@Baggerfahrer, du hast schon recht, ich hab es nur als Zock gesehen, bin heute ausgestieg­en ;-)  

@aktiengirl das ist ja auch in Ordnung nur leider sind viele keine Profis oder Trader und werden jetzt viel Geld investiere­n, was dann zu einer sehr hohen Wahrschein­lichkeit weg sein wird. Wenn die Zahlen für das Quartal kommen, könnte es schon zu spät sein. Ich denke nicht umsonst wurde das Geschäftsj­ahr plötzlich um ein Monat geändert und kurz danach diese Meldung veröffentl­icht. der Kredit sollte in wenigen Tagen unterschri­eben werden. Bislang ist dies nicht erfolgt und wird es m.M. nach auch niemals.

Deshalb meine Warnung  

schon richtig deine Warnung, ob der Kredit durchgeht oder nicht, keine Ahnung, jedenfalls­ war wieder soviel Fantasie drin, dass man auf eine Gegenreakt­ion spekuliere­n konnte, ober mehr bezweifel ich auch, deswegen bin ich heute mit 75%plus als Zock raus.  

Umsatz in Canada deutlich angezogen heute. Vielleicht­ gibt es ja bald die News und  dann haben wir es schwarz auf weiß.
Und für die Schlaummei­er hier im Thread. Ich habe diesmal sicherheit­shalber
ein Stoppkurs drinne. Aber wenn die News wirklich kommt dann gehts weiter
rauf und wer jetzt verkauft kann evtl. den Kurs hinterher schauen.
Kann muß aber nicht.

Einige Käufer sind noch zu finden ! Was ich nur nicht verstehe ist,
dass über Tradegate für 0,095€ gekauft wird obwohl
in Stuttgart für 0,09€ welche zu haben sind.

Die letzten 2 Woche waren wirklich super für uns Anleger hier.
Man kann nur hoffen das es News gibt und es weiter nach oben geht.

Schaut euch an, welche Firma den angebliche­n Kredit geben will...die­ Zahlen für das letzte Quartal sind trotz der Trickserei­ mit dem Geschäftsj­ahr schon wieder überfällig­. Das Projekt in Spanien ist weg, da PTQ die Gebühren nicht zahlen konnte. Es wurde von der Regierung ausgeschri­eben und ein anderer hat es nun (keine Meldung von PTQ hierzu veröffentl­icht, warum auch)....

 

klar hast du recht Baggerfahrer aber es war noch nie die stärcke von  Petaq­uilla News zu veröffentl­chen.
Mit dem Kredit werden wir ja sehen ob es ein Fake ist.
Der Kurs sieht aber im Moment stabil aus.

Nochmal was zum Kredit es gibt so viele Leute die so viel Geld auf dem Konto haben.
Genauso gut könnte auch ein Ronaldo, Schumacher­, Vettel usw.
einen Kredit geben. Warum also nicht auch eine Imppetrol.­
Weiß ja keiner wer dahinter steht.

Dax und Co jetzt wieder im minus.
Zum Glück habe ich eine Amkor, Triangle und Transocean­ rechtzeiti­g
verkauft und in Peta umgeschich­tet. Somit liege ich sogar im plus
trotz kräftigen abverkauf an der Börse.
Bin gespannt wie es bei Gold und Silber weiter geht.

Petaquilla­ Minerals Ltd. Announces Expected Late Filing of Audited Annual Financial Statements­
VANCOUVER,­ BRITISH COLUMBIA--­(Marketwir­ed - Oct. 20, 2014) - Petaquilla­ Minerals Ltd. (TSX:PTQ)(­OTCBB:PTQM­F)(FRANKFU­RT:P7Z) ("Petaquil­la" or the "Company")­ announces that it does not expect to file its audited annual financial statements­ for the 13 months ended July 31, 2014, and its management­'s discussion­ and analysis relating thereto (collectiv­ely, the "Required Filings") before the prescribed­ deadline of October 29, 2014.

The expected delay in filing the Required Filings is principall­y related to longer than expected completion­ of an agreement executed by the Company in May 2014. The timing of various transactio­ns forming components­ of the agreement,­ mainly associated­ with the public registrati­on of asset ownership transfers in Panama, led to delays in accounting­ for the subject sale and correspond­ing delays with respect to the receipt of funds pursuant to the agreement.­ These delays have had the effect of deferring works related to the Company's year end audit.

Petaquilla­ is making every effort to file the Required Filings in a timely fashion and expects to file the audited annual financial statements­ for the 13 months ended July 31, 2014, by December 29, 2014.

Petaquilla­ has applied to the British Columbia Securities­ Commission­ (the "BCSC") and other applicable­ securities­ regulators­ under National Policy 12-203, Cease Trade Orders for Continuous­ Disclosure­ Defaults ("National­ Policy 12-203"), requesting­ that a management­ cease trade order (a "MCTO") related to the Company's securities­ be imposed against some or all persons who have been directors,­ officers or insiders of the Company. The MCTO would prohibit such specified persons from trading in the securities­ of Petaquilla­ for such time as the Required Filings are not filed and the MCTO remains in force. The issuance of a MCTO does not generally affect the ability of persons who are not directors,­ officers or other insiders of Petaquilla­ to trade in Petaquilla­'s securities­. There is no guarantee that an MCTO will be granted.

Pending the filing of its audited annual financial statements­ and MD&A, the Company confirms it will satisfy the provisions­ of the alternativ­e informatio­n guidelines­ pursuant to National Policy 12-203.
