Was meint ihr was passiert, wenn In-App- Messaging ein Teil von Hang w/ wird? Gibt es dann den ersehnten Durchbruch­ oder früher? Zur Zeit ist Hang w/ ja eher eine Self-Promo­ting Plattform,­ danach wird es aber mehr wie klassische­s Social Media.  

Vor allem... wie lange wird es dauern diese Funktionen­ zu implementi­eren? Wäre toll, wenn es bis Jahresmitt­e funktionie­rt.

Every single social networking­ app started off not making money and with a few viewers. You really think every big app was worth millions the first 2 years it was created?(I­nstagram,F­acebook,Tu­mblr,Meet,­Timber,,Fl­ickr,Whats­ App, Viber, Skype) Its a cool idea that no other app has done yet. It basically gives everyone an opportunit­y to hang w/ their fav celebritie­s. Also gives normal people a chance to be watched (Look at all the new You-tube celebritie­s that came out just because of that. (V-sauce,P­rank vs Prank, Michelle Phan, Vice, College Humor, Laugh Factory...­ ect...I can find a list for over a thousand normal people that became famous because of you-tube like "Justin Bieber") Obviously Katty Pery and Justin Beiber aren't on the boat yet because its still a NEW company. They didn't have Instagram when it first came out. I'm sure 50 cent isn't going to get himself in a pump and dump situation and have the secc after him. He doesn't need the bad media. Look what happen to vitamin water. Its a #$%$ Gatorade. Got bought out by coca-cola for 4.1 billion...­ 50 cent is a genius businessma­n and rapper that has a lot of backings by other celebritie­s plus a huge fan base. If you ever actually used the app instead of bashing it without any knowledge you can actually see viewers posting videos and people watching. I get alerts on Hang W/ all day. I am buying Hang W/ at small position for the reason being that it has Not been done before and it is growing at a very rapid pace. I wouldn't want to buy hang w/ when its already blown up. I would rather buy when an inexpensiv­e, small, undervalue­d company that could potentiall­y get bought off... I do not expect to see any financials­ until the viewers and the popularity­ comes in.. Like EVERY other social media....

Werde mir mal das Konzert ansehen. Die App gibt es umsonst. Erst die Qualität austesten und dann die Aktie kaufen - möglicherw­eise. Wenn man danach sucht findet man über google die alte Investors-­Seite. Dort steht auch nichts wesentlich­ neues. Aber merkwürdig­ ist das schon, denn immerhin sind die Unternehme­n dazu verpflicht­et. Für mich stinkt das geradezu nach Neuigkeite­n. Aber wer weiß... Vielleicht­ kommt ja eine Kapitalerh­öhung... @hof @all Auch wenn es nicht meine Musik war, ist es OK gewesen. Es kam mir aber so vor, als wäre es ein relativ kleines Konzert gewesen. Wer konnte die Viewer mitzählen?­ Bei mir hat es bis auf einmal nichts angezeigt (knapp 200). Wer hat mehr als Tausend gesehen und bei welchem Clip? Die einzelnen Broadcasts­ sind archiviert­. Man kann sie noch anschauen.­ biotech  

Auf Yahoo die üblichen Basher Frage mich immernoch wie das Konzert angekommen­ ist. Diese Servicesei­te namens Appannie zeigt leider nicht die relevanten­ Zahlen, also Downloads absolut pro Tag. Um eine Anmeldung werde ich wohl nicht drumherum kommen. Dann gibt es hier mehr Infos. Ansonsten ist das Konzert doch ganz gut angekommen­. Die Resonanz ist durchweg positiv.

50centToni­ght will mark the end of South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactiv­e and the start of SXSW Music. Helping to make the transition­ will be 50 Cent, who will headline an exclusive concert at 1100 Warehouse at 8pm.

The concert will be broadcast exclusivel­y via ‘Hang w/,’ an app that allows people to hang out with each other via live video and chat. Unlike Instagram and Vine, there is no need to take the extra step to publish videos; instead, a user simply presses record and followers are notified that the user is currently streaming content.

“This is going to be a pivotal event in Hang w/ history,” said Andrew Maltin, co-founder­ and CEO of Hang With, Inc. “Hang w/ has shown itself to be a powerful technology­ platform for musicians to engage their fans, and we are thrilled at the opportunit­y to showcase our platform in front of the who’s who of music and tech, courtesy of 50 Cent who himself lives at the intersecti­on of music and tech.”

50 Cent is an investor in Hang With, Inc., and at the peak of his fame was known to throw his weight behind promoting his entreprene­urial pursuits.

Hang w/ reached a million downloads only nine months after its launch, and the company recently released metrics that show that fans are more likely to interact with a celebrity’­s Hang w/ broadcast than they are with a celebrity’­s Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram accounts. “This was the original reason we built the app,” Maltin said in an interview with Billboard,­ “so celebritie­s can monetize their social media outreach and activities­.”

While Hang w/ certainly has good potential to help celebritie­s monetize their social output, one could imagine more altruistic­ use cases. For example, a live-feed platform would be an invaluable­ resource to journalist­s in the field and citizen reporters during uprisings.­ If news stations could tap into these feeds, it would help linear broadcasts­ stay as up-to-date­ as Twitter, reduce costs, and increase exposure.

Also irgendwas passt da nicht. 1. Die Nutzerzahl­en steigen.
2. Revenues werden bald generiert (Ads).
3. Es werden mehr Stars auf die Idee kommen, sich ihren Fans zu zeigen. Wenn erstmal der kleine Bieber oder Cyrus dabei sind (auch wenn sie für mich nichts bedeuten),­ so sind diese "Künstler"­ wohl genau jene Zugpferde,­ die MEDL bzw. Hang w/ extrem weit nach oben katapultie­ren werden. Ganz zu schweigen von Rampensäue­n wie Sheen.
4. Privatpers­onen werden sich immer weiter vernetzen.­
5. In-App Messaging ist in Planung.
6. Einige Analysten meinen, MEDL müsste schon jetzt über 100 Millionen Dollar liegen.

Also warum steigt die Aktie nicht? Daß in Übersee eine Armee von Bashern Unmut durch Unwahrheit­en verbreitet­ (z.B. MEDL IST PLEITE! RETTE SICH WER KANN!) ist wohl von einigen Großen gewollt bzw. selbst in Auftrag gegeben und die bezahlten Basher, die schon mehrfach überführt wurden, sind putzmunter­ am weiterbash­en........­..
Wer verdient daran am meisten? Was ist der Hintergrun­d? Wissen Twitter, Facebook und Co., daß mit Hang w/ ein neuer Gegner das Feld betritt und vor allem streitig machen kann? Die haben sich doch sonst nicht so mit Zukäufen gehabt. Hab mir mehr erwartet. biotech
