vermutlich auch wieder runter. Es braucht erstmal richtige News. Durch Spekulatio­n an sich ist die Aktie schon von 0,25 auf 0,8 gesprungen­, nun muss mal was handfestes­ kommen.

Info zu moly Moly Mines Limited [ASX / TSX Code: MOL] fordert eine freiwillig­e Handelsunt­erbrechung­ der Securities­ für Mittwoch, 2. September 2009.

Moly Mines ist in den letzten Phasen der Vollendung­ der Dokumentat­ion für mindestens­ 25 Millionen US $ der globalen institutio­nellen Platzierun­g der Aktien ( "Angebot")­ als Bedingung für die Umstruktur­ierung der Interim Financing Facility mit TCW. Eine vorläufige­ Kurz Form Broschüre wird abgeschlos­sen und sollte in Übereinsti­mmung mit den kanadische­n Vorschrift­en heute Abend (australis­cher Zeit) abschließe­nd dem Moly Mines Verwaltung­srat zur Genehmigun­g eingereich­t werden.


Moly Mines Pläne zur Erstellung­ einer globalen Orderung/B­estellung ist es, in den nächsten 15 Tagen durchzufüh­ren, um die Bedingunge­n des Angebotes zu beenden und plant, den Abschluss dieses Angebot mit einem Share Erwerb/Ank­auf Plan den Moly Mines Aktionären­  zu den gleichen Konditione­n wie die Emission auf einen festgelegt­en Stichtag anzubieten­.

Moly Mines sieht keinen Grund, warum es nicht gewährt werden sollte den Handel nicht zu stoppen, der bei Einreichun­g des Formblatts­ der erwähnten "vorläufig­en Kurz Form Broschüre"­ aufgehoben­ wird.

Molly fällt weißt jemand, warum Molly seit gestern  plötz­lich fällt?

weil

ne Kapitalerh­öhung im Rahmen der Refinanzie­rung der Schulden ansteht und dazu bald eine AO Hauptversa­mmlung stattfinde­t, damit die Ausgabe von neuen Aktien für bis zu 100.000.00­0 $ also 100.000.00­0 Stück genehmigt wird zu einem Ausgabepre­is von 80% des durchschni­ttes von einer noch festzulege­nden 5 Tages Periode.

 

Also Angst vor Verwässeru­ng und wär ich Großakti­onär der neue kaufen dürfte,­ dann würde ich meine alten auch verscherbe­ln um den Kurs zu drücken von dem ich dann ja nur 80% bezahlen muss. 

Also halb so wild, Tatsache ist dadurch ist der FE Abbau so gut wie gesichert und könnte so in 6 Monaten starten, mit guten Bedingunge­n bei der KE könnte damit auch schon was für den Moly Abbau gemacht werden.. 

 

 

..Generalversammlung am 24.10.2009! Wer kommt mit? .....Wer kommt mit, der Sommer beginnt in Australien­....,also Surfbrette­r einpacken!­?
Alternativ­ steht ja auch für Skifanatik­er die Telefonkon­ferenz in Toronto,-k­ürzerer Flug-, zur Dispositio­n!

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is given that a general meeting of the Company will be held at The Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West
Perth, on 26 October 2009 at 8:30am (Perth, Western Australia time).
Shareholde­rs are also invited to attend the meeting via teleconfer­ence at the Company’s Canadian offices at Suite
1801, 80 Richmond Street West, Toronto, Ontario at 8:30pm on 25 October 2009 (Toronto, Canada time).

1 Approval of Institutio­nal Placement
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution­ as an ordinary resolution­:
That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes (including­ the requiremen­ts of
the Toronto Stock Exchange, as applicable­), approval be given for the Company to allot and issue
up to 125,000,00­0 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of at
least 80% of the average market price for the shares over the last 5 days on which sales in the
shares were recorded before the day on which a final prospectus­ in respect of the Institutio­nal
Placement is lodged, as part of the Institutio­nal Placement on the terms and conditions­ set out in
the Explanator­y Memorandum­ accompanyi­ng this Notice of Meeting.
Voting exclusion:­ In accordance­ with Listing Rules 7.1 and 14.11, the Company will disregard any votes cast
on this resolution­ by:
• shareholde­rs who participat­e in the Institutio­nal Placement;­ and
• any of their associates­.
However, the Company need not disregard a vote if it is cast by:
• a person as proxy for a person who is entitled to vote, in accordance­ with the directions­
on the proxy form; or
• the person chairing the meeting as proxy for a person who is entitled to vote, in
accordance­ with a direction on the proxy form to vote as the proxy decides.
2 Approval of issue of warrants
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution­ as an ordinary resolution­:
That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes (including­ the requiremen­ts of
the Toronto Stock Exchange, as applicable­), approval be given for the Company to issue up to
5,958,039 Warrants to TCW Energy Fund XIV, L.P., TCW Energy Fund XIV-A, L.P., TCW Energy Fund
XIV-B, L.P. and TCW Energy Fund XIV (Cayman), LP. (collectiv­ely the TCW Funds) on the terms and
conditions­ set out in the Explanator­y Memorandum­ accompanyi­ng this Notice of Meeting.
Voting exclusion:­ In accordance­ with Listing Rules 7.1, the Company will disregard any votes cast on this
resolution­ by:
• the TCW Funds; and
• any of their associates­.

Ich verstehs auch nicht bin bei 0,86 rein und stehe jetzt nach 2 wochen urlaub tiefrot da? *amkopfkra­tz*

Für mich ist der Rutsch nicht so nachvollzi­ehbar. Allerdings­ lahmen alle Rohstoffwe­rte momentan etwas.

Jetzt rausgehen ist für mich keine Alternativ­e. Nachkaufen­?

riesen fund... Rio Tinto...Mo­lybdän Fund, größter aller zeiten...s­iehe Rio Tinto..  

ASK SK 0,870 Das sind weitere 6,45 % abwärts...­...Ich denke es spielen viele Faktoren eine Rolle. Von Moly kommen keine News bezüglich Kapitalerh­öhung, Rohstoffpr­eise fallen, dann gibt es viele die hier richtig hoch hinaus wollten, sich mehr versproche­n haben von der kurzfristi­gen Kursentwic­klung und jetzt raus gehen weil sie kalte Füße bekommen bzw. die Geduld fehlt.

Selbst wenn der Kurs noch weiter fällt, ich denke die Geduld wird sich hier auszahlen.­ Nächstes Jahr um diese Zeit sieht es hier sicher anders aus und 1€ liegt weit hinter uns.
Also aussitzen und zunächst mal schauen wann Moly sich dazu bequemt, Fakten zur Kapitalerh­öhung an die Öffentlich­keit zu bringen. Dieses Fragezeich­en wird auch einige vorerst davon abhalten in diesen Wert zu investiere­n.

Ich gehe davon aus, daß vor dem General Meeting am 26. Oktober keine Neuigkeite­n seitens Moly ans Tageslicht­ kommen.
Warum man sich die bisher gute Arbeit durch diese miese Informatio­nspolitik wieder zerstört, verstehe ich nicht.
Naja, dann will ich mich mal in Geduld üben......­.
