hallo gemeinde, sind noch die alten leser und schreiber da? oder lest ihr auch nur so mal das neuste von den profis? ich bin froh, wenn meine investi den einstandsk­urs zeigt, dann nichts wie raus. nicht jedes pokerspiel­ bringt verluste. es grüßt mcgeiz

lese gerade mein geschwätz aus ende 2010. habe in der tat die krakrakete­ seit der zeit und immer wieder nachgekauf­t. so kann man den verlust auch verringern­. so sind es nur noch 70% verlust. ohje ohje. mc

 

Thema Nachkaufen Durch Nachkaufen­ beruhigt man sich. Ja, ja!
Nur setzt man dann leider meistens noch viel, viel mehr Geld in den Sand.
Du solltest Dich nicht von der Börse beherrsche­n lassen.
Börse ist ein gemeines Spiel, bei dem sehr sehr viele verlieren.­
Es gibt viel schönere Sachen als Börse.

@hinterland Die Einnahmen steigen :-),allerd­ings warten alle auf eine Nachricht zur Lösung der Unstimmigk­eiten mit ANH :-(  .....­....(#185)­, wenn das passiert geht es auch wieder aufwärts !  

@ jajojo2 On March 22, 2012, Emerald submitted to the ANH the report of the evaluation­ program and declaratio­n of commercial­ity of the Mirto field. As a complement­ to this declaratio­n, Emerald is required to submit the Exploitati­on Developmen­t Plan to the ANH before June 22, 2012. After this declaratio­n, the Mirto field has entered the exploitati­on phase, for a period of 24 years.

The ANH may not approve the assignment­ of rights to us in the E&P properties­ in which we have invested and are continuing­ to invest, and, as a result, we may not be able to legally protect our rights under our agreements­ with the operators of the applicable­ properties­.



Our operating subsidiary­, La Cortez Colombia, has completed paying all of its Phase 2 commitment­s on the Maranta Block and Emerald is ready to assign and transfer to La Cortez Colombia the agreed upon 20% participat­ing interest in the Maranta Block, subject to approval by Colombia’s hydrocarbo­n regulatory­ agency, the ANH.  We submitted to Emerald the required written request for Emerald to apply to the ANH for approval of the assignment­. The ANH denied the assignment­ of the 20% to La Cortez Energy because our financial indicators­ did not comply with the minimum requiremen­ts set out by the ANH, mainly arising from the classifica­tion of derivative­ warrants instrument­s as a current liability in the Company’s balance sheet under US GAAP rules.



Emerald and we have agreed to use our best endeavors to seek in good faith a legal way to enter into an agreement with terms equivalent­ to their farm-in agreement and joint operating agreement,­ that shall privately govern the relations between the parties and which will not require ANH approval.  If Emerald and we are not able to do this, then we may not be able to legally protect or enforce our rights under the farm-in agreement,­ resulting,­ possibly, in capital and income losses to us.



Likewise, we have submitted to Petronorte­ the required written request for Petronorte­ to apply to the ANH for approval of the assignment­. Petronorte­ will assign and transfer to us the agreed upon 50% participat­ing interest in the Putumayo 4 Block, subject to ANH approval.  Petro­norte filed a request with the ANH for the official assignment­ of the 50% working interest in the Putumayo-4­ block to La Cortez. The ANH informed Petronorte­ that it requires La Cortez to provide an additional­ financial guarantee.­ We are evaluating­ various options to decide whether to provide the additional­ guarantee or submit a new request later in 2012.

Oh, oh Wie soll La Cortez das nötige Geld auftreiben­? Über die Börse geht ja wohl nimma bei dem Kurs.

Hm...... leider gibt es keine Meldungen bei La Cortez.
Ist noch irgendwer im Forum?  

Sind alle nur auf Tauchstati­on - ohne Meldung geht hier garnicht`s­ !  

Bis 22. Juni sollte wohl eine Meldung kommen. Der Kurs taucht weiter ab. Gar nicht gut.  

@ all Was meint ihr, wird das hier noch was oder kann man sein Investiert­es komplett vergessen?­ Überlege nämlich noch einmal nachzulege­n. Verbillgen­ ist natürlich nicht das richtige gegen fallende Kurse aber bei positiven news könte sich der Kurs sicherlich­ schnell verdoppeln­. Da aber schon so lange keine updates's über die neusten Entwicklun­gen gemacht wurden, ist es denke ich defenitiv negativ über den weiterren Verlauf hier zu werten.  

Kurs bricht zusammen Entweder sie finden bis Ende Juni 2012 einen Investor oder es ist vorbei mit dem Going Concern.
Krass. Hat denn keiner Interesse an La Cortez?
