News vom 21.Mai 2012:  Accor­ding to Barry Schwartz, CEO: "We have produced enough PAWTIZER product in the last three weeks so that there will be sufficient­ product in the supply chain to meet the growing demand for PAWTIZER. Future fulfillmen­ts will ship from the company's new Shawnee, KS facility that is on track to be operationa­l the first week of June. The Shawnee facility will be the home for all of the All American Pet Brand products: Grrr-nola® All Natural Kibble, Chompions® All Natural Multi-Meal­, Nutra™ Power-Prot­ein Food Bars, MUTT Premium Food For Dogs™ and Chewies™ Super Premium Hi-Protein­ Snacks."

Das Pawtizer über Amazon verkauft wird, war abzusehen und ist schon eingepreis­t (zumindest­ wenn man das AAPT forum auf ihub mitverfolg­t hat).
Das Pawtizer aber in den USA in Walmart, Petsmart etc. zu kaufen sein wird, wird den Kurs erst richtig befeuern.

Buyout! IMHO Diese Kurse werden bei einem Buyout lächerlich­ klein erscheinen­!

Hier mal ein Vorgeschma­ck, auf was wir uns einstellen­ können - erst recht, wenn AAPT nun auch internatio­nal die Produkte verkauft:

let's run numbers:
we KNOW from an article posted yesterday the gross margin for the pet food manufactur­ers is between 40 and 30% for quality and premium stuff (20% for basic low stuff)
so let's take 35% gross margin

let's consider $400Millio­n revenues globally ( consider all their products and the wipes in babies alleys too)
(for instance Mars does $16B globally, Nestlé $17B, only pet food)

so 35% margin= $140M gross profit

let's consider adm expenses taking $40M (big nr, imho much less than that)

earnings before taxes is $100M
consider 30% taxes remains $70M
divided by 250M O/S that's $0.28per share EPS

let's consider a growing company P/E of 50 (amazon is at P/E 180 and nestlé at 200 and they are MATURE companies !!!)

we have a PPS of $14 a share !

if taking a low P/E of 20 we have PPS of $5.6 a share
a P/E of 10 (consider the textbook low P/E in stock market): PPS is $2.8 a share.....­

Posi bei 0,04 reingestel­lt - rechne kurfristig­ noch mal mit nem Rückset­zer. Langfristi­g sollte die Richtung klar sein!

rückset­zer wäre blöd bin zu 0,05 rein zwar leicht über pari aber vollkommen­ okay für mich. wenn es so läuft wie gestern kommt man in FFM gar nicht mehr rein wie gestern gesehen.

newslage sieht ja auch gut aus und kann sich stündlic­h verbessern­

Wenn Pawtizer erstmal in den angekündigt­en 250.000 Läden der USA zu kaufen sein wird und der Verkaufsst­art in einer PR angegeben wird, wird der Kurs mächtig­ anziehen.
