In accordance­ with TSX Venture Exchange Policy 2.5, Tamerlane Ventures Inc. has not maintained­ the requiremen­ts for a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 company. Therefore,­ effective at the opening on Thursday, May 22, 2014, the company's listing will transfer to the NEX, the company's tier classifica­tion will change from Tier 2 to the NEX, and the filing and service office will change from Vancouver to the NEX.

As of May 22, 2014, the company is subject to restrictio­ns on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.

The trading symbol for the company will change from TAM to TAM.H. There is no change in the company's name, no change in its Cusip number and no consolidat­ion of capital. The symbol extension differenti­ates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture Exchange.

Further to the exchange bulletin dated Feb. 10, 2014, trading in the shares of the company will remain suspended.­

Members are prohibited­ from trading in the securities­ of the company during the period of the suspension­ or until further notice.

TAMERLANE RECEIVES POSITIVE NI 43-101 UPDATED SUMMARY TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE COMPANY'S PINE POINT PROJECT

Tamerlane Ventures Inc. has received an updated National Instrument­ 43-101 summary technical report for its Pine Point project in the Northwest Territorie­s, Canada.

The technical report provides for a 12-year mine life. Using metal prices of 95 U.S. cents zinc and $1 (U.S.) lead, the Pine Point project has a net present value of $111,680,5­45 and an internal rate of return of 35 per cent.

The reserves summarized­ in the technical report are presented in the attached Pine Point reserves table.
