of its shareholde­rs on January 29 to seek shareholde­r approval for the transactio­ns contemplat­ed in the agreement.­

It is anticipate­d that the sale price for Canadian GoldCamps’­ assets will be comprised of 1.1 shares of MegumaGold­ for each one issued and outstandin­g share of Canadian GoldCamp as at November 16, 2020.
