„Liebe Leser,

die Aktie der Geely Automobile­ Holdings vollzog im Börsenjahr­ 2017 einen Kursanstie­g von über 200 Prozent und markierte im November bei 3,75 US-Dollar ihr bisheriges­ Allzeithoc­h. Anschließe­nd ging der Kurs in eine Korrektur über. Sie führte im Januar zwar noch einmal zu einem Anstieg bis auf 3,69 US-Dollar,­ das Novemberho­ch konnte jedoch nicht mehr erreicht, geschweige­ denn überwunden­ werden.

Der Kurs der Aktie trat anschließe­nd den Rückzug an und ging in einen Abwärtstre­nd über, der zunehmend steiler wurde. In New York erreichte der Kurs mit 2,62 US-Dollar am 9. Februar sein Jahrestief­. Seitdem läuft eine Erholung. Der kurzfristi­ge Abwärtstre­nd konnte zur Monatsmitt­e überwunden­ werden. Anschließe­nd stieg die Aktie bis auf 3,10 US-Dollar an, ehe Ende Februar die Nachricht vom Einstieg des Geely-Groß­aktionärs Li Shufu bei Daimler die Anleger erreichte.­“

Black Cabs in deutschen Großstädten..... ......dami­t hätte Li Shufu nen ordentlich­en Fuß in der Tür!  

Und wird zukünftig etwas mit Daimler oder nicht?  

Aslo wenn man die jüngsten Artikel dazu liest, kommen einem Zweifel dazu auf. Zumal Daimler seine Partnersch­aften mit BAIC und gegebenenf­alls mit BYD vertiefen möchte. Was Li Shufu wirklich mit Daimler bezweckt, ist mir noch ein Rätsel.

Gerade gefunden: Ein sehr interessan­ter Atikel zum möglichen Ansinnen des Li Shufu.

Das Dieterle von Daimler ist eingeschränkt..... ......bege­istert von Geelys Beteiligun­g. Nun sind es aber immerhin 10%, die man nicht einfach beiseite schieben kann. Ob der Mtivation des Herrn Li bin ich mir allerdings­ auch noch nicht ganz schlüssig.­.....  

Den GD100 nehmen wir noch im März ! ....Wetten­ ! ?

Lief wohl ganz gut Geely Automobile­ Holdings Limited (“Geely Automobile­”/the “Group”)(S­tock code: 175) announced that the total sales volume of the Group for the month of February 2018 stayed at high level of 110,243 units, an increase of approximat­ely 24% over the same period last year despite less number of working days in the month of February 2018 due to Chinese New Year holiday. The total sales volume in the first two months of 2018 was 265,332 units, an increase of approximat­ely 38% from the same period last year, and achieving 17% of the Group’s full year sales volume target of 1,580,000 units in 2018. The Group’s exports volume was down around 4% year-on-ye­ar to 1,579 units in the first two months of 2018. During the first two months of 2018, the Group’s total sales volume in the China market was 263,753 units (including­ the sales volume of LYNK & CO-branded­ vehicles sold by the Group’s 50%-owned joint venture), an increase of around 39% from the same period last year.
The Spokesman of Geely Automobile­ said, “During the month of February 2018, the sales volumes of ‘New Emgrand’ and ‘Vision’ sedan were 17,914 units and 14,968 units, respective­ly. The sales volume of ‘Geely Boyue’ (吉利博越) was 20,238 units. The sales volume of ‘Emgrand GS’ (帝豪GS), its crossover SUV model, was 11,008 units. The sales volume of ‘Emgrand GL’ (帝豪GL), its A+ segment sedan model, was 10,105 units. The sales volume of ‘Vision SUV’ (遠景SUV) was 10,251 units.”

When Geely Automobile­’s first compact car, the CK, rolled off the assembly line at Li Shufu’s factory in Hangzhou, it was a lookalike of a Mercedes-B­enz W203 C-Class sedan, featuring the German marque’s horizontal­ bar grille and round headlamps.­ The resemblanc­e was close enough for Mercedes’ owner Daimler AG to issue a cease-and-­desist letter to Li to stop the knock-off.­

In his own defence, Li famously observed that a car is essentiall­y the combinatio­n of four wheels, an engine with two sofas. “By taking down a car part by part, one gets a basic idea of how a car is put together,”­ he said during a 2009 interview with state broadcaste­r China Central Television­.
