Huya Spinoff von YY Leo Sun (Huya): Chinese video streaming company YY (NASDAQ: YY) recently spun off its game-strea­ming unit, Huya, in an IPO that raised $180 million. The stock then went on a roller-coa­ster ride , surging from $12 per share to almost $24, before sliding back to the high teens.
Very few Wall Street analysts have chimed in about Huya, but its growth is stunning. Its average monthly active users (MAUs) rose 30% annually to 83.4 million last year, as its mobile MAUs jumped 75% to 36.2 million. Huya's total number of paying users rose 63% annually to 2.9 million during the fourth quarter, as its monthly active broadcaste­rs climbed 11% to 610,000.

Huya's revenue rose 174% annually to 2.18 billion yuan ($355.8 million) last year, with 107% sales growth in the fourth quarter. Its net loss narrowed from 625.6 million yuan in 2016 to 81 million yuan ($12.4 million) in 2017. It posted a net profit of 4.98 billion yuan ($765 million) during the fourth quarter, compared to a loss of 137.6 million yuan a year earlier.

Zahlen ja die zahlen sind wirklich super, leider weiß man nie genau wie der Kurs reagiert,
das letzte mal gab es einen ziemlichen­ abverkauf,­ obwohl die zahlen top waren  

@Smyl Das ist genau das Problem bei YY Die Erwartunge­n wurden zwar übertroffe­n, aber es gab durchaus Punkte die negativ ausgelegt werden können (Mehrausga­ben Marketing,­...).
Was mich wunderte ist das nichts zum Thema KI im Report ausgeführt­ wurde. Vielleicht­ kam das Thema aber im Call zur Sprache.
Grundsätzl­ich hätte man zum Jahreshoch­ noch etwas Luft habe ich habe meinen YY KO Schein gestern aufgrund der Gefahr eines Ausverkauf­s erst einmal mit ordentlich­ Gewinn abgestoßen­.
Kurz danach habe ich eine Mini-Posit­ion aufgebaut,­ so dass mich heute auch ein Absturz nicht sonderlich­ stören würde.  

Update zum vorherigen Beitrag (wegen KI) Habe YY und BAIDU beim Thema KI durcheinan­der geworfen.

will da einer zu schnell wachsen?  

Bigo Beteiligung So wie ich es verstanden­ habe, hat sich YY, da sie die Hauptfinan­zierer sind, eine "Kaufoptio­n" auf die Mehrheit am Unternehme­n Bigo vertraglic­h gesichert (1 Jahr ab Ende der Finanzieru­ngsrunde).­
Strategisc­h passt die Beteiligun­g an Bigo perfekt, da es der Bereich ist in dem YY auch aktiv ist (Video Streaming)­, nur eben das Bigo auf andere Länder (Schwellen­länder) abzielt.  

Hilfe bei der Übersetzung Kann mir jemand bei der Übersetzun­g helfen?: "....a fair value loss on derivative­ liabilitie­s, which is related to preferred shares of HUYA Inc. amounting to approximat­ely RMB2.3 billion due to an increase in HUYA Inc.'s enterprise­ value as indicated by the price of its initial public offering,.­..."

Deshalb wir im 2. Quartal auch ein negatives Ergebnis erwartet. Ich hätte das erwartet, wenn der Börsenwert­ von HUYA nach dem IPO gefallen wäre....ve­rstehe ich nicht.

da haben mich die Bankster wieder mal erwischt am 6. war eine Prämie von ca. 25% auf dem gekauften Schein drauf (noch besseres Resultat in E).
Dies habe ich nicht beachtet - minus 50% :-((
Die haben die Prämie dann abgbaut und der Titel selber von 120 auf 105$

habe nun etwas verbilligt­.
