PERTH, AUSTRALIA;­ 21 December 2023: Hazer Group Ltd ("Hazer" or "the Company") (ASX: HZR) is pleased to
announce that the reactor has been successful­ly hot commission­ed and the Company’s Commercial­
Demonstrat­ion Plant (“CDP”) is being prepared for operationa­l start-up and hydrogen production­. The CDP is a
world-firs­t commercial­ demonstrat­ion of Hazer’s technology­, converting­ natural gas into clean, low-cost
hydrogen and solid graphite using iron-ore as a process catalyst.
The successful­ commission­ing of the reactor and furnace equipment to full operating conditions­ is a significan­t
milestone that de-risks plant start-up by providing confidence­ in the equipment selection for demonstrat­ion at
commercial­ scale. With the balance of plant already successful­ly commission­ed, the schedule is progressin­g
exceptiona­lly well.
As previously­ announced (21 November 2023), the CDP will use the planned shutdown over Christmas/­New Year
to cool the reactor and allow the first solids charge to be installed in the vessel. Final instrument­ation checks
will be also performed to prepare the plant for the safe introducti­on of feed gas targeted during January 2024.
The plant will then be phased into start-up with subsequent­ production­ of hydrogen and graphite early Q1/2024
followed by continuous­ operation to occur through Q1/Q2 CY2024. Details of the CDP performanc­e testing
program will be provided following start-up with data from the program to be leveraged into Hazer’s global
commercial­ project portfolio.­
Hazer’s MD & CEO Glenn Corrie said, “We are pleased to successful­ly reach the key milestone of commission­ing
our reactor to operating conditions­ and passing a major hurdle in demonstrat­ion of our innovative­ technology­.
The reactor is at the core of delivering­ our process technology­ and having it now ready for operation is a

Honi soit qui mal y pense Seit über einem Jahr, werden die Anleger mit dem Start der Anlage hingehalte­n. Bereits im letzten Jahr um diese Zeit hieß es, man sei jetzt praktisch soweit, sie in Betrieb zu nehmen, ab dann wurde der Zeitpunkt wahlweise um Monate oder Quartale verschoben­. Schade, ich hatte große Hoffnung in das Unternehme­n und die Idee, aber ich glaube langsam, dass das hier ein Scam ist.

PERTH, AUSTRALIA;­ 31 January 2024: Hazer Group Ltd ("Hazer" or "the Company") (ASX: HZR), a leading clean-
technology­ developer,­ is pleased to announce the start-up of its Commercial­ Demonstrat­ion Plant (“CDP”) and
first production­ of hydrogen and graphite. The Company introduced­ feed gas to the reactor at Hazer process
conditions­ today and subsequent­ly achieved first hydrogen and Hazer-prod­uced graphite at the facility.
The Company expects to ramp up operations­ through the 1st half of CY2024, safely executing the performanc­e
testing program to deliver data that demonstrat­es its commercial­ readiness.­ The performanc­e testing program
will focus on demonstrat­ing continuous­ operation at a commercial­ scale and be leveraged into Hazer’s global
commercial­ project portfolio.­ Hazer will provide updates as key results become available.­
Hazer’s CEO and MD Glenn Corrie said: “This is a landmark achievemen­t for Hazer, as we realise the successful­
start-up of our CDP and the production­ of low-cost, low-emissi­ons hydrogen and graphitic carbon utilising our

Wieso dieser Absturz? Hallo, anscheinen­d ist Hazer "out of scope" seit vielen Monaten, wie die Anzahl der Beiträge hier im Forum beweist. Dann aber in den letzten Wochen kamen einige positive Nachrichte­n, sodass mein Verlust wieder nur bei 50 % lag und Hoffnung aufkeimte.­ Ich konnte keine schlechten­ Nachrichte­n seither finden und dennoch wieder dieser starke Abfall zurück auf Start. Weiß jemand mehr? Würde mich tatsächlic­h interessie­ren. In den announceme­nts, die ich regelmäßig­ bekomme, stehen eigentlich­ nur positive Nachrichte­n.
